They have “table service” which is indicated by their table numbers and instructions to wait at the table for them to bring it out to you, yet they always place your food in bags anyway and leave it at the counter. Terrible service. Why offer a service they’re not going to do? It seems like they just don’t want to do any customer interaction at this location. Ever since they introduced their new self-order system their customer service has plummeted even more.

DO NOT GO TO MC DOANLDS HERE!! They gave me a moldy fry ( I have proof) when I tried contacting they hung up on me and blocked my number. Disgusting.

8/29 2:30pm Do NOT go INSIDE to ORDER it takes FOREVER They should close the inside if they're only going to focus on Drive-Thru I literally had to ask if they can remake my kids happy meals because they've been sitting there for a good 20 Minutes.. luckily I had someone genuinely help me to get me out of there already thank you he was very kind

Staff is rude and lazy doesnt take app orders. go to the shafter location instead they're not rude there and it's clean.

We went thru drive thru about 5: 15 pm today 6/27/24. We ordered 2 mc found, 4 ,mc chicken , 4 piece nuggets happy meal , medium French fries specially asked for everything to be made fresh well it wasn't food was cold fries were hard over cooked and we didn't get any sauce for the happy meal I tried calling multiple times to complain no one answered I will file a complaint with corporate....

Really upset, I went through drive through today 7/6/24 and I ordered large fries with no salt it wasn’t till I got home that the box was half ways full this is ridiculous, for the price I’m paying I expect to get the correct serving portion. KS 13 is what I’m assuming was the cashier, she was really kind! Cook/ BOH do better to avoid situations like these. 2/10

I ordered no cheese, when I went to the counter, first it took awhile to come talk to me. The manager ( woman) came finally. I explained, but she wanted to argue about the cheese no cheese. I can't eat it, so I know what I ordered. Then a young male employee was chatting n laughing about it. I walked away with my corrected item. Still could hear manager n employee talking about my order. Very unprofessional. Tables were dirty, only 1 other group of 3 sitting at a table. Service could have been better.

I got a salad there and it didn't look appetizing with brown spots in it.I have bought similar salads elsewhere often and haven't had this.Manager said it is normal as though I should just eat it.

It's the second time I get some pies here and the same issue happens again. They have a Best buy they don't respect. The second pie didn't even have the label so who know how old it was. When shared the concern I did not receive any apologies but: "yeah, that's good. if you want an other one you gotta wait 12 mins". (It was 2.10 pm) It's not my first issue here about customer service. Where is management?

Mobile order that I had placed was made incorrectly. Management tried to dismiss me like I was lying to him about what was wrong with my order. I had the receipt with me and he didn't even ask for it once. Fry's had no salt on them. Due to the way they packed my bag they had placed sandwich at the bottom and thrown both fries on top of it. Which smashed the sandwich made it completely undesirable. Management gave me a well what am I really supposed to do about it kind of attitude. They ended up replacing it, which I am grateful for but probably will not be coming back again. Though they probably do not care and would be okay with that
