I went in yesterday for a drink and it was Mother’s Day, the ladies working there were so sweet, the gave me a rose and told me HMD:) this Human Bean location really care about their customers 🥺

Drinks actually taste like they have coffee unlike other places. Wish there were more of these places.

If you haven't been to the Human Bean, you're missing out. Great coffee! Great staff. Had the Urish Cream Breve. Always good. The small selection of food/snacks is alright, but it's the coffee. Beats Dutch Brothers hands down.

The best matcha not water down or overly powdery! Regret always passing by and never trying! The coffee my bf got was amazing as well. We had to go back and get their bag of coffee beans

Love this place for coffees, teas and smoothies. My little one especially loves their kiddo smoothies (green apple). Wait isn't that long, we ordered 3 drinks and were outta the drive through in less than 10 min. This place is awesome for a crafted, coffee or tea. Gotta try

Come here when I can they have the nicest employees and the best Irish Cream lattee!! Prices are comparable but worth the great Customer Service! Their coffee is the best, their food is great, but the reason I gave the food three stars is only because they are not known for food but it is still great! I rated the atmosphere a 2 because they are not a sit down Cafe. The people are genuinely nice and that is hard to come by unfortunately.

My favorite coffee place and now my kids favorite spot too. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu. I try something new each time I go. Love how they make festive drinks all year round and my children love love love the Italian sodas.

Yesterday was first time in a few months that I've been to a coffee shop. By no surprise it was wonderful service just like always. I never order what's on the menu they always make me whatever I want with no complaint and it's perfect every time. Every employee that I came in contact with has been nothing but helpful and wonderful. I don't even bother going to any other coffee shop. You doing a wonderful job keep it up.

I just moved here to Visalia and I was looking for a new coffee place, so I tried Human Bean, I've been here twice already and both times were wonderful experience, everyone their is so friendly and welcoming, especially just moving here it feels nice and comforting that I've been enjoying my time here so far. The guy that worked there loved my dog and gave him a treat and a dog cup, cutest thing ever. This is my favorite coffee place and I'll be coming all the time now!

My weekly go to. Super friendly staff. Hot decent coffee served with a chocolate covered espresso bean( my new addiction). They do offer speciality drinks. Blended, frappes and iced. Pup cups. Online menu available. Heads up. This isn't Starbucks ( no ventes etc) or dutch brothers. Great locals run drive thru always served with a smile!

Staff is always friendly and service is fast! Their drinks are incredibly delicious and you can customize any drink the way you want! I am a loyal customer, even come from Fresno to get a coffee here on the weekends!

I love this place SO!!!!!!!! SOOOOOOOOO!!!!! SOO!!!!!!!! MUCH 💯. I love the blue raspberry club soda and the strawberry club soda and I’m trying the chai latte. This is my first review. And I have to say I would chose this place 100000000% over Starbucks any day. The service is nice they offer a bean at the end :) . We asked for less ice and they nicely did not put as much as Starbucks. I’m not hating on Starbucks I love going there also I’m not trying to hate on them. But when Starbucks gives us ice in our drinks it usually takes up most of the cup room and the human bean didn’t. I rate this place 5 stars it’s my favorite drink place my second is Starbucks. The lady at the window was also nice since we took a little longer ordering and they did not mind.

If I wasn't just visiting the city then this would be my go-to coffee shop! When ordering through doordash they wrote a cute little message on my order saying "You've bean the best." The coffee was delicious and made perfectly and the food was so good also! Love this place already! <3

I have visited this shop ever since it opened and I have never been disappointed! The customer service is excellent, I love the beans they include with your drinks, the variety of drinks/breakfast/cookies available, and the speed of service. The quality is unlike any other, and I will more than gladly continue to show appreciate towards this lovely business!

I prefer this over other coffee chains, the coffee is more flavorful. They also have great food items like pizza bagels and turkey cranberry bagel sandwiches. The wait is never long, which is also appreciated.

And you have the options to choose any out of the 70 syrups you want your Italian soda to taste like. My fave is the green apple...you should try it.

Each drink comes with a chocolate covered coffee bean which is such a sweet and energizing treat! They had soy milk that was creamy and a perfect dairy free option.

The drinks I have gotten, to me, are way better than Starbucks. The ones I have gotten have less sugar, and taste amazing. The breakfast croissant and the lunch bagel with turkey and cranberry, were delicious. I live in Three Rivers, or I'd go more often! Highly recommended!

So my daughter got the new drink she had recommended the "Snow White" (extra large) but after getting it the lid was not on right or something was wrong with it & it came off so she saved it (in my car) but getting it to her big rig it came off & turn over & what a big mess it was leaking into her cup holder & all over her floor! 😥

A good first visit. If you're looking for overly sweet, muddy drinks, stick with Starbucks. If you appreciate the idea of flavor notes as opposed to overpowering presence of syrup, you'll want to stick with The Human Bean. Service was friendly and attentive and the white chocolate-covered espresso bean is pretty delicious. Irish creme breve very good. Girlfriend's caramel latte smooth and good if not slightly thin for her taste.

We are visiting from out of state and wanted to try a coffee place. The staff are super friendly but the coffee was not good.

Service was amazing. But I ordered a hot Carmel Hazelnut and it was completely watered down. My husband ordered a blended drink and it was okay. I’m just disappointed with my drink. Maybe ask for more shots of syrup might make the drink better and more coffee.

I just went through the drive thru to get my free burrito and I told her no red peppers and she put them in there . 😡 I told her I can't have nothing spicy because of my stomach. Why don't they listen to me . This is why I don't like going out to eat .

Came on the BOGO day at around 2/24/26 @ 5:30pm. Only ordered two drinks and there wasn’t even a car infront of me. The two young ladies were extremely rude and handed me my drinks so aggressively. I understand they must have had a busy day but it’s no excuse to be dismissive and rude to a customer. I never write negative reviews because we all have bad days but I had such a negative experience that I have to leave one unfortunately. Won’t be back at this specific location. Love the coffee tho.
