Food is always good. But the service is not always friendly... Seems you have to ask for a bag for your sandwich and chips... and napkins or anything else. They offer you absolutely nothing unless you ask. I have always thought this was rude and that says something about the training... Obviously, they were trained not to offer anything... That is strange, in my opinion. As long as you ask for everything you need, the food is always good...

I ordered sandwiches for my family @ the Mooney Blvd. location, and I am so happy I did. The sandwiches were delicious and big, they were awesome. I will definitely be getting sandwiches from there again.

I order through the Jimmy John’s app pretty regularly. Today they really outdid themselves and I received my order delivered to my door within 15 minutes. Talk about freaky fast. Thanks Jimmy John’s!!! 😁

I love how they make you tip prior to receiving your online delivery order. Sandwich was not made the way I asked for (not to mention the mustard was one big pile in the middle of the sandwich. I honestly got a mouthful of mustard seed) and they gave me the wrong chips. Not a happy camper, especially when paying $40 for two subs and chips. Update: Manager offered to remake my sandwich. Thank you for making it right.

Fast friendly service. Ample parking. A bit pricey for a sandwich but packed with quality ingredients and filled with flavor. It all balances out in the end. Yes, I would suggest this location to friends and family.

Wow 👍🔥. This was my first time inside Jimmy John's and the server Brittany was well informed and helpful. She made my experience there, amazing. I definitely recommend eating here. The prices are not bad either. We had a great time there. Thank you Brittany.👍

The experience was good. We were welcomed, and the cashier was nice and chatted for a minute. The sandwich was extremely unpleasant. White bread with two pieces of meat, cheese, and mayonnaise. Tasted like nothing but mayo even after I added mustard. This cost $13. I could've purchased all the ingredients from SaveMart and made multiple sandwiches for that price.

After getting my sandwich I came back in an asked it to be cut he dropped it then remade it but didn’t put everything I payed for back on my sandwich then when I asked for pickel and onion because he forgot he asked me did I order that and pay for that cause he don’t remember all and all would not go back

me and my mother came in to get lunch, i got charged a dollar extra to add jalapeños to her sandwich and once we came home to eat, there was only ONE jalapeño in the sandwich. Honestly im okay with the extra charge if im getting a dollar worth of jalapeños not .1 cent. We were really kind to the worker so having this happen is really disappointing. I work food service so I make sure any extra charges they get what they are more paying for. Apparently it doesn’t apply to all food service workers. So make sure you check your sandwiches! Some incompetent workers! xx

I ordered a Jalapeño Ranch wrap and they got it wrong twice. First time I asked not tomatoes and no onions and change wrap to garlic herb. Well there was tomatoes and onions with reg wrap. 2nd time ordered the same thing and didn't get the crunchy jalapeños in my wrap.

There was absolutely no Dijon. I took the sandwich apart looking for it. Also found only one tiny dot of avocado paste the size of a dime. Two ribbon thin onion strings about 2-3 inches long. The bread was hard & tough (couldn’t cut it with a sharp knife.) And worst of all, every other bite had a terribly bitter taste to it! Something was just not right. I even took the sandwich apart and tried to rebuild it as the meat & the tangled lettuce ball was falling out of the bread. It was useless! It was a terrible sandwich. I threw away 3/4ths of it! My friends sandwiches were all very much the same thing. We will not be ordering from any Jimmy Johns again, anywhere, anytime.

The bread was hard & tough (couldn’t cut it with a sharp knife.) And worst of all, every other bite had a terribly bitter taste to it! Something was just not right. I even took the sandwich apart and tried to rebuild it as the meat & the tangled lettuce ball was falling out of the bread. It was useless! It was a terrible sandwich. I threw away 3/4ths of it! My friends sandwiches were all very much the same thing. We will not be ordering from any Jimmy Johns again, anywhere, anytime.
