I don't even like fried chicken all that much, but it was way better than I was expecting. Nothing was too greasy. The breading was the perfect level of crunch and seasoning, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. This must be the standard because we got there close to closing time and it was still delicious. The gravy was to die for, and I dipped everything in it, including the mac and cheese. Somehow it just works. The restaurant itself was clean and modern, unlike many typical fast food places. I would absolutely go back.

Food was really good. Staff was friendly. However I feel it was a bit pricey and no online ordering available resulting in a longer wait then I expected. Food was freshly made for sure. An online ordering system would have made a 5 star review. I would have expected the cost before hand and the wait time would have been reduced.

Fast service, but didn't include the biscuit for my combo meal. Tried the Mac and Cheese and parts of it were cool rather than warm; also it was pretty plain - would have been better with some salt and pepper. Chicken was very juicy and tender, but fried batter was a bit pale. Fried okra, corn nuggets, and the piece I tried of my husband's biscuit were delicious! Sweet tea was super sweet: just how I like it!

The food is "mid" at best...Chicken is sometimes slimy, the fish tastes like Vietnamese catfish, but the rolls are always top-tier. This location has really declined over the last few years, and I hate that because it used to be great...Think "gas-station chicken" and thats pretty much what this is...🤷 semi-Amazing service tho, so theres that 🫡

Went thru drive thru ordered chicken tenders got home they forgot the gravy drove back asked for a fresh order of fries because they would've gotten back home they were going to charge me full price So hot home,guess what soggy fries ummm Golden chicks right across the street And the old lady was rude But the kid at drive thru today was very nice

I went to the drive through on 5/28/24 around 11am and ordered the #1 with an extra roll and fried pickles and received the order after a few minutes. I then pulled forward to get out of the line and checked the order it was missing the four piece chicken tenders, so I parked went in and explained what happened, the lady at the counter didn’t believe me so I retrieved the box to show her. She did give the chicken that was missing however when I got home and handed the food to my pregnant wife I noticed the large coke on the rim had what looks to be blood of some kind. I did not appreciate the insinuation of being a liar and the fact that blood was on or in my wife’s drink. Extremely pissed off customers!

Ordered a fish combo and a chicken strip combo around 830 tonight and the fish was old!!! The hush puppies were rock hard!!!! The dog wouldn’t even eat it!!! The chicken has a horrible taste like it was cooked in bad grease!! The corn nuggets are cold. Disgusting. The only thing worth a damn was the mash potatoes .. 30$ wasted!!! I called the store, she told me bring this nasty food and my receipt back but I’m already back home! I’m good I just want my money back! Worst experience EVER!!!
