The food is good, no denying that. The portions are a good size and the food tastes good. However, I'm not giving it 4 or 5 stars because the service isn't the best. The attention is very basic, and the place is noisy. It's also important to point out that the decor is very basic, nothing elegant or that evokes a Santander experience. Parking is limited, it's difficult to find a spot, and you have to leave your car on the street, risking a ticket. Furthermore, the menu is overpriced. The prices are really high; charging 70,000 pesos for meat that isn't even Angus or another imported cut is outrageous. Their prices are higher than other steakhouses that offer better service and ambiance. It's worth going once, but it's not a place you'd want to visit often.

Buena comida. Las porciones son generosas pero lo que evita que sea un lugar que se pueda frecuentar son los precios y el parqueadero tan limitado. En comparación con otros restaurantes santandereanos son extremadamente caros. Cómo cobras 80mil pesos por una lengua en salsa o 90mil pesos por un salmón? Incluso los precios están por encima de restaurantes “finos” o especializados. Está bien para ir una vez y ya. Pero no para volver.

Horrible service and attention. I do not recommend it. It's not a place to eat pleasantly. The order arrived incomplete; they kept the side dishes from the meal we ordered. They didn't even address our complaint or apologize for the inconvenience they caused. The wait was endless, both for taking the order and for the food to arrive at the table. The food was mediocre. Terrible service. I will never return. The experience was awful. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the lack of respect and attention. They asked at the entrance if there was enough for two, there was a line, we raised our hands indicating "two," and we were ignored, even though everyone in front of us was a group of four. Total disorganization. They made us change tables. I do NOT recommend it. 👎🏼
