We stopped on a rainy day so our toddles could play a little during a road trip. The play place was clean and fun and there was dedicated dining tables and a bathroom in the space. It was also empty. Play place hours of operation are 10am to 2pm and then 4pm to 8pm.

This location has improved 100%. Didn't think it was possible but...here we are. Fast,friendly and much better. Impressed. Mornings are great. The ladies hustle and are polite. Major change from lunch crew.

I was going to write a review at a couple of different times but decided to wait until I had a bit more time. By doing so I have met a wonderful person; in which every time that I go in there( for a couple of months) Krystal is awesome, friendly and easy to approach. Krystal always makes sure the food is hot and fresh which makes the meal even more enjoyable; thank you very much!!!

Had no choice but to go minutes before closing. I know I'm THAT customer but I had work at 11.15 and it was the only place open. I assume it was the manager, a woman, who ultimately saved my review. She was so nice and kept apologizing for the other employees mistakes. Waited for like 15 minutes for my food and it was a little dried out. I'll attribute that to me showing up real late, just before closing. Don't get the mcdouble is basically what I'm saying. Tried the cinnamon latte. Put a few extra packets of sugar and it's a wonderful drink. Cheaper than dunkin and starbucks. Will def get again :)

Amazing brand new, clean, playplace. The actual restaurant is kind of small, most of the space is devoted to this kid's area. They close it in the afternoon so you might want to call ahead to see what the hours are. The servers were particularly nice and brought the food to us. Food was generally good, fries were a little limp.

Altho there are signs prohibiting it. The place had several unaccompanied minors hanging in there. Also allowed person to bring in outside food and drink to charge his phone.

Food was freshly cooked. Buttermilk Chicken Tenders were very easy to eat and were nice golden brown, not dark brown like they were previously partially cooked. French fries were the best I've ever had. Service sucked horribly. They even asked me about a coupon page I got in my weekly paper yesterday then proceed to complain about it. My cashier stated I couldn't use it on my tenders even though it stated you could buy the new sweet and spice or regular tenders but I just said fine. Food deserves a 5 star rating, service deserves a 1 star rating.

It seemed odd to me how many people loitered around here. The customer service was great, they even apologized for a not very long wait and gave a complimentary upgrade of my french fries. The girl who attended the drive through was very nice.

Long wait from ordering to food being handed to us. Staff was very friendly when I brought back a sandwich that was not right. Parent in play area had no control over their children who were rude and screaming at my nephews, we left right after we finished eating because they were too loud and rude.

The staff at this McDonald's is give or take. Sometimes they are greeting you with a smile & other times there is employees talking about how they are going to "loose their minds" or "freak out". They almost never get a order correct. Don't get me wrong, the employees are nice, but I get a feeling that no one is actually paying attention to how they act around customers or they simply do not care.

It’s a hit and miss here sometimes you get great people respectful attitude serving you for the most part sometimes u get someone rude as hell they don’t all carry the same attitude person taking ur order might be nice one giving you your food is rude you never know lol. I asked for light mayo on my burger and it was a huge scoop inside and most of ot was on the wrapper and not the burger. Iwent inside and asked for it to be re-made and the next one was perfect. The atmosphere was kind of noisy but not terrible.

Sadly I’m not sure of the disconnect but 2 out of 3 visits when I order it comes out incorrect. I don’t make senseless adjustments minor tweaks and when the item comes out it even has the sticker on it clarifying what my special request was. I used to resort to calling and or sending photos or returning inside to show the error. I no longer do this and have frequented the whole chain less often.

This place is always busy when i go there and they are always short on staff so ordering your food is gonna take long time, because of short stuff i thing they work very hard and theybare tired so they cant deliver good customer service too. Food in general is not very tasty but you can survive....

Somebody better get over there and check on the crew. The wait was 30 minutes in fast food line. After making my delivery to customer found the oreo mcflurry missing. Went back to get it and found crew standing around looking dumbfounded as though they had run out of fries. The guy next to me in line said, Im going to ask for my money back. He must have been waiting longer than I. Must say staff was very friendly but something was definitely wrong. Food very good but service very bad. Merry Christmas Everyone!!

I only go here in a pinch. Service is always slow and it is hit or miss if your food is going to be fresh. It doesn't matter when you come. The drive thru is always packed and even before the pandemic they were always out of food.

Been here numerous times and always busy and it doesn’t run smooth. Always out of something this last time visited out of Large Plastic cups, choc milk, chicken strips, honey mustard sauce, apple pies and possibly more but that is what I heard clerk tell people when ordered. They will put fries in bag and then ten minutes later when sandwich ready they add it to bag and your are off with cold fries.

Service is dog slow all the time. Even when ordering ahead online you can be waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich. Staff are either friendly or hate you for being there.

This McDonalds ALWAYS messes up my order and the food is always Luke warm and a mess. I ordered a breakfast sandwich extra Canadian bacon and extra breakfast sauce was charged to sub Canadian bacon and the extra Canadian bacon and extra sauce. Was charged for both but of course I didn't receive either one. By far the worst McDonald's in the area I do have to say my cashier was nice which is a change of pace to the usual people and their stank attitude.

I’ve given this McDonald’s more chances than they deserve. Every single time, something is missing from my order or it’s flat out cold! Today I ordered 2 triple cheese burgers and 2 four piece nuggets. She hands me my bag and walks away as I look in the bag and there are no nuggets. She gives me my nuggets and I’m on my way. I get all the way home and the 2 triple cheese burgers are just 2 cheese burgers. I am not driving all the way back over there. I’m done losing my money for incomplete orders. I understand the job can be hard but it doesn’t take a genius to do it!!

Customer service is horrible tonight at 830 pm bigger woman in drive thru basically threw our food at us, didnt even close the happy meal box, didn't say two words and my husband was very nice to her!! Maybe you shouldn't work in customer service if you don't have manners and straight attitude!! Your crew needs to be trained better!

Terrible evertime we go here its always something i order my grandaughter a 6 pcs happy meal asked for sweet and sour sauce . I got to the window and even asked her if she put the sauce in she said yes . I get all the way home and no sauce . Not to mention the 10 to 15 min wait through the drive through. This place has gone way down hill over the years. They dont have any problem charging extra .

There was two people in line including me and one car and drive through. I brought my kid to grab some food the manager look like she was serving for 45 people. took 5 minutes to even get acknowledged that she would be right with me, then another five minutes of the manager yelling where is my crew. people in the back standing around staring at customers up front while the poor young manager runs back and forth from the back to the front. After waiting 10 minutes without being able to give my order I left. Kind of insane that McDonald's is even still around this stuff has been happening since I've been a kid. No idea of customer relations or employees that care about their job.

We have lived in Watervliet for 4 years and avoid going to this McDonald’s because you cannot get your food in less than 10-15 minutes!! EVER!! We cannot understand how this place can be so slow. It doesn’t matter if it’s empty or busy, the weekend or a weekday, breakfast, lunch or dinner - it’s all slow. You would think the franchise owner or corporation would acknowledge how slow it is and make some changes. I have never seen anything like it. It’s seriously a joke In our household. And the management does not care what the staff is doing! They stroll around, aren’t focused and ignore you!! I used to work in the restaurant business so I am patient and understanding when dining out but this place is unbelievable.

Went to McDonald's in Watervliet. I went through the drive through. I order 2 chicken deluxe meals. I got home only to find a piece of chicken slap in between a bun. Nothing on at all I had to drive back again . They did give me 2 new sandwiches. This time the bottom bun.was burnt and steal . There was like pinch of lettuce and my French fries looked like they were left over pieces. Unbelievable. This is the reason I will go to Wendy's or burger King. Very disappointed.

Went inside one night and there was someone in the back fixing food with pajama bottoms and a head scarf on with no plastic gloves on making food. Then, in the front was a very dirty and sloppy looking employee taking orders. When selling food, everyone should at least look neat and clean. Employees should not look like they just got out of bed and came to work without jumping in the shower and brushing their teeth.

Dt was very slow. Pull up in dt, took them about 10 min to greet me. Was only 1 window open at 5pm dinner hr. No greeting at window, no hi or thank you. The crew looks very unhappy. Need more staff. Im pretty sure you have the business if not its because your staff is rude.

I remember waiting in line for an hour for my food to arrive. What did I order? A medium fry. I watched the staff constantly laugh, make jokes, and make fun of other customers. I then went to apply for a job there because it would have been my first job and it was within reasonable biking distance from me. I apply, don't hear from them for a month, so I call them. They tell me that they have an open interview tomorrow (Should have been a red flag for me, since it shows that they don't look at their online job applications). I go for the interview, get asked questions that I have already answered, and leave. I have waited almost a year, then, out of the blue, I get a call telling me that I didn't get the job. BIG SUPRISE!!! I am so happy that I do not work there. So, if you want to wait for an hour, watch people slack off and call you names, then this is your go to place. #BringBackOldManagement

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've been to unorganized ordered food said they didn't have egg that goes on sandwich wanted to substitute with different egg or they could cook more , said it's gonna be couple of minutes. I said fine the hotter the better. They made the rest of my food while this cooked then set it on counter. The egg sandwiches we ordered were sausage instead of Canadian bacon so they tore sandwiches apart to rebuild correctly I told them I didn't want them with sausage grease all over them so them made them all over again 20 min later I left with $38 of cold food and a pissed off because of their screw up and the manager gives me attitude

used the mobile app ordered lunch , got to window they say we are still serving breakfast , so i asked why did the app let the order go thur , no answer . i get a email a short bit later thanking me for the order that i didnt get and they charged my credit card .27 cents. call the store ask for the manager they hung up on me , call back several time and they wont answer the phone.

Just went there today, ordered 3 big Mac meals and 20 piece chicken nuggets. The guy who took our order very nice no problems. The girl in the window told us to go to the next window to wait, I was only handed fries and my drinks. Waited by the window for like 10 minutes. Went in and the girl at the window said she gave me my burgers. Don't know if it was the manager or not but she was like I'm not doing this again just give them there burgers. Made me feel like I was be dishonest but come on they acted like I sat there in drive thru and ate them and tried to get more. Very very rude service. They need better people with better attitudes. Went to leave the store and vented out loud and another customer said he was calling to make a complaint to. Guess management needs to go there and evaluate the service.

We cancelled our mobile order because the manager said the play area is closed. It’s always closed and she was doing interviews. Do interviews somewhere else in the store. We went to another McDonald’s and I will let everyone know not to continue their business here because the play area is never open. I rather go somewhere else that my kids can play at and spend my money there. Manager was talking when my daughter was upset crying that she couldn’t play. That’s unprofessional talking about a customer and she had a few people there with her laughing like it was funny. Well it’s not and it’s poor customer service skills.

Order lady, acted like there was more important things going on, didn't give a receipt, closed window without asking to pull forward, Then the pick up window worker seemed confused, looked in my bag 2 or 3 times before giving it to me, then gave me the wrong drink. My recent visit to McDonald's was a disaster. Not only did I have to endure an excruciatingly long wait time in the store, but when I finally received my order, they had forgotten to include some of my food items. It's frustrating to wait for so long and then not even get what I paid for. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I'm hesitant to give them another chance.

Wow. I'm certain that I am not the only customer to complain about the service. Whether you go inside or you use the drive-thru the service is consistent. Seems it's been this way past few years. It does not matter how many times you flip over the entire staff and still get the same results. Buyer beware. With over 650 views which to me isn't a lot. What I see there are six (6) other people besides myself that are in agreement with me. That is a little more than a lot. Often wonder 🤔 if ownership/management even reads these post. Obviously there is a problem when the buyer needs to beware.

They were very slow. It was so slow I mobile ordered while in line. When I got up to the speaker. The person asked me to hold on. I swear it was just about 5 minutes or so before he came back on to take the code for my order. Which was a large caramel frappe and 2 hash browns. It look another 5 minutes to get the food & drink. Drove away and realized I ordered a large frappe, paid for a large frappe but, got a medium instead. They could do better with the morning rush.

Twice in one month, I had to wait 30 minutes in Reserved spot number one for my meal; and in both cases, someone came out and gave me the wrong order first. Then in each case, someone came back in 10-15 minutes and gave me the right order, but forgot my drink! In both cases, I told the worker about my drink, only for each one to not return with my drink, so I had to go inside after additional 5 minute waits, on both trips to get it. And I like how on the second time, the rude old lady with glasses, who seemed like a manager, told me that I needed to wait a minute when I asked her to simply give me a cup, and I could get it myself from the self serve machine, and this is after I've already been there for 45 minutes!! Why not tend to customers whom have already been waiting almost an hour, before taking on so many new orders? Makes customers feel like they are more of a nuisance than a necessity to the company.

This place is awful. Ordered an egg biscuit and paid $1.98 for 2 slices of cheese. Got back and had no cheese at all on the egg. Called and was told to come back and they would make good on it. When I came back and showed the receipt, they told me it wasn't from their restaurant!!!! Excuse me, I know where I was and should have pulled the order up on the app. I will NEVER go here again. Management should be fired! Shame on you all.

But the 20 mins I waited to get it, than another 8 mins for a sweet tea was just ridiculous... thankfully my boss is well aware how horrible this McDonald's or else I would of got written up for being late. Extremely disappointed in this establishment. I literaly live right up the street so it can be a convenience. We CHOOSE to go to Waterford or Troy if we want McDonald's because.. They are rude, NEVER get your order right, PLUS REFUSE TO FIX their problem. First time, wrong food , missing food, food made wrong.. Today we clearly ordered our food, our drinks ..we get the tray missing all of our drinks, and a large fry.. Bring it to the attention of manager, she blatantly said nope you didn't order it and you're all set..we did order it & pay for missing items..I stood there 15 minutes AFTER my food came up just to be looked at by her & few other workers and smirked at. After getting frustrated enough I sent my fiance up. She still refused to answer him..a crew member gave him 2 drinks.. We told them never mind on the other stuff because the person no longer wanted their fries & drink after 25 minutes of having their sandwich! I understand busy. But literally 25 minutes for a frappe & soda cup ? Don't waste your time & money..the price of their food & the wait & added stress..let's not forget to mention its extremely hot outside & when asked about air conditioning. She said oh.we havent put it on yet

Extremely long waits every time. Order is often wrong. I bring my son to McD's once a week and try to avoid this restaurant in particular despite the fact that it is less than a mile from home. Right at this moment we are pulled over in the curbside parking along with seven other vehicles that were directed to do the same. It has been 33 minutes since we first pulled in, 20 minutes since we placed our order and there are still 2 vehicles ahead of us. NEVER AGAIN.

I placed my mobile order at 7:21 and waited until 7:50 to try and enter the building to see what was taking so long. A employee informed me that the lobby was closed and I would have to go thru a very busy drive thru in order to talk to someone. Once I did I got two different stories from the staff. One said they came out with the order in the 2 minutes it took to get into the drive thru line and no one was there. The other story was I told them I was with door dash. They were missing two drinks for my order. I noticed the one drink was missing but not the chocolate milk for my one kids meal. The whole reason to place a mobile order is to not have to go thru a busy drive thru.

Worse service I've ever had on 4/8, 11:50 a.m., and I've lived in this area awhile. All I wanted was 2 large ice coffees, no ice, just sugar - they couldn't do it. Then I said okay just two large ice coffees, just sugar - and they couldn't do it (I didn't want mocha ice or anything like that). It was like being in the Deliverance movie with ghetto 3rd cousins never removed.

If I could give Zero stars I would. This individual is unprofessional completely rude and disrespectful. Handling food without a hair net or any gloves. Her name is Alyssa which I had to ask a police officer to get for me so I can file a formal complaint against her because she refused to give me BBQ sauce. Called Watervilet police giving false information stating that I was harassing her and I refused to leave the HER store. Keep in mind that I offered to pay for the sauce that I never received with my 20 piece chicken nugget meal. She insisted that it was in the bag. This isn't my 1st incident with this store manager. I humbly apologize and walked away a few times brushing it off because everyone is entitled to bad days. However I've come to the conclusion that this individual is just miserable and should be demoted immediately after the unpleasant experience that I had with my children over BBQ sauce. There was no emergency to involve the police with my children present. No empathy no apology from her as my children sat bawling their eyes out and scared because the police were involved. This was very disturbing and traumatizing for them they couldn't even eat. My attorney will be involved asap!

The person taking our order automatically had an attitude making me and my family feel like she was unhappy to serve us as paying customers and unhappy to be doing the job that she is being paid to perform. Once we received the food, some of our order was wrong and part of it wasn't even there. After we had to turn our car around to go back to the drive through on a very late long night, we very nicely asked them for the nuggets we were missing. Workers started refusing that they had made a mistake and making us feel like fools and we missed the nuggets that they had put in the bag. Your workers could not admit when they were wrong. When we asked to speak to your night shift manager on 12/15/24, she complained that they were closing so she didn’t want to serve us the food we paid for. Workers asked for our bag and receipt not believing us. The manager gave us a lot of attitude making us pull to the next window telling us we would wait for atleast 8 minutes prior to slamming the window in our faces. Very rude, never coming back again. You need to think about who you hire better.

Pull up to the drive thru 40 mins before closing... car ahead of me placed their order and pulled forward and I then pulled up to the intercom and waited for a response... after about 5 minutes I called out to see if maybe they forgot I was there... no response... a line formed behind me as I waited patiently... 20 additional minutes went by and I called out again to ask if they were still open... again no response... I pulled up to the window and knocked when I was greeted by an angry woman who barked at me that they were closed although there was still 15 minutes before their posted hours and I had been there for 25 mins already... absolute garbage, DO NOT GO HERE

I’ve arrived 15-20 minutes before they close and there were other cars too at the drive thru.First, they made me wait 15 minutes and then they got my order but they didn’t even ask what drink I wanted. I went the second window because that’s what they asked for but nobody showed up. If you guys are closing earlier than your usual time, PUT A SIGN OR SAY SOMETHING! You can’t just waste people’s time without saying anything!

Got my food and went home. When I opened my bag to eat my food I had a cheeseburger with no burger just cheese, pickles, onions and ketchup. I'm still trying to figure out how this could happen being it wasn't that busy in the store or the drive through for that matter. Just don't understand this. Tried to call to ask how this could happen and no one answers the phone either.

Terrible costumer service. We got the wrong mc crispy no biggie I’ll eat it anyways. We also didn’t receive our chicken nuggets, so we pull back around the drive through to ask for our chicken nuggets. Lady at the window accuses us of lying we give them the receipt and the bag, the manager (closing shift 12/15/24) was extremely rude and gave us a nasty attitude about it. Horrible experience I know you are miserable but don’t be rude because you can’t do your job correctly. Sad excuse for a manager, and it reflects on the employees there.

They says no frappe even if they have it, it is because they are lazy and the Frappe are on the deal. It so so sad and bad on McDonlads, how come they don't have it when it is on deal and they attract costumers for it and it always the case not once or twice.

Couldn't hardly understand what they were saying on the ordering speaker. Never said a word to us when we arrived at the window and our steak bagels had no meat what so ever on it. No receipt given so can't even complain to corporate about it.

The very disappointing food, service and atmosphere did not surprise me. McDonald's of yesteryear were way much better! In order for them to succeed, they need: 1. Change the quality of service that continues to get worse and literally drive customers away. 2. High food prices and less product. 3. They continue to hire young people with no morals, bad home training and no respect for the business and customers. I've literally been the drive thru 40 mins and i drive around and they are inside with the headsets on ignoring he drive thru. I undersnd there are 3 cars in line but atleast let someone know it'll be a wait, then when she answered the drivthru. She sounded like she hater her life and like she didn't want to be spoken to. I blame management for her and the other workers behavior. Even in the hood a big CORP can't even be professional lol

Well! I placed the order but the wait was too long. I asked them the reason but the way they respond was totally very unprofessional. I was surprised how McDonald could have hired employees like them. Every body has bad days but got to handle it professionally.

Don't go here. Ever. Better to go to a different location if you absolutely need to have McDonald's. We ordered online at 10 am to get breakfast for my wife, post-surgery, knowing it would take about half an hour to get to the location. We pulled up at 10:29 and tried to let curbside know we were there. They promptly canceled our order because "the menu had changed over." This place has poor service, they normally forget items in your order, and there is an overall feeling that they really don't care. Talking with them, they said there was nothing that could be done since the menu changed. It isn't our fault that they didn't start our order when we ordered it, and the menu change thing is ridiculous. Especially at 1030 am. We won't be giving this location any further business. Not that anyone there will actually care.

This place is TRASH!!! I've lived in this town for about 12 years (too long!) And this dirt hole has ALWAYS been short staffed, they ALWAYS forget at least one or two things, OR just get the whole dang order wrong! The double drive through only made for double the confusion and with all the vehicles craming to skip ahead because everyone thinks THEIR time is more important...well, that don't help either! I got a 6 piece nugget and small fry and it came to $9.05!!! If you go inside, there's NO ONE to be seen! You can't even order through an actual person, there's just a bunch of giant screens to tap on and a register up frontbwhere one person completes the transaction...and it's ONE person, one can't possibly take on THAT many complaints! MOST of the employees are rude and just don't care.. I only got it for my kid...I personally prefer ANYTHING EXCEPT..... But with that aside, THIS one in particular is 🗑 GARBAGE! Save your time and your money and I'd recommend going somewhere else! If I could give a negative 5 instead of picking from 1-5 I would! I'm not one to complain, but it's REALLY THAT BAD

Dont order online (doordash/delivery) for this location you want get most your order! The first time i let it go like mistakes happen, but then ordered again like a dummie. I ordered 4 meals and 3 mcfurrys(cost me 100) and only got 3 sandwiches, no fries with any of the meals. The workers can clearly see the receipt on bag and can definitely tell most the order is missing but doesn't care still sends it like that smh.

This place was absolutely unbelievable tonight around 7pm, there was not one worker on the register or at the front counter, several food delivery drivers waited and waited for their deliveries, we used the kiosk and still had to wait 15-20 minutes for our food, the store was dirty, food stuck to the floor, tables were dirty, I didn't even try to use the bathroom, I'll never go to this location again, do better Watervliet McDonald's

Now I came to this location to get a meal. I said no salt sandwich plain. What the heck is this and she looked like the sup or manager you SSA I said plain. I am so tired of these companies not following orders. I hope all your food is wrong for the whole 2026. And I hope this location the health department comes in. I went through the drive through, there was nobody in line. I pulled up, I ordered two mcdouble meal deals, no ketch up, no mustard, extra dehydrated onions, extra pickles, sprite, honey mustard and two mac sauces on the side. She sighed and huffed and puffed as I was giving her my specialty order as if it wasn't her job to take special orders. It made me feel uncomfortable that I could not order my meal the way I wanted it. I get up to the window. I look at her through the window. She's rolling her eyes and you could tell by the look on her face she was annoyed, she opened the window and stuck the credit card reader out before I inserted my credit card in I asked her if she could give me one large Sprite. Instead of 3 small cups because I ordered 3 meal deals. In addition to the 2 mcdoubles, I ordered a mcchicken as well. She refused to stick her head out. Instead she tilted one ear out the window and said yes, what do you want. I said I would like one large Sprite, instead of 3 small cups. I was just ordering for myself and knew that I was not going to drink 3 sprites. She obviously didn't care to hear what I said because she continued to give me 3 regular size sprites and a large Sprite, and then when she tried to give me the tray with 4 cups. I said I don't want that. If she had just took the time to hear what I said, then she would have known what I wanted. She continued to roll her eyes as if she was too good for the job. And my specialty order and request was absurd. I'm a frequent customer at this location. The manager handed her the food bag and I motioned her to come to the window. I continued to tell her that she should not have this employee in the window. She doesn't like her job. She didn't want to take my specialty order. And I felt uncomfortable the whole time while she was taking my order. I will continue to do a corporate complaint. I think this location needs to pick and choose who they have in the window.Someone who likes their job wants to be there. And makes the customer feel comfortable. And let them leave with a smile.

They have ten people working here. Like ten workers. One lady has been waiting for a half hour. The workers are deplorable. I have gotten better service and the Time square location and those people hate their jobs. At least the food was warm . I had order a mobile order in the drive thru at 9:17 pm. Something simple just the 5$ meal. I order alot from this store but usually during the day . Well last night i waited in the drive thru for 45 mins for that along with 12 other cars. After sitting there for 20 mons me and my friend decide to call to ask if everything is okay bc usually the would go on mic and let someone know that there is a wait bc of a issue and that would have been fine but NOTHING. So my friend called in very nice and sweet and asked if everything is okay and are they okay , bc that’s unusual for a restaurant to make you sit in the drive thru for so long with no “ hey itll be a wait” or anything. The lady then put my friend on hold without answering. VERYYYYY RUDE! After 15 more mins the person in front of us got served at the speaker and the other person at the speaker as well . We pulled up to the speaker after and sat there for another 10 mins before anyone said ANYTHING. Then when we get to the window, all the employees are arguing , they dont know what order is at the window , we have multiple people asking what our order is , one after another bc why THERES NO COMMUNICATION! Then have a hassle about a damn honey mustard and look at my friend like there was a issue. WHEN I TELL YOU CORP CAN CALL ME OR EMAIL ME BC THIS IS REALLY CRAZY !!! I have videos and pictures as well.might i asd while sitting at the drive thru window you can hear people in the background mocking that we called in concerned!

This establishment had me waiting outside in the parking lot for the drive-through for over 15 minutes. Call the store and they immediately put me on hold when I asked them if everything was OK if everything was OK because we’ve been sitting out here for 15 minutes and there’s almost 15 cars. Came here with my mom. We ordered and watched as they kept up with the drive thru, but not with the people who came in to order. There were people who came in 5/10 minutes after us and got their food before we did.. Also watched a lady clean, not wash her hands and contaminate food bags and peoples orders. I am not one to leave these types of reviews but I hope someone from the company reads this & realizes that people spend their hard earned money here, just to be treated so poorly. & McDonald’s isn’t cheap anymore! It was a Saturday so I get it if it’s busy, which i wasn’t even bothered by the wait. I placed a mobile order for pickup and then ordered 4 mini McFlurrys separately. After paying for the McFlurrys, I asked the woman in the first window if I could PAY for bbq sauce. Literally just 27cents, which I had exact change. She didn’t respond or give me any eye contact after I asked. So I just stood in my car, money in my hand, staring like an idiot. She just stopped what she was doing to look up at the wall, breathe heavily & roll her eyes. Then turned to look at me like if my question was a personal attack. As if I asked her something that required her to physically DO something. I live in NYC so I’m use to the hustle and bustle but I have never had someone look at me the way this one woman did. I wish I got her name. I stayed polite because I believe in killing with kindness & everyone having bad days, but this woman was just so damn miserable! She also made me wait because something happened when checking me out for the sauce, which I didn’t even get! The two people who gave us our food at the second window were nice but I’m unsure how they’re able to work with such toxic people.

I asked for two water cups “courtesy”. She said she doesn’t want to give water cups. When water has always been free. She wanted to charge for cups for water. I asked for her name and she doesn’t want to give it to me. She is a manager she should know policies, abuse of power. I emailed customer service and will be calling tomorrow. Then she threatened to call the cops and asked us to leave and my children were all scared and it became traumatizing for them
