They have a great selection of food on the menu. I love going there for the Southwest egg rolls and the Fajita platter. This time, we ordered the They're amazing! Service is always good...at least we've always had a great experience with the service! I appreciate how attentive they are. We will continue to eat there....you should too!

I ordered the Triple Dipper with fried mozzarella, boneless chicken wings and big mouth bites. The fried mozzarella was the only good part and the big mouth bites were just OK. But the boneless wings were terrible. The outer part was hard and the meat was very dry. I even had a tough time cutting them. If I ever come back I'll never order this again. My friend had the bacon Rancher and baked potato soup to which she really enjoyed.

Im disappointed to eat a stake that was flash grilled with no flavor and the garlic butter was vegetable spread with artificial spread and the waitress was less than hospitable. This place lacks in value.

I just came here and let me tell you the ribs are not worth it everything else was great the service and atmosphere amazing as always but why serve ribs if they have hardly any meat it’s more bbq sauce than anything

We had the BEST server! The only complaint i have is their system crashed and my husband had to leave to go get cash. Our server was so sweet and he said theyre system is from the 90s!!! They told the regional manager and they didn't care and don't care to update it. My server told me to absolutely come and leave a review. Chili's it's time to update your system! Especially during peak hours!

UPDATE: Both the location specific and corporate level guest relations reached out to us about our visit getting additional information to resolve this. They already spoke to the restaurant manager and are going to work on training to ensure this is handled better in the future. We were assured again it was not a bite but they agreed they failed in presenting food that was not to their quality standards. Other than the issues with the services and what looked like a bite, the rest of the food was good, changing rating fro 1 star to 3 stars for the rest of the food being good and the issues. ORIGINAL: We went to this Chili’s with a big group for a birthday. We ordered a triple dipper with other items to share, one of the items on the triple dipper was the big mouth bites as you can see in the photo one of them was served to us with a bite, ALREADY taken out of it. When this was brought to the attention of the server, she was apologetic. The manager came over and said that it was not a bite, but that’s how they serve them because they tear them. I can tell you 100% that it does not look like a tear, that looks like a nice bite. The manager got us new ones and removed the triple dipper. After all of this we got our check and I see we were charged for chips and salsa that were not ours. After almost 10 minutes of the server not coming out she finally came and this was brought to the attention of the server, she did not care. She said she could add it to the check of someone else in the group but they had already paid. When we said this she walked away. This is the most ridiculous service I have ever had and the fact that food was served with a bite taken out will be resulting in a complaint to the corporate office AND to the health department. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!

They told us 55 minutes wait time, so we went shopping cause there’s no room to wait in the front. And after we walked in the restaurant, they told us we got remove because no answer. That’s ridiculous. The text only said reply 3 to cancel, didn’t say need to confirm. And they said 5 minutes policy, nobody said that, think about it before you come, it sucks
