Dunkin Donuts is a home away from home all my friends go there before work to buy coffee and donuts so good writing this gave me a Awakening Rush of that goodness I know it's pure heaven when you drive through and take you first sip awakening.

Service was polite and prompt. Inside was clean and well kept. Drive thru is also regularly maintained and serviced but usually has a long line.

I love their blue berry muffins toasted with butter. With a large hot light and sweet. Gets my morning going. Plus they have the most beautiful black queen ever working there. My baby girl

Best dunkin in the area always get fresh coffee no matter time of day, staff always does the best they can to have a good selection of donuts. Night time crew there is one guy in particular who goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter always has the donuts she wants and always knows my order every time we go in. He's extremely friendly and caring really makes a difference!

I go to Dunkin A LOT! (Already got my badge for 150 visits in 2025🫣) so I can wholeheartedly say this store has THE BEST team! Some of the absolute BEST EVER (not just in this store but any store I’ve visited) are Hillary, Veronica, Mikey, Jordan&Rae Shauna.. Also anytime Christopher is on sandwich station my order is perfect no matter how much I customize it! It’s hard to find good help so for this shop to have all these hard working ppl who pay attention to detail& care about their customers…. It’s priceless! I hope they know what treasures they have at this Watervliet Location!! I’m sure I missed one or two names who are great & if I did I’m sorry

The coffee is usually great and made fast. On several trips i have had to go back due to messed up orders. For things like just black coffee instead of the flavors i ordered and gross watery coffee. They will fix it for you after and it is usually great after that.

It was a little slower than I had hoped, but not too bad. The food was as expected, not overcooked (which I've had at a few Dunkin' locations). All in all a pretty good experience.

It is usually a great atmosphere. I only gave four stars because there are times when the staff seems to be unaware of the back up of customers and it can be a little frustrated waiting for a long period of time when there are 5 staff working.

Food items still good. In recent weeks I have had long waits in the drive up at a few different shops. When I get to the window I get the feeling they are short handed.

This dunkin has the rudest workers. I think they are always overwhelmed but they take it out on us. This morning there was an item missing from my pick up order so I approached the counter and asked someone. She ignored anything I had to say and told me no this person can help you the cashier. I was like I'm just missing a donut I'm sure anyone could grab it. Plus I probably asked the person who screwed my order up to begin with. So I had to wait another 2 minutes for the cashier to come out and then be confused that I wasn't trying to buy anything. She was great helpful and extremely polite but the rest, rude

Average Dunkin with lots of little kids running things. They're polite and friendly but when things start to back up they panic and hand out the wrong drink.

The line in drive-thru was pretty slow. But there's always one person who holds up the line. But all in all it was good

Most of the staff is cool such as the openers and people there before 7am , the rest of the staff after is very rushing and not very careful with drinks there’s always spills on the side of the cups or the coffee either tastes burnt or watered down , I work at a dunkin so I know how things work behind the scenes , some things are just not getting done properly.

The girl made my food which was nice of her but I've had better. And the other girl messed up my coffee..ugh

Morning crew is usually fantastic. This afternoon not so much. Every table was dirty. Given wrong sizes for my lattes, ignored my husband's question about what donuts were in stock. Cashier was just inattentive and didn't seem to want to do their job.

The 2nd worst DD in the capital region- up from one star ha. Made a mistake of going here, trying to avoid poor service and long wait lines in Troy (HVCC). I understand it morning rush but this is a waste of time. Ordered online, waited in line around 20+minutes... would have left if I wasnt locked into the line and prepaid order... Should be a way to back out and get online refunds for these issues :( probably not employee issue, understaffing I expect or slow new hires? Upgrade to 3 stars because woman at window was very friendly.

They claimed they didn't have either oven working at the time of visit , still got us on our drinks by not telling us during ordering.

This branch never has a working steamer so I have never been able to get a hot cappuccino or a hot vanilla chai. Strange this has been the case for about 3 months. The workers are always very polite and apologetic, though.

Typical watery coffee that DD is known for, most of the staff barely paying attention during rushes (except the morning manager, she is always polite and gets the order correct, trying to lead by example), overhead music too loud. They put generous syrup in your coffee by default if you're into that

The lady who took my order on drive through sounded very nice but it was the worst product service I've ever gotten. The coffee wasn't stirred at all and over filled, dropped in my car and never got my hashbrowns.

Went through drive through ordered a Large Hot tea, went to window and seen the cashier (no gloves, No hand washing ) rip open the tea bags and touch them bare hands ( both tea bags touch fingers and palms) and puts them into cup in peak cold and flu season. I enjoy my tea without extra seasonings so I drove away. Very gross.

Waited at the order counter at least five minutes while staff was having an important (I'm assuming) meeting. In fairness when they got around to taking my order, the employee offered me a donut for the wait. All I came in there for was A "quick cup " of coffee.

I have been coming to this Dunkin every Friday evening at 6 PM, and some Saturdays around 5, and they’re Closed? for the past six weeks, maybe more! Ridiculous.

Two orders were place talked to one of the girls about it she walked away from me and gave attitude is not like someone was arguing with you or anything then I showed my order to the other Girl who ended up making it for me I just don’t understand why walking away instead of looking for the order when nobody was being rude to you or disrespecting you in any way

I really dislike using a color card but they truly made me feel that was the issue. Managers normally take the time to work out a problem not insinuate that you're being dishonest! I was there today on 8/23/24 @ 3:18pm I ordered the hot honey sandwich and I opened it and took a bite there was the paper that the bacon was on it still attached I even took pictures of it I don't know if this was just a sick joke but that's nasty i didnt know if anything else was wrong with it i just threw it away .I tried calling them repeatedly no one answered no wonder why the girl looked at me the way she did when handing me it I will never go there again no thank you

I have received horrible service here multiple times, but this last time takes the cake. I ordered a croissant SANDWICH thru the drive thru, in a rush didn't check my bag..when I got to work I opened my bag to see i received a DONUT. When you call the number no one answers and it doesn't even sound like a business phone line, after work i brought the donut back and asked for my money and they refused to give me my money back. I will never go here again, one time the cashier at the window didn't give my all my change. Was she going to pocket my money?! They are rude and incompetent they have no idea what good costumer service is !!!!

I odered my order with out eggs because I am allergic. Took so long with my order that the person cooking and said "sorry it will be right up". So again twice I repated no eggs He aknowleged it and said ok. Waited 10 more minutes and he hands me my order. Again I said no eggs? He said you have eggs. I got angry took my order and tossed it in the trash outside. Still missed my bus to work. But the guy was so focused on getting his boyfriend free breakfast out the side door he did not do his job. Cost me $ to have no breakfast and be late for work. Thanks Dunkin.

Dont have donuts that are advertised (not just out, I was told they dont even carry them anymore). Ordered 2 coffees. One didnt have any flavor the other didnt have any sugar. Called to try and speak to a manager to inform them their front counter worker doesn't appear to be paying attention and just kept going to voicemail.

If you can avoid this avoid this particular Dunkin Donuts on 19th street in Watervliet try to. There's one employee that is makes my order wrong every time and when I tell her it's wrong she looks at me like a deer in headlights and I have to ask another employee for help.

Go into this Dunkin everyday. I use to have no problems until they recently got new staff. When I'm paying almost $5 for a iced macchiato everyday it better be made right . Teach the staff the correct way to poperly prepare it. DOUBLE SHOT of espresso, 3 pumps of flavor ice and a little milk. 4 times now I've had to walk away frustrated and just leave the concoction of coffee they have made me . Today I got a huge cup of milk with one small espresso shot. It barely turned the milk a light tan. Then they just stare at you like " ughhhhhh what's wrong " what's wrong ? What's wrong is I just paid $5 for milk . It's not always bad service. Normally just the morning. The woman who have been there a long time are awesome and know what they are doing. You win today Dunkin doughnuts, you got my FREE money and I'm pisses off with no coffee. * I'll be in later after the shift change to get my coffee hopefully the afternoon crew can get it right

This review only is for the Dunkin' Donuts on 19th Street in Watervliet no other one all the other ones are fine this one has been out of coffee syrup for Frozen coladas for 3 weeks I walk in there they're not friendly they're having conversations they're cussing I will never go back to that one

Order was wrong three times and sandwiches were cold. They don't answer the phone and sit around and talk and gossip instead. Must be run by a bunch of idiots who can't do their job.

FEBRUARY 20, 2026 at 510pm. I was just in there and got a drink asked for light ice and she gave me a full cup of ice. I took the drink went to the trash and took the ice out. It went down to a half of cup. The guy then told me to get out or he will call the cops. I said for what. He said be cause I put ice in his trash ca tha he just changed. Then in front of another customer started swearing and telling the cashier. Call the cops. She just put ice in my trash can, and it's gonna get all over the place. And I said, I was going to get a refund, and he says, you can get it some other way. But I waited there and I got my refund, and I told him, I will never come back here again. This isn't the first time i've had a problem here. Every time we go there, we have some kind of attitude coming back at us. Or they mess up our order. He started swearing saying the F word and more. Then he said I was being rude and he needed me out right now. I will be getting ahold of the owner about this. To top it off I went to the bathroom before this happened and the toilet paper was o the floor...EWWW. they never clean and it's sad cause despite all the rudeness I would go there with my kids weekly. NEVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN. . BOTH WERE RUDE IN THE END. It doesn't give me a option to post a picture

The service here really was awful . I placed a mobile order online because I know it’s usually busy at this time, when I tell them I’m picking up the lady told me they only do Mobile orders in the store not through the drive thru(which is not true) so I have to wait in a busy line just so I could pull back around and park. Then when I get inside all of the employees are just talking and laughing. No one acknowledges me & I have to ask for my order, just for them to finish their conversation then give me my order. Overall a horrible experience and now I know in the future to Never put in a pre order

So second shift tends to throw out all the donuts in the middle of the day to try to deter people… it’s a donut place if you have no donuts then why are you open. They refused to take our order so we had to go to Troy location which I didn’t want bc their donuts are stale and have a weird taste to them. I never want donuts but I had a craving and was completely disappointed. Had to go to Hannaford .every time I go here it’s burnt coffee, terrible service . Horrible attitudes and I don’t understand why I’m the nicest person and the most understanding.. it takes a lot for me to complain about a place. America definitely does not run on Dunkin’.

The workers there are extremely rude. I only wanted to buy 1 doughnut. The place was empty, no other customer’s in there except me/ no one in the drive thru . the two workers were so busy chatting about how much they hate working there, they took a while to even come over and take my order. Other customers came in after me, and they did the same thing. One worker said “ I don’t care if there’s a line , they can wait”. And continued her conversation with her colleague. I will never waste my money at this horrible Dunkin’s ever again.
