Hands down, the #14 (salt and pepper fried boneless chicken) is the best. It's all I ever get there, so I have no idea if everything else is good. I get it mild with extra sweet sauce. So good. Staff is friendly but very busy. I've never ate inside..but looks interesting.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Visalia! Cheap AYCE prices, Soju, and fun atmosphere. The all the meats are great, especially the beef brisket and spicy octopus! The staff is always friendly, and serve you right away with tons of sides as you wait for the meats. Definitely the best KBBQ in the area!

Went on a Sunday afternoon around noon. Wait time was less than 10 mins to be seat. Friendly service, clean environment. Bathrooms were clean. We had the BBQ and we were given a lot of food. Waiter was quick and friendly. We tried a little bit of all the meats. Pork, shrimp, octopus, beef. Sides were seasoned broccoli, noodles, rice, cucumbers. We weren’t rushed and were able to enjoy our time and the atmosphere. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will be eating here again.

Only thing I realize is some people lose patience when waiting to be called for a table, especially for people who come in for BBQ.

It was so good I forgot to take a picture. I ordered the Seafood Pho and it was great. Shrimp tender, fish cooked perfectly and didn’t fall apart, broth was delicious. We also ordered Peach Soju, Beef Pho, and side of fries. The hot green tea was not good but that doesn’t matter compared to everything else. Am definitely going back next time we’re in town.

The staff are very helpful. Walked us through the menu, checked on us frequently making sure we had everything we needed and wanted. The meat was good but not jaw dropping good. But will definitely satisfy your hunger.

Honestly I’m not going back ….they were decent price but all the sudden them raising prices and bad food presentation is not good ….giving me rotten lemons and I honestly feel like they act careless .

Decent when you have a craving for a all you can eat Korean BBQ. The meat quality is not bad. However the service was pretty bad. It took forever for us to get seated on a Tuesday for lunch. We had to wait 30 minutes before even seeing a receptionist. Once seated, it took another 10 minutes before the waitress came around. When she came around she took our order and should have turned on the grill right away to get the grill hot. Yet she didn't do so until she came back with the meat. Then we had to wait another few minutes for the grill to get up to temp. We then had to ask for the typical dipping sauces, salt/pepper, and sesame oil. that come automatically with every Korean BBQ meal. When she did bring it out, the oil was placed into a separate sauce container instead of directly into the salt and pepper mix. This required us to either pour the sesame oil into the salt and pepper, but that would cause it to spill because the oil was the same split compartment sauce container; made it very difficult to pour. However, she didn't give us a spoon in order to scoop it into the salt and pepper mix. So we had to ask for that too. Seems like a lack of common sense on the part of the waitress. Lastly, to pay, you have to go up to the register. And of course there's nobody at the register, so you then a line builds up of people trying to pay. So you have to wait even longer to leave the restaurant.

First of all- the food was good. The only problem I had was having to pay twice for my 9 year old granddaughter. We took our granddaughter here and she's a picky eater, so we attempted to order Fish & Chips for her, and the AYCE BBQ for my wife and I. The server told us that since we are all sitting at the same table we have to pay for the BBQ for all 3 of us so I figured it would be $6 or $8 more for her to have her dinner. When I got the bill I was charged for 3 BBQ and the fish & chips. So basically $100 for 2 adults and my granddaughter ate a few bites of her dinner. We all drank water so I was shocked to hear the bill was over $96 but I guess that's my fault for not asking more questions.

Went in to eat on a Saturday. Place just seems very disorganized from top to bottom, had to wait about 10 minutes for a table that we called ahead to reserve. Brisket was very thin which made it dry, same with the bulgulgi meat. Also ordered ribeye steak and was waiting for silverware when we were told they don't offer knives. Don't think I'd come back

Came here for dinner with my girlfriend. Food here was okay. Their meat options were somewhat limited compared to what you’d expect from a Korean BBQ restaurant. However, we appreciated that they offered real rib eye steaks. The only odd thing was that the steaks were cut in half (most likely to combat food waste). The brisket was much too lean making the meat taste really dry. We highly recommend the pork belly. If you’re able to cook it correctly, should just melt in your mouth. The sides just so so. Their kimchi tasted somewhat sweeter than what we were accustomed to and the rest are forgettable. The rice really bothered me, only because it wasn’t your usual Asian rice. The rice grains don’t really stick to one another making it harder to eat with chopsticks. I would agree with some of the other reviewers that the music choice does take away the “Korean” aspect of KBBQ but it’s not a dealbreaker by any means. Our server Charles was super cool. He had the best personality and checked on us often. To be fair, we went during a slow day therefore our server was really attentive to us. I’m certain the experience would be different during a busy day. Overall good experience. Considering that this is only an hour away from Fresno, I think it’s still worth the drive if you’re looking for something other than the Shila KBBQ restaurants in town.

The staff was very friendly and super fast however I was really disappointed with the food options and how everything tasted. The sides seasoned okay and the kimchi tasted like it had tomatoes in it? Maybe it’s vegan kimchi which is silly since it’s all you can eat bbq. Overall, if you want to get full, it’s a good place to go.

Very disappointed and unsatisfied we waited 1 hr long not sure if their Air conditioner isn't working but it was very humid inside, rice was dry and not soft, veggie was rough cuts and found a hair in it. Ask for water refill and waitress only brought a water cup me and a friend haded to share.

To start this, there was about 20 people waiting inside and out for to be seated in a table and there was 15 available tables took them 40 min to sit us, when we got seated notice it was very dirty they have plenty of employees so I dont understand how it's not clean they never got me one of my order they gave it to the table next from us took about 35 min to get a refill on my drink they never came to check if we needed anything or if anything is ok

Sat down to eat, we were served our drinks and while waiting a roach came out from the hot plate and ran across the table. So unfortunate.

Bad service from the moment we came in-took about 20 minutes during mid day to get seated. Once we finally were, the side dishes were dry, and had no taste. It was unfortunate. Our server, took a while to arrive, and every time after we didn’t see her for 20 some minutes-so instead we called other servers when needed. The food overall, was not good-needed more marinade and did not taste like Korean meat. The last piece that could have helped the overall environment was that they were blasting reggaeton. It just took away from the whole Korean bbq experience. Definitely disappointed being the price per person is so expensive to the food lacking quality and taste to the lack of service and presence to be timed at a 90 min limit. Suggest to avoid.

Being nice on giving a 1 star, if I could give a negative review I would. called about 7:10pm to ask the wait time for KBBQ, the lady I spoke to on the phone said we are about to sit a party of 6 so there is no wait after that as long as you're here before 8pm. we arrived around 7:50 and " KIA" said they were no longer doing BBQ. I said we called about 40 minutes ago and was told as long as we were here before 8pm we were good, she said "oh you might have talked to me but sometimes we stop sitting sooner" ??? we were very confused. we drove 20 minutes to come to the restaurant and were denied service after being told there was no wait time. she then says oh we stopped doing bbq around 7 because some staff is going to leave at 8. (????) I called and she told me there was no wait so she was just contradicting herself. lie after lie! EXTREMELY dissapointed. We typically LOVE this place and visit quite often, but after tonights disappointment we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere!

The actual worst. We were waiting for a good 10 minutes for us(people of 2) to be seated and a family of 5 walks in and gets seated before us and after that we got ignored for another 5 minutes and decided to leave. However, the overall food quality — especially appetizers and side items — has declined noticeably over the past few years. From my own experience managing a kitchen, I’ve seen how food quality suffers when staff are careless or not properly managed. When workers don’t follow recipe measurements, cook times, or plating standards, consistency goes out the window. And unfortunately, that’s exactly what it feels like here lately. The issue doesn’t seem to be the recipes — it’s the execution. Without strong kitchen management to enforce standards and attention to detail, quality will keep slipping no matter how good the original recipes are

We wrote our names down on the waiting list they told us it would be about 20 minutes. 20 minutes passed and we asked and they said about another 20 minutes. We waited again and in the meantime while waiting a customer choked on his food. Not one of the workers went to check after multiple people saying there was an emergency. No one was at the host desk and no one came for about a good 3-5 minutes after multiple people saying there was an emergency. Till they finally came out called 911 and then left all his throw up and spit and all the food he was choking on, on the table while other people sat there till they asked to move to the other side of the restaurant. No one came and cleaned it for about another 30 minutes and by then we decided to leave because we had been waiting for over an hour and no one was still getting seated. It honestly ruined my whole experience and will not be trying anytime soon! Sorry not sorry that was disappointing seeing how long it took them to clean up someone’s throw up.

The hostess didn’t even walk us to the table, nor did he seat us down with any menus. The waiter came about 10 minutes afterwards asking if we were ready to order when we didn’t even see the menu yet. That was already off to a bad start. We ordered but our main entree got there before our appetizer did. We ate, food was like 7/10. They have mad AC blowing over you, so my PHO was pretty cold as I ate it. We finished eating and didn’t hear from the waiter at all, he gave us the food and left. We waited for someone to come for about 15-20 minutes and eventually I had to go to the front to ask for my tab and for a to go box. The lady at the front said my tab was 30$+ then it originally was. I know this because we didn’t order much food. So L service please do not go here if you don’t want to be angry, the tables are sticky as well as the condiments, and you sit next to dusty decorations also lmao.

And there is a 15% gratuity now which I wasn’t aware of, end up giving extra 10% on top of the 15% I mean at least let the customer know while they pay. I found out cause I asked for the receipt after the payment.
