Great pizza and you can’t beat the deal they have for big families.

I ordered carry out a couple of days ago. When I walked in the store, I instantly noticed how clean and organized it was. The employees were all working and communicating together to get orders in the oven, which most pizza places I've been in aren't communicating at all. My food was cooked in a timely manner. The store manager, Skyla, was actually the one to hand me my order, which was cooked exactly the way I ordered it. It was fresh, hot and visually appealing. Skyla thanked me, told me to have a great day and to come back. I'll definitely be back as long as Skyla is manager! 10 out of 10 would recommend this location!

Pizza Hut never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile. My order came out quickly and was cooked perfectly the pepperoni had that perfect crispy edge, and the sauce had just the right amount of tang. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. You can really tell they take pride in their food and service. and the manager, skyla is absolutely the best, she definitely deserves a raise!! the makes this location perfect! Highly recommend this location!

Never have a issue when I order here. Pizza is always fresh and tasty. Driver is always friendly and smiling upon delivery 5 stars all around guys good job.

They almost never get my order right. One time it was naked boneless wings that were supposed to be sauced. Another time my pizza had a giant air pocket, wasn't cooked properlyand was cut severely wonky, (like slivers of pizza while the other parts of the pizza were cut in quarters. Yet another time was the wrong crust. The cashier was very pleasant this last time, but I should have checked the food before leaving.

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza. Put bacon, pepperoni, and asked for extra cheese as a 3rd topping. Walk in, the lady says yeah cheese isn’t a topping so we didn’t put any extra on there. Cheese is not a topping? Hmm ok?! Got home, excited to enjoy some pizza for lunch, open the box and this is what is in front of me. Like come on y’all, this is an embarrassment that this pizza even left the store. The owner/manager should be absolutely ashamed this was sold to a customer. There clearly needs to be a a lot more training on how to either square cut or triangle cut a pizza. Get it together y’all. My gosh.

I love Pizza Hut so I tried again it's Halloween. The store is not busy I was the only person in there I was the only order in the little heat rack.. I ordered them my hot box the pizza was supposed to be bacon pineapple and barbecue sauce I'm a side of fries couldn't taste the barbecue sauce peeled the cheese back there's no barbecue sauce on this little pizza. The box of fries was literally half empty It looked like I ate half of them I took pictures of this after I took two bites of the pizza I'm very disappointed and a time when money is stretched then and everybody should be grateful for the dollars that are spent on eating out restaurants cannot afford to disappoint customers at this level do better Pizza Hut I won't be back.

Ordered pizza with there app, ordered delivery then got email says carryout, I call store, they say they can change it but would have to run my card again. Delivery driver comes to door and says I have to pay. Told him already charged 2 times and wants to charge again. Never ordering again!!!!

We’ve ordered here a few times and only had one good experience when we did carry out, where the 1 pizza was correct and not a long wait time. But every other time we’ve done delivery, it takes over an hour minimum, and the foods wrong every time :/ . One of those times we received the totally wrong food, so we called them back & they re-delivered to us but they had to remake everything, so that time it took almost 2 hours. I understand getting busy, but kind of sucks to wait that long… I will say, they did let us keep the food that was delivered wrong first. Just so much food that we didn’t order lol. All this on top of the order we made recently and the treatment we got over the phone. Again, it’s been over an hour, I called the store just to check on the food, all we had was one pizza & wings. The lady had an attitude and said it’s still in the oven. For over an hour? Idk man. I can’t with this place anymore. Placed that order at 6:50pm and it’s now 8:30pm, still no food delivered yet. Dominos in Vidor has been better the times we ordered there. I would say if you do choose to get pizza here, you might have better luck with carry-out orders. Delivery, nah. I think we’re done with Pizza Hut unfortunately.
