Fuimos a comer y el trato fué excepcional. Los camareros muy amables y en concreto el camarero de las tardes que fué muy simpático y cercano, súper atento y tuvo un detalle con nosotros de agradecer. Recomiendo a todos los que vayan por la zona que se pasen por el bar.

Lugar muy agradable con un servicio inmejoreble,la comida espectacular con una metre y camaeros muy atentos y educados un lugar donde hay que volver sin duda merecido lo tienen.

Tuvimos un bautizo aquí y estuvo genial! Muy buen trato, comida muy rica y sitio muy bien acondicionado ❤️

Me gusta venir aquí porque me encanta Cantabria y en el Hotel Cueli me siento como en casa. La habitación es grande y cómoda, buena climatización y además siempre ceno aquí con mis compañeros de trabajo. Este verano vendré con la familia a disfrutar de su hospitalidad. Gracias equipo!!

Hemos ido a comer en familia, por lo menos cinco veces y nunca nos ha defraudado. El servicio y trato de camareros, la metre y la propietaria Alba han sido excelentes. Muy buen menú a un precio muy justo. Volveremos sin ninguna duda.

Nos alojamos una noche en el Hotel Restaurante Cueli y la experiencia fue muy buena. El personal es muy amable y atento desde el primer momento. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. Cenamos en el restaurante y nos sorprendió para bien tanto en su carta como en sus menús, con varias opciones para elegir en el menú diario y el de fin de semana. La ubicación es práctica para moverse por Cantabria. A cinco minutos de la ciudad y a cinco minutos de la costa. Sin duda, un sitio recomendable si buscas algo sencillo, acogedor y con buen trato.

Entré a comer el menú del día, y la verdad que fue un gran acierto. Pedí de primer plato una sopa de pescado, que estaba buenísima de segundo carrileras, que no podían estar más tiernas y con un sabor excelente. De postre pedí un mousse de avellanas que estaba de muerte. El trato del personal espectacular, Muchas gracias por todo, repetiré sin lugar a dudas

Acudimos al restaurante el dia de navidad a comer un menu de degustación. La verdad es que nos trataron realmente genial, una atención excelente. Su menu nos encantó, desde sus entrantes, su excelente lomo de lubina,sus magníficas carrilleras o su tradicional torrija de brioche. Todo estaba de 10. Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia.

Restaurante bien ubicado con excelente relación calidad/precio . Servicio impecable y amplio comedor poco ruidoso ideal para cualquier tipo de reunión familiar, con amigos etc

I enjoyed my stay there very much. I was having transportation issues and Rosana at the front desk went above and beyond to help me!! She even checked on me to make sure everything worked out. A truly genuine person. The café is so quaint and my wait and food there was very relaxing and calming.. The location is right across the street from a bus station. As a non fluent Spanish speaker I was thankful the front desk was able to communicate in English with me when I was anxious about my transportation. I was at this hotel as part of my camino journey and will truly remember the kindness of the staff forever! Thank you all!!

This place deserves credit. The dinner ad breakfast were among the best I had on the Camino thus far. Very comfy beds. It's not luxury, but very good. Especially when you consider the price on top of that. I am really happy I stayed here!

It is a good hotel.There is a bar and a restaurant too with a very good menu for a good price.There is also a vending machine outside.A bit of a treat on the Camino but it is worth it if you don't feel lime doing extra kilometers on that day.Nice staff and service.

We've stayed here a couple of times on our journey from our flat in the Murcia region to Santander for the ferry back to the UK. After the 850 km drive it gives us a restful night before the 20 - 30 minute easy drive to the ferry terminal. It is 5 minutes from the A67 and in a relatively quiet location. The price is good at around £50 for two including a decent breakfast. The hotel is clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It is perfect for us and will be our usual stop from now on. Plenty of parking is available.

Menú del dia con varias opciones de primero y segundo muy cuidado. Tanto el trato como la imagen y las mesas comida rica y elaborada. Precio bueno y ajustado. Muy recomendable

Pues muy bien, para ser un hotel viejo sin ducha pero bañeras, todo limpio y buen trato. Localizado en un sitio para moverte bien en la zona. De cafetería y restaurante no hablo. personal de recepción bueno amable y atento. No estuve en cafetería ni restaurante.

Hotel familiar muy bien ubicado. Cerca de varios pueblos muy bonitos (Santillana, Comillas,etc). El trato por parte de los trabajadores genial, el restaurante con muy buena comida (en especial la tortilla de patatas con bonito y mayonesa). Las habitaciones quizás un poco antiguas y con algunos desperfectos, pero calidad-precio muy bien.

Tuve ocasión de visitar únicamente el restaurante, y es sobre él que me permito compartir una impresión. Los precios, elevados para el contexto, contrastaban con unos platos que, si bien sabrosos, adolecían de cierta parquedad en la porción. El sabor era grato, sin duda, pero la cantidad dejaba al comensal con el deseo de algo más. El servicio, por su parte, fue impecable: atento, cortés y de una amabilidad que ennoblece la experiencia. No obstante, al abandonar el lugar, me acompañó la sutil sensación de haber pagado más de lo que la experiencia justificaba.

Staff didn't seem to understand what an allergy was, consistently handing me things which clearly had an egg on the top, then insisting I eat it despite being told multiple times that I cannot eat eggs. The location of the hotel was right by a Simpsons style power plant with green gas coming out the top of the tube. Rooms were nice, had the amenities you need, however there was no lock on the bathroom door.

La comida excelente pero el personal no saben ni atender,ni explicar,ni poner cuchillo de carne al chuleton,tardan mogollón, no haz personal cualificado empezando por la chica que solo toma notas y los otros sirven,...Te trae la sopa ,sin plato debajo y te meten los dedos al traerla sobre el plato por que no se puede cojer de otra manera ,si no la traes con un plato debajo.

Very noisy at night it is currently 11 minutes past midnight and lost of noisy people shouting and talking very loudly have to have window open as heating on full cannot turn off ! Not ideal
