I stumbled upon it by mistake this summer and immediately appreciated the view from the balcony table (as well as the cool air 😉). Then the food arrived, and I was truly pleasantly surprised. I returned in December with other guests, and my first impressions were confirmed. Everyone was happy with the quality of the food and the presentation, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that felt like being in your own living room. The owners are kind and helpful, as well as well-trained in their profession. I had guests with digestive issues, and they were all truly happy with the after-dinner experience, as they digested everything perfectly. In short, the food is good, tasty, yet light. So if you want to spend some time in the cool air in the summer or in a mountain atmosphere in the winter, eat well, and receive a warm welcome, book a table. And thank me for the great advice! 😜

"A journey through Piedmontese and Alpine flavors" This osteria is a true gem for those who love mountain cuisine, with a perfect balance between Piedmontese traditions and typical dishes from other Alpine regions. The menu features great Piedmontese classics, such as veal with tuna sauce, agnolotti with roast beef sauce, braised beef, and bunet. The Russian salad is truly excellent, as are the yellow peppers with bagna cauda, ​​truly light and well-balanced, and the tomino with caramelized onions is truly superb. While I found the veal tuna sauce a bit dull, I wasn't thrilled. But there are also forays into mountain dishes from other regions: such as the savory strudel, truly delicious, and the gnocchi with fondue and crispy speck, served in a warm earthenware dish, a well-crafted dish. We tasted the house wine, a perfect dessert to complement the dishes. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, with furnishings reminiscent of the mountains: wood, warmth, and a stove located between the first and main dining rooms, creating an atmosphere that invites relaxation. The dishes are truly beautiful. The service is impeccable, friendly, and attentive, making you feel at home. A negative note, but that's my opinion, are the paper napkins. I think a nice cloth napkin would have a much warmer and more eco-friendly feel. One of the features I appreciated is the use of a blackboard instead of traditional paper or plastic menus. An eco-friendly and innovative choice that adds a touch of authenticity to the experience. The menu, handwritten daily, reflects the freshness of the ingredients: dishes that change based on the season and the availability of local produce. It's wonderful to see how this philosophy values ​​both the local area and the environment. From a hygiene standpoint, the osteria leaves nothing to chance. The tables and surroundings are impeccable, the staff pays great attention to detail, and the management inspires trust and confidence.

This welcoming, well-maintained location boasts a beautiful indoor dining area, but when the weather permits, I highly recommend dining on the charming outdoor terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the valley. The cuisine is rich and tasty, with a focus on traditional Piedmontese dishes, expertly prepared using only the finest ingredients. I recommend the gnocchi with toma fondue and the agnolotti with roast beef sauce. The homemade desserts are also excellent. Attentive service, very friendly staff, and fair prices. Definitely worth a try.
