Strong points: not crowded, no need to book, generous portions, friendly staff. Points I didn't like: rather expensive drinks and cover charge (coffee €2, 33ml can of Coke €4, cover charge €3 for a paper tablecloth and tiny bread), long wait for four reheated items, and women and children should be served first.

Our experience at this place was unpleasant, to say the least; the food itself wasn't that bad. The worst part was that it was a "pizzeria," but when we went... We were informed they don't do pizza. When we ordered hot dogs, they brought the sauces separately, plus the ketchup had expired, and instead of bringing us as many sauces as expected, they brought us salt packets and those coffee sticks, which we hadn't ordered. The best part was that it wasn't crowded and there was no need to make a reservation. Besides the food, we also had issues with the bathrooms, which weren't great. They weren't even separated by gender, and the water didn't seem very clean. That's my opinion, but I'm not forcing anyone not to go. Thanks.

Worth a try as a restaurant after this one, I think it's pretty hard to find a worse one. After ordering, after about 15 minutes they come and ask you to pay the bill before being served. I can't blame them, I wonder how many people later refused to pay for the terrible food, even at a medium-low price. In fact, with a very high quality-price ratio, I'm talking about average first courses and second courses like pizzas. The comments from the other diners were negative. I won't dwell on the details; I'll just quickly comment on the order I placed. Having read the reviews before going, and being invited, I couldn't change my destination, hoping the reviews were excessive or made by competitors. To be safe, I think I'll start by ordering a simple Neapolitan pizza, thinking at worst it would be edible, but alas, an anchovy cut into 4 pieces all over the pizza, drowned in cheese that I think was cheese anyway—a disgusting thing you won't find even in a service station. In fact, after the first taste, despite myself, thinking about how many children around the world are dying of hunger, I only ate the crust around it because my sacrifice wouldn't have changed their plight. Let's move on to the Latin American music part. I'm not an expert on this. Maybe it's a good place to dance, but since until 10:00 AM, basically only the organizers were dancing, why not keep the volume up until then so you can have a chat with your companion? Maybe talking to the person sitting across from you is a bit too much, but at least with the person next to you. So if you want to dance, I can't tell you if it's a "in" place. But for the rest, I'll say it with two quotes, one from Totò and the other from a legendary TV salesman from the '80s. If you really want to try dancing, you'd better go after dinner. And Seeing is believing.

Terrible, you order ribs and the hamburgers arrive because the ribs were finished but asking the customer if it was okay or not was too much, right! The cover charge cost more than the food, terrible I wouldn't say but at least take a hamburger course the sole was softer! 🤦🏻‍♂️ never again 🤟

I can't comment on the food... we ordered... waited a bit... then instead of bringing us the food we were served the receipt saying that they charge before carrying out the service... hallucinating and disgusted we got up saying that we always ate first and then paid the bill... I took my money elsewhere

The food is normal, the "kitchen" if you can call it that, I'm not able to manage the courses... Everything at once from the appetizer to the main course... Big mess... Not recommended...

I went to eat at Eden for Easter Monday with a group of friends. I'd read a few reviews, but I didn't think it was that bad! Limited food selection, fast-food style, very low quality, and decidedly high prices for the service offered. Not to mention the dirty plates and glasses...with a €3 cover charge 😡😡😡, they should have paid me!!! That said, I'll definitely never go back to this place again!!!

Easter Monday 2025. 1 hour wait for 2 slices of carpaccio. I asked for condiments and bread (if you can call it that). After 15 minutes, I got up and went to get it. The mixed grill arrived: 1 cold mignon, a braised beef and a salami that were inedible!! With 2 chips (the only thing we could eat because they weren't made by them). Do we want to talk about the entertainment?... It starts with the classic old-fashioned jokes that aren't even funny about the blue pill... there are no adjectives to describe this place... or rather, there would be...

Banana split: a mix of fairly poor quality ice cream flavors, full of lumps of ice, the plate arrived after a 20 minute wait, half melted so much that I couldn't even tell what ice cream flavors they were because they were mixed together, two splashes of cream that covered the damage at first impact, then the banana in pieces around the plate 🫣. After tasting it it was an inedible mush (about 1 minute later) I point out that it was the evening. Cost 8 euros.

I'm really sorry to have to leave a negative comment, but I can't help it. My experience dates back to December 8th, when we stopped for lunch during the Christmas markets. We were seated in a tent adjacent to the restaurant. We thought we'd grab a quick bite to eat before continuing our visit. The wait for polenta and piadina was interminable (over an hour). Several people left their tables, others went to complain to the waitress and the owner. After another half hour, we gave up. The owners probably expanded the dining area due to the increased influx of visitors, without thinking about kitchen help and service. In the end, the customers were dissatisfied. Personally, after the long wait, I was even disappointed to find no more seats in any of the nearby restaurants, where almost everyone had moved.
