The lady with the red hair has been awesome, she has been the only employee that has gone above and beyond.Everyone is either high or in a bad mood. I would come once or twice a week for the past 5 years. Today I found out that they don’t carry flat bread anymore which is the only reason I would go to subway.

This restaurant embodies all the qualities of what fast food should be. Dakota was wonderful!! He worked swiftly and promptly moved from person to person with gentle care towards the subs. I got a flatbread philly and a meatball marinara and both of them are delicious. Everything tastes fresh. Super clean store. Super impressed with this location and I will now only come to this Subway. Thank you!

The Denton Hwy location has been in operation for a long time and always has decent sandwiches. Using the Subway app. gets you deals and earns you food.

Ordered via the app. Arrived to pickup the order and apparently someone else grabbed it. The employee remade it for me but I should have asked for a refund. She put so much dressing that the bread soaked through even dripped off when you took a bite.

The staff at this location are so disinterested in helping you. I've never once seen anyone in this store except the big lady who makes the sandwich and checks you out. She's obviously very unhappy with her job. Never seen a manager or supervisor (or any helpers for that matter) in the store. Really need to work on customer service skills!!!!!

Need to help the new guy up front was making my sub got the boss and was putting ham on it till I stopped him just him upfront seamed like he was new little bit on hight side $18 for sub and drink properly won't go back

Staff here is great, but the new Subway bread is absolutely TERRIBLE. Smaller and hard, not fluffy and nice like it used to be. I'll never buy a Subway sandwich again. Value is not good.

The food here was very bland at best. The store is clean. The employees are very stand-offish and don't listen. For the money, go somewhere else. Subway has greatly reduced their menu selections and its not close to what they were just 5 years ago. EDIT: I decided to give them another chance. The food was actually a little better but the sandwich maker acted like each little piece was coming straight out of his pocket. I asked for extra onion and he carefully place about five pieces of onion on my sandwich. I had to ask him three times for more. The sandwich selection is well over a third of what it once was and the toppings are the most basic these days. $27.00 for two sandwiches and two drinks is a tad ridiculous. I am done with them now. You can get much better food for that kind of money elsewhere.

Clearly distracted with his visitor and did not read the receipt order correctly. Guy who made sandwich started to vape inside of the establishment after I got my sandwich.

I decided to give this subway a shot after a long while. I tried to come in to get a sandwich at 9:44 and the guy inside had already locked the door. In my opinion if the times on the window says open until 10 I should be able to walk in before 9:50 and have them make a 5 min sandwich. I'll never come back to this subway again.
