The people who work at Starbucks are always friendly. Today was no exception. My drink was hot and tasty. My husband loved his croissant sandwich too! I misplaced my keys and they held my food and drink for me while I searched for them frantically. Lucky for me I found them in my car!
Clean, orderly, pleasant & accomodating staff in larger than usual location that was a pleasant surprise.

I didn't order any food but I did call ahead for the coffee. I was taking it to an appointment I went to on Christmas Eve. I appreciated that it was ready when I got there so I wasn't late for my appointment.
They are so sweet to us and the coffee is awesome!
I always get great customer service at this Starbucks. I wouldn't consider myself a regular, but they still address me by name. I've always received my order correctly and in a reasonable amount of time. The environment is perfect (clean and spacious) for working remotely and a huge improvement compared to their previous location up the street.
To the amazing staff working the morning (maybe early afternoon) on Wed the 8th! You ladies are truly the best! We travel the country for work, and while in Watsonville, I mistakenly put an order on my Starbucks app but went to the wrong Starbucks 😑 Only realizing once at the speaker in drive-thru. These ladies were great! They were incredibly friendly and professional. They went above and beyond & offered to make my drinks anyway. I so appreciated the service and the smiles I received that day. With going to Starbucks around the country while traveling for work, it's the ones that not only offer professionalism with the service provided but the amazing staff who can also laugh with us and go above and beyond that I remember and truly appreciate. Thank you!
My favorite Starbucks in watsonville, friendly staff , lots of space , so no elbow to elbow and they have electrical outlets so you can actually charge your stuff up while you study or sip on your. Coffee also had public restrooms for customers and stay open fairly late . I think in amnwholling today it might be the best one in sc county . Good job guys keep up the good work ☆
Very nice never had an issue ordering with my food or drinks. I will say I will always do my voice impressions towards to them as they laugh I would say they are funny aswell great customer service always greeting people to welcome to their restaurant I believe this is one of those best Starbucks to go to
I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe with 2 shots of blonde espresso and no whip on bottom. Angelina, Angela, Angelica? (Went back next day, confirmed it was Angelina) I don't remember her name but it was something along those lines made my drink and honestly THIS is how I want it made every time. It was delicious, and I've had the exact same order at many different Starbucks but this one was hands down the best. I don't really know how since you'd think they follow a recipe or something, but somehow she made this one really good. I hope she get an acknowledgement or SOMETHING because this was seriously good. Customer service was also amazing, very friendly and engaged in conversation with other customers as well definitely above and beyond. The sink in the bathroom is pretty awesome too

Recently opened so they're still getting the hang of things. Friendly and good customer service, just be patient as they learn menu items and train new employees.
Had to meet with some colleagues, never really like Starbucks as I mostly support local family owned coffee shops but the place is cute and the barista who helped me was nice. I loved their new cherry choco frap so it’s all good.
This Starbucks is one of my favorites. Right next to Target. They get orders right most of the time. Not too long lines or wait times even though they are usually busy. Also they have most of the menu items in stock.

My only complain is, that I feel front parking should be for customers and not employees, every time I go in the mornings front parking is full and only 1 or 2 customers inside. I know there is a drive through, but prefer not get my drink and food inside. Other than that, food si great, drinks are great, and so far employees have been friendly.

Waiting almost 20 minutes for a bagel and samich? I get maybe you are understaffed, but if that's the case, hire more ppl. I mean c'mon y'all charge enough for coffee. Just saying
It was a nice Starbucks store, but the only fault was they had no carriers for your coffee and sleeves for your hot drinks. They also didnt have scones. I find that a little strange for a coffee shop.
my family and I were on vac. we saw a starbucks and when we went in it was gross so dirty. We go to starbucks often and have never been in to one so gross. The restroom was so bad we just left it was hot dirty and smelled. I hope they do something to get that place looking good. This is my first time ever writing a review so yes it was that bad.
There are less tables than last time I visited. The power outlets are getting worn & my phone charger falls out. Only one restroom. Baristas are quite friendly & remember my name & my favorite drink.

Second, the store is consistently unkept/unclean. Litter on the floor, unwiped tables, etc. Third, the service is always slow. Whether I order online or in person... this is the second slowest store of the 100+ I have been in. The corporation should remodel this location. Its a good place, nice location and the product is good as well :-)

Usually good service at this location, but this time service was lagging. Others who had placed orders either online or at the store were getting impatient and looking behind the counter looking for a reason for the delay. The coffee is ok, but this location routinely takes double to triple the time it says when placing a mobile order. They often make the wrong product or forget to put espresso in a latte. Often out of items and don't tell you until after you pay.
I did not receive good customer service today. I went in to work on an assignment, not realizing they were closing in 20 minutes. So I thought I would work on something for 15 minutes. After I ordered coffee, one of the baristas told me they were closing. A few minutes later, another barista told me they were closing in 9 minutes. And before the closing time, one of the baristas came over again and said they were closing “right now.” Me and my sister were forced out before the stated closing time, and the last barista spoke in an unkind manner. It was my first time here and I am not inclined to go back unfortunately.
(Pre-Covid when we were not wearing masks.) The store should be redesigned to accommodate more seating room. Understand lack of seating increases customer turnover but not an atmosphere conducive to staying and enjoying coffee with friends. They should probably examine their training program for new staff in addition to adequately staffing the store. They would do well to make their mission as delivering on time quality products.
The coffee (dark roast, black) is marginal and is drinkable but not the best. It was a bit bitter and had a slight burnt taste.

Horrible. Like New Coke. But not Pepsi. Help. The ‘beer months have been compromised.

This location is beautiful in decor, but lacks in customer service and SPEED. Took 15 minutes to get my coffee (made incorrectly) on a Sunday at 11:30am. Not happy.
Ordered a simple large coffee (venti americano) and it took 10 mins to get it. Use to just get the drink from the counter because it's just coffee.......
Not only did I have to have them remake my coffee because it was barely even warm, I had ordered breakfast items and the everything bagel with cheese I received came untoasted with no cheese. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Do not recommend going during your scheduled break time from work... Ordered 2 grandes at 9:02am which was supposed to be ready in 3-7 minutes but wasn't ready until about 9:23am I had to ask if I ordered from the right location since there was NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!! Very disappointed.
This site staff is way too overwhelmed. Very chaotic scene, no social distancing. Barista told us to wait outside which we happily did, but she never followed up with the people outside. Hour plus long wait for mobile order. Other persons who waited less time got their drinks first.
They're always out of drinks such as the strawberry açaí and the berry hibiscus drink. They're also very slow and they have horrible customer service. Once i ordered their protein boxes and when i arrived they didn't have it even though on the app said they did. This issue has been very consistent with this starbucks.
Even though the staff is nice here, service is horrible, the online order feature doesn't work here as efficient as it does in other starbucks locations. I place my order online in advance and when the app says the order is ready, I have to wait at least 10 to 20 minutes more and remind the staff about my order to get it. Seeing walk-ins who order their drinks way after me and get it before me doesnt help the situation eithet. Customer service in this particular location leaves much to be desired.
There was this one worker i believe she was the manager I think named Sam, who I saw making faces at her coworkers I’m not sure what the for, as the other workers were clearly doing their job. To me i think her make those faces was ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and this attitude needs to be looked into.
Brutally slow if you order in cafe. I was only person in line. But had to wait an eternity as the prioritize drive through and mobile orders. Almost comical.
I came in and the old lady Leticia at the register is so rude. And the lady making the drinks julie over filled the drinks and took the rest out with her fingers. I told the register lady and she rolled her eyes at me and looked very mad. They dirent even apologized or anything.
They were out of lids, so would only sell me a tall ( small) coffee drink. They were also out of the gruyere egg bites. I waited 25 minutes!! for this order. No apologies for the poor service.
Ordered a drink from here and waited 20 minutes, there was no one inside and when I asked they said that they "misplaced" it in the back, didn't acknowledge that I was waiting for my drink.
I will mediately walk into the store and the managers there telling one of the ladies she’s fired from her job. I order a small coffee walk over to the counter to put sugar and milk in it and there is no creamer. I asked one of the ladies if she could grab another creamer and she looked at me like who do you think I am ?
Their paper straws and new paper cups make your drink taste like chemical trash. Undrinkable. I can’t imagine how many chemicals ingested with these products when you can literally taste it more than your beverage. Also these cups and straws are non functional. They disintegrate before you can even finish the drink.
I ordered a matcha with chocolate cold foam. When I received my drink, I took a sip and it was SO powdery. It looks like it wasn’t even blended.

While waiting to get to the window you will witness people walk in and out within 5 minutes with their drinks. If you so much as see 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru I highly recommend parking and going in at this location. You’ll save yourself 20-30 minutes at least. Not joking that’s how long it takes for a handful of cars to go through.

If there is even one car ahead, expect a 20 min wait atleast. Staff is friendly and the drinks have been good, though I was shocked at the 10 cent cup fee.

One of the times, I ordered an iced coffee with milk and was given just milk in a cup with ice. The second time, I paid extra for cold foam and did not get any at all. I’ve also noticed this location uses very little ice so on my order today, i added extra ice and surprise, its almost as if i had asked for the opposite- light ice. It had approximately 5 ice cubes. I made attempts to be understanding as I know its busy a lot of the times, however, after so many mistakes, I will not be visiting this location anymore.
