The pizzas are good, but not amazing, and the prices are reasonable. It's not worth ordering through the app or website. Ordering through the apps adds almost 100 pesos to the total price (for a medium specialty pizza with pan pizza).

It's great that they now have high chairs for babies. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends. And the pizza is always delicious, as are the cinnamon rolls, which are my favorites.

The delivery service is terrible. They don't have a direct connection to the branch, but rather a call center in Mexico City, which makes the experience horrible and discourages you from buying there. To place an order, you need to be registered; otherwise, you'll waste 15 to 30 minutes registering because, since they're not from Colima, they don't even know where your address is, and it makes it very stressful. As for the food, it's delicious in terms of flavor, quality, and presentation, but I recommend it. I don't recommend the price or size! I ended up paying 180 pesos for a medium pizza that seemed smaller than a medium pizza. At Domino's, you pay 100 pesos for the same pizza, and at Little Caesars, you pay 80 pesos at the counter. So, if you have the money and can afford to splurge once in a while, go to Pizza Hut directly to the branch and order it to go. Keep in mind that you'll pay a lot for something smaller.

The pizza here is a bit expensive but it is still good. The crust is not that good and the restaurant is quite small. Also I had to wait long time to get my order. Although the pizza was good, they get credit card (even through the drive tru) and it has air conditioning. Something good for Colima's Restaurants.

No soy fan de esta pizza. No me es muy agradable su sabor. Además que se me hace muy cara para el precio que tiene. No tiene grandes promociones. En Colima hay mejores opciones, más ricas, más baratas y hasta de paquetazo!

La calidad y el sabor dejan mucho que desear, tenia mucho sin probarla. Comi hace un par de años en otro estado y estaba todavía estaba decente. Nada que ver con el recuerdo de la deliciosa pizza que comia en la infancia.

Not the same as it use to be

Pedimos una pizza la semana pasada, es la masa más asquerosa que he probado, tengan el orgullo que están por encima de las pizzas instantáneas de Oxxos. No recuerdo cuando vivía en California que supieran así. Arruinan recuerdos de la infancia.

Debes tener oídos bionicos o ser adivino para que te den lo que ordenaste, éramos los UNICOS clientes en el lugar y según ellos nos llamaron con voz d hormiga...la pizza helada. Muy mal, muy mal....

Why do they have Colombians serving me? They don't know anything. They canceled my order because they didn't give me my number correctly, even though I repeated it three times!

Today I called twice to inquire about their pizzas, and the girl who answered the line at 3305000 (I called around 2 p.m.) was very rude and told me that right now they can't afford to make so many calls asking questions and getting information. I'm going to file a complaint as soon as I can. I hope the manager takes note that they're selling a product, not me! I'll never buy from Pizza Hut again; save your time and money.

No, but if they don't, they'll end up poor, eh!!! What a terrible pizza they sent me!! No cheese and the ingredients were worked in and you could tell, the dough was bland, flavorless, and super thick. I bought the one they advertise in 4 different flavors and it's pure rip-off, just plain dough. I won't order these pizzas again, they've gone downhill a lot. I used to be a customer when I lived in Guadalajara, but now I definitely won't order again. Give me back my $300 pesos! Zero stars.

I agree with the previous person's comment: "nothing to do with the PIZZA hut of those yesterdays, 45 minutes ago I bought "the one with fingers" for $269 and not even though it is the super super extra it is as it should be but quite the opposite, it is so watery that it was hard for me to get it onto my plate HOW BAD THEY ARE, HOW DISAPPOINTING!!
