Came home after the drive thru, and the chicken was burned. The sandwich had no lettuce, and they piled on heavy american cheese, which i didn't ask for. I asked for light Swiss cheese. Whoever works in the afternoon mid day to evening needs to be fired. The cook and prep worker suck. Or the manager sucks. Or both.

Great reminder that I shouldn't get fast food. I used to like it, went yesterday because I wanted a whopper and onion ring sauce. Expensive and cold, very disappointing.

Talk about disappointment. Frys were not fully cooked. There was hardly any lettuce on the original chicken sandwich. Onion rings are $5.49 now!?!

Food is good. Just as you expect from a Burger King. Nothing special or surprising. The service thought... People seem unhappy, tired and uncaring. They were not rude or gave bad service, but the attitude was like I don't want to be here.

Great reminder that I shouldn't get fast food. I used to like it, went yesterday because I wanted a whopper and onion ring sauce. Expensive and cold, very disappointing.

Horrible customer service! Supposedly lady named Carmen manager can't read coupons or assist customers with app! She said all she does is punch in the number and that's all.. Anthony refused to give us a full copy of our receipt. I'd stay away guys

I ordered the new fiery mozzarella sticks, 12pc via drive thru. I got an 8 pc instead. I went inside and let the cashier know. She was polite but I could hear the cook yelling in the back that she heard 8... it literally said 12 on my receipt. Cashier tossed my 8pc which was sad and wasteful 😩. Then she did order me some fresh ones but when I got them, I couldn't tell how many were there. Maybe 12, maybe less again. It looked intentionally crushed. Not one piece was whole. I was polite and even placed a second order. There was no reason for this. Definitely spiteful.

$16. for a whopper combo small fries small coke what a ripoff trapped in the drive thru could not back out and you wonder why burger kings are closing up

Every time I go their machine for ice cream never works or they say “I just cleaned the ice cream machine sorry I can’t give you that right now”

Came here and ordered a burger, it was like $14 and some change for just the burger! I was shocked. I ended up making it a meal for like $3.00 more. The price here is crazy! Maybe that’s why it’s always empty. First time here and last time too.

It is Currently 9:44pm and I am being denied food to a restaurant whose front doors close at 10pm.. is be more understanding if it wasn't fast food whose principal is 5 min or less

The so called manager named Miguel had made a sly comment about not giving him the correct order (when he didn’t take my order correctly) and shut the window on me. I told him their attitude was rude and the service was worse. Probably not coming back, don’t recommend coming here unless your okay with miserable people serving you :(

I don't know if it's a corporate thing but the prices on the bikini bottom bundle in the app are not the same as in person. In the app, they are selling the bundle at 21, in person it's 16.
