Got the food and drive thru went quick as lunch just started…/ hard taco the bottom of shell was soggy and tasted like old grease, the other one had no meat in it it was just lettuce… 2 tacos and couldn’t even manage at a taco place to get it right?

I went here and ordered three tacos, a cantina chicken quesadilla, and a large drink with no ice. What i received was a medium drink with ice. In the bag one of the tacos was just thrown in there, the wrapper unfolded. Cheese and meat was all inside the bag but not in the taco shell. I went inside to complain and someone did remake the taco and drink. Not to mention there was someone else also complaining that got their $1 cup of cheese and it had only enough to dip like 2 fries in. However, when I got home and opened the box of my quesadilla, it was butchered. I had to cut it myself when I got home because if how shitty it was cut. There was also no sauce or napkins in my bag at all. Not one. And when I opened my tacos, Cheese flew everywhere because it was all in the wrapper. I am so pissed off at my experience. I paid $19.76 to be given i meal I wouldnt even pay for. This location needs to do better.

Made a counter pick up order thru the app. When i arrived to the location after it said my order had been completed the lobby was closed. I Had to WALK THRU the drive thru because the staff refused to open the door and told me to walk around to the window. The staff then had the nerve to laugh at me when i got to the window. Openly mocking me. Then closing the windowing and opening what looked to be a beer and pouring it into a cup. The "manager" walked up sluring her words and asking me to "pull up" because someone spilled my drink... I said ma'am I'm on foot yall told me to walk around. Then she started willfully arguing about how she didn't it must have been someone else. And after all that they still didn't get my order correct. I feel sorry for the kids that are being set up for failure having to work underneath that type of manager. And I hope for the safety of the kids working there. The manager gets help fast.

Food is almost always wrong from what I ordered at this location, it says online they are open till 2:00, they close at 10:00. So much for their slogan " Open Late". Definitely needs new management

Where do I even start, when I ordered my food there was like 5 or 6 people ahead of me one lady she's been there for a good 5 to 10 mins just for a small meal,I got home and open up my meal 😒 😐 tell me why my tacos are crushed the shell is burnt half put together and very very very sloppy

I swear they only hire people who can’t read Always messed up orders. ALWAYS. Like what’s the point I’m wasting my money double trips having to get my food replaced. They managers and employees could care less to be there and it shows they’re lazy and rude and incompetent. Can we do better please

This location overall could use a overall in it's employees. Regardless of that, there was a specific night about two weeks ago. Someone apparently had an issue with their vehicle and ran through a fence that separates taco bell from other properties. While it was crazy, there was zero efforts made by management to keep their employees in the store to finish people's orders. At one point there was only one lady in the store trying to deal with customers who actively became frustrated at the length of the wait for their orders. I ended up waiting for over an hour and only after they relaized that they had cleared my order off the screen during the craziness, did they complete my order.

I went through drive thru and ordered a grilled steak and cheese burrito, a drink, and nachos and asked for Diablo sauce and when I pulled out notice they forgot to give me my drink went back and made it back to work to realize they gave me the wrong burrito and no Diablo sauce.

If I was working at this place I would be so embarrassed. The women that was going to take my order was very rude. I asked her to help and kept asking me what did I want. My husband and I walk out. We are in our 70s don’t know how to use the Machine. They need to fine people that want to be there. Next time we ordered on line. It took me forever but I got it. The food was cold and the bread was hard.Shameful all Taco Bell in our Area have bad reviews. Don’t y’all care anymore?

Absolute worst experience. Man in charge of dine in orders you could tell was new. Poor management skills that he was handling orders alone. Wrong orders and someone received their money back. The fault that I do find in the new employeee is that he lied instead of admitting he made a mistake. Man up!!!

Tasted fine. Got my wife's order right. But I got the grilled cheese steak burrito. I tasted more tortilla than fillings and you wrapped it way too small or used the wrong tortilla. I'll never eat at this location again. Overcharging for very little filling no thanks. My wife was happy enough to eat and it was quiet.... and another taco bell that won't satisfy customers request... poor choice. All other taco bells will still make the Encheritos for my wife because they want to make money for their store.

Poor customer service instead of thanks for coming in today first thing we are told is will be a 15 minute wait. Feels like they want you to leave trays are dirty and they would rather stand around and talk to one another than multitask and do more than on order at the time very mismanaged Painting while cooking food omg
