Los sopes y gorditas estan bien servidos y con muy buen sabor de la salsa, los amé. Ojo, la señora que atiende es americanista de hueso colorado jaja favor de no hacerla enojar 😜

They have gorditas de chicharrón prensado (pressed pork rind gorditas) and sopes Mexico City style. The flavor is good, although I think the pork rinds in the gorditas could use a little more salt. They have a variety of stews, and you have to wait your turn. When you arrive, you have to fill out a sticky note with your order and give it to the lady so she can prepare it. They provide the paper and pen, and the menu is visible.
