It is a five star. But I would prefer you didn't eat here. This is my place. Salvatores baby I have been eating here since the 70s.

PIZZA like it should be. Hot, crunchy bready crust. Mmmmmmmm....

Very good pizza. A little spicy (hot) for my taste, but excellent none the less. Small dining area but appealing decor, staff were polite and efficient. Will revisit!

I'm not from around this area but my girlfriend lives down the road I went in one day for a quick slice very friendly staff. With that said I fell in love with their pizza like I said the employees very friendly yup I'm the guy with the tattoos on my face best pizza ever.

I always go here. I'm never disappointed and the food and staff are both great. I live close by so ordering regularly is a no brainer for my family and I.

Ordered a trashplate pretty late and it was ready in no time and tasted amazing. The guy there couldn't have been any nicer.

I enjoy all of their pizza, they have their own specific specials that are genuine to themselves that are absolutely delicious . The staff is very friendly and the location is very convenient and easy to get to being right off 31 in Walworth. If you want good pizza I recommend trying it here.

This is my favorite place to buy pizza. They use quality ingredients and it always tastes good. Now lets talk about their cauliflower crust pizza. I was excited when I heard about it since I am on a diet. I was so excited because it's made by Salvatore's! It has to be good right? WRONG!!!! The crust is paper thin, dry and even tough! I ate 3 pieces and was still hungry! So the 5 stars is for their other food,. The cauliflower crust pizza I give a 3 stars and those stars are for the toppings and their amazing sauce. So if your hungry or looking for a good cauliflower crust I would recommend you keep looking and not waste your money on this one. There are recipes on line and they are actually easy to make and tastes amazing.

Salvatores in Walworth NY is now on track. The food has greatly improved and the new staff is doing well. Frank the owner including the Macedon shop needs to be commended for his hard work. Place an order and you will taste the difference . Highly recommended. We oder at least once each week.

First off… Awesome staff! Recco, and the crew rock! I honestly thought Salvatore’s was just pizza, subs…. You know the usual “pizzeria” kind of place! I was wrong! I ordered the grilled chicken parm! It was huge! Seriously!! Amazing portions! Delicious flavor! I have enough for two meals! The garlic bread was a whole loaf! Bread is life and that made my night! They really do deliver everything but babies! Support local!

I don't eat subs very often anymore due to some dietary changes, however I had the occasion to order some the other day from Salvatore's in Walworth. What a great sandwich! Perfect sub rolls are the foundation of this culinary delight. Excellent crust and chewy inside provide the perfect juxtaposition to the copious tender and flavorful meats and cheeses as well as all fresh vegie ingredients! Simply Perfect!

I have only ordered pizzas from Salvatore's in Walworth (always pickup) quite a bit and I've never had a bad one yet thanks Frank !!!! I like this one of all the Salvatore's near me the best the next one would be the one on Bay Road Oh and by the way Frank. Adam makes a great pizza like yourself........great pizza the extra sauce is killer!!!!

I ordered 2 meatballs subs from here and they told me 30 min and when I went to get them they were ready and the subs were out of this world the bread just melted in your mouth. My son and I split one they were huge and the other one my son took half for lunch the following day and he said we need to get them again

I do a lot of traveling and have eaten in places all over the East Coast. This location of Salvatore's in Walworth is a standout. Apparently it used to be an auto garage and they've kept the decor, it's really cool inside. Very original. I actually got to watch the game while eating my lunch they have TVs ,small counter seating, plenty of tables and the place is very clean. It's been awhile since I went to Salvatore's because the old owner did not take care about taking care of this place. When I heard they have new owners, the new owners are young couple who really care about their food quality and their customers, I had to give it a try and I was not disappointed at all. I hope they are very successful. I think they will be because they care. Extensive menu items and a killer Buffalo chicken sandwich

This was my first time eating at Salvatore’s Walworth and I will definitely be back. I was surprised how extensive the menu was, they have so many options beyond pizza. We had buffalo chicken sandwiches, fries, wings and pizza and everything was excellent. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, the owners even stopped over to ask how everything was, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

This was my first time eating at Salvatore’s Walworth and I will definitely be back. I was surprised how extensive the menu was, they have so many options beyond pizza. Pizza was good, garlic knots were awesome. My only gripe is no fountain soda. Either you buy 2 liters or bottles.

Love the old fashioned pepperoni pizza. The only complaint is the way the large pizza was sliced, but it still tasted the same (expected pizza slices, not cut like a grid)

Salvatore's is the best backup pizza in town. If you can't get cams or you're not feeling the deep dish of chesters, or the fancy wood fired places==then Salvatore's is the place to go. Their pizza is consistently decent.

For a pizza place, they have a pretty decent fish fry. Would probably give it a solid 7/10. Fish had flavor, batter was fluffy and crispy but a little chewy and underseasoned imo. But for 18$ I cant complain. Would eat again.

Pizza slices had clearly been sitting out for awhile, not sure why they'd expect people to want to purchase several hours old slices.

Pizza had good amount of toppings on it. Flavor of wings was good but not crispy enough.

Love the food the over and hour wait for a sheet pizza that shows up luke warm im not a fan of. It'd be more understandable if I wasn't able to order the same thing from thier competitor across the rd (marks) and get my food actually hot. Kinda disappointed in the lack of ability to deliver hot food as a pizza joint. Foods always good but it'd be alot better hot not barely warm

Stopped by for a couple of slices with a coworker, cashier tells me we ordered a large after we cash out separately. Lastly the pizza tasted like some of the ingredients were freezer burned!

Just picked up from Walworth store due to Macedon being closed to lack of staff. The people in there are working hard and trying to make due. The wait was long but the food was delicious which means the quality is there. Too bad for lack of employees because it really is good just an long wait

They tried to squeeze every nickel and dime out of ya for a slice of pizza. It's basically one slicy cut in here and charge it almost for what the medium pizza should be. I don't even want to know what their medium pieces are prices. But I would say mediocre pizza

Food is usually an hour late and the food is normally wrong, last night i ordered an italian assorted sub and the meat tasted cheap I didn't even eat it. This place is definitely hit and miss depending on the time of day.

So don’t get me wrong I love Salvatore’s. But lately I feel anytime I order my order comes wrong. We ordered country sweet wings today and got buffalo. Also ordered a chicken Charlie pizza, country sweet and it is also buffalo. I mean it was still good and we didn’t want to call and have to wait over another hour, just not exactly what we ordered. Feel like the people taking the orders don’t pay attention to what your saying, especially after reading these other reviews of people’s orders being wrong.

Ordered a wrap with fries and a fish fry. My wrap was falling apart and crumbling. I also didn't get the order of fries. Called back and there was no real care about it. They were only able to credit my wrap because "nothing is wrong with the fish fry". I work in food service and would never say that to a customer.

I would not be coming back here has it not been for Nicole kerber who made it right that our order was not only not ready but not even in the oven 25 minutes after it was ordered...for the second time. Nicole came to the counter and was pleasant and apologized, listened to the mistake and offered me and my fiance food that was already there since we travelled from Cayuga to visit family.. .instead of letting unsatisfied costumers walk away.

Just ordered 2 hot large subs. Ordered extra meat on 1. There was no extra meat by my standards. The other sub had very little meat on it. Unbelievable. Sure wasn’t worth 27 dollars.

We have been ordering from salvatores for several years. Up until lately I have not had a bad experience. However the last few times we've ordered from them, the food has been subpar. The quality of the food does not justify the prices. And to top it all off they regularly forget items we have ordered. Today we spent $70 on an order just to realize that they yet again forgotten our drinks. My wife's food was cold, and some of my food was over cooked. I called them not to complain about the quality of the food(perhaps they have a new employee they are training), not to complain about the prices(its a small business and the cost of everything is up), but to simply ask to bring us our drinks. This is something that should have been simple. (Send another driver or the manger) I wasn't asking for a refund at first. But then they told me that I had to wait an hour. Now I have been in the auto service industry for a number of years. I understand that things are forgotten from time to time. (A set wipers on a particularly long or difficult repair was the most common) you get busy things go awry, the phone rings, 3 people in the back are are asking questions. I get it. But when things get forgotten, you make it right IMMEDIATELY! You don't make the customer wait. Often times it's a lot of little things that drive people away. My issue should have been addressed immediately. I know it sounds petty. But the fact that they didn't seem to care tells me that the employees no longer prioritize their customers. Customer service in any industry is key. Customer service determines whether or not you will have repeat business Poor customer service means you will only have one time customers. And it means long time customer will stop coming.

I bought a sheet pepperoni pizza. It was mainly sauce and bread. I complained there was no cheese on my pizza and nothing was done. I’ll go .2 miles further next time and get marks

We have ordered from Walworth Salvatores maybe 10 times since they re-opened. 7 of 10 has been terrible order has been wrong and food below par. I will not order again. The staff are kids who just don't seem to aim to please which I can only sum up as poor management. Sorry Walworth Salvatores we tried.

Expensive food. Terrible value. Worse customer service. Told 45 minutes for delivery. Called an hour later and was told it was in route. 30 minutes later, still no food (was 5 minutes from the restaurant). Called again. The girl said she knocked and no one answered. She left the food on the porch of an unfinished house. When asked why she didn't call, she stated that she had other deliveries to make. Food was ice cold. Their online menu has no descriptions, and no one clearly explained what was in the meals. Only upside is the cost was refunded.

I'm officially done ordering from here. Honestly 90% of the time our order is screwed up in one way or another. This time my wife didn't get her sides with her fish fry and I ordered extra ham on my cordon bleu sub and there is barely any ham on it. It's always something, it's not even worth calling anymore I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I haven’t been here in months and that’s because the person at the register was so rude. He hadn’t heard me order a Pepsi and when I went back and said I had ordered a Pepsi I got all kinds of attitude. Go to marks. Or macs pizza shack…… Polite staff there!

The sub I ordered barley had any roast beef on it. They also for got our fries...when u spend money you expect to get what u ordered. Not ordering from here again.

Ordered on their app. App said 45 minute wait for pickup. Immediately received a text message indicating come pick up my food. Called the store to confirm the time and they said 30-45 minutes. I said okay will I get a text when my food is ready, Answer: No. I ordered hot food and wanted to pick up fresh. Got into a small argument over the phone because they couldn't give me a time and ended up refunding my order. Great, can you send confirmation of the refund? Answer: No - You will have to come pick up the receipt. I said to the kind girl who answers the phone, can you please just grab the receipt and read it off to me. Answer: IDK where it is. Talked to the owner - He hung up on me. I followed that up with a visit to the store to get my receipt. Talked to the owner again, ran to the back to get the receipt (so I thought), comes back and says I threw it out. There is no receipt. To the owner: you know the story here, figure it out! And do not make your problem your customers problem. This was my second time coming back to the location giving it a chance with new owners saying "sorry for the previous, we will make it right". Side note: Seriously, cover your pizzas that you have out for slices. You have a long haired receptionist standing right next to them and a cook with an afro the size of Jupiter walking directly over the food without hairnets on.

My experience at Salvatore’s has been doing downhill. I’ve had to wait about 30-40 minutes every time to get my food. The Quality of the subs are declining such as not enough meat and other items in subs. They didn’t even have enough bread on a Friday night either. They missed some of the stuff on our orders as well. Don’t waste your time and money.

Been going to this location awhile now. Sometimes it's ok and others not. This last order maybe our last this pizza was not fresh. It was probably made wrong for some other customer. It was reheated and not very hot at that. It was dry and crust was very tough. Looked like half of the pepperoni had fallen off

Terrible food and terrible service. Called an order in about 20 minutes ahead of time, got there and it took 4 (what looked like crack addicts) to find my order. Got the order home and it's wrong. We called to complain because $45 is a lot of money to spend on a wrong order. We asked for a manager and an associate picked up. We asked her if she was a manager and she said no. We asked if we could talk to a manager and she said she was a manager. So there's apparently a lot of confusion over who is a manager and who isn't. We told her the order was wrong and she told us to bring all the food back so they can fix it??? Why would I drive 30 minutes away for you to correct an order when you could've just gave us 10% off our next order? Im not asking for a lot but clearly they have no brain cells or customer service skills so I hung up frustrated and ordered from marks instead. And my order from marks was perfect and delivered within 20 minutes for less than was salvatores charged.

Have never had any luck with getting food from this location. We live 7 minutes down the road and average delivery times to our house are over 2.5 hours. Figured we would give them a try again tonight as it has been a while and after 2 hours we called the store to cancel the order and they hung up on both my wife and I 10 times without even speaking to us.

Salvatore's has lost my business for ever, ordered a sheet pizza at 4:01 today to be ready for pick up at 5:45. Got there at 5:50 and they were just putting it in the oven!!! Very poor business practices.. Never again will I frequent your establishment. This is the second time you have done this to us!!!

Went in tonight for some slices. 3 slices cost me $21!! I could've got a whole pizza for that! Sorry but one slice doesn't cost them $5 - $6 to make, they're just being greedy at that point. Not worth it, I'll stick to other pizza places from now on

I am all.about the keto bowl. Unfortunately I will not be getting this again. In the past I had enough ingrediant from corner to corner. This time very disappointed that it was only half filled. If this how it going to be at night time because I never had this problem during the day. You just lost a customer . Way over price for what I recieved. I would a give this a no star. After this place switched hands its gone to the dumps .... I called and the first thing the lady says thanks for calling savatores if your ordering food its going to be a hour and a half or longer .......
