Recently moved to area. This is one of those old established places with great food at moderate prices. Order breakfast any time of day. Food is all good! We will be frequent customers. Friendly staff, good cook's. Salad bar on weekends is excellent.

This is an old fashioned, down home diner that really does it right. The misses and I were staying nearby and we're stunned at how PERFECT this place was. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the fare is incredibly well done. The potato wedges were literal perfection. Seriously. This is a place that does simple diner food incredibly well. And with a smile. It is 1000 mile trip for us to return to Cliffs place, but I will be making the trip again. And looking forward to it already. This is honestly one of those little places you hope never changes, because I'm not sure it could get any better.

This is HANDS DOWN, the most welcoming, small town bar and restaurant I've ever been to. Midnight on a Friday and I had to drive to a small town 40 minutes away, so roughly 1 am when I arrived and, I'm assuming it was the owner, had our food ready to go for us. Amazing customer service. PLUS, they have the BEST homemade apple pie moonshine I've ever tasted...taste just like apple juice. Thank you for the great food and and the drink to remember ya by. Keep up the great work!

Talk about a diamond in the rough. This is a local bar/restaurant with great food and drinks. We all had sandwiches that were very good (not just bar food) and the drinks were buy one get one free that night. If you are in the area this is a great place to stop. We will be back.

We had to bid a job and this was a nice place to grab a bite and go over the plan of action! We eat out a lot and this was the BEST food for the LOWEST PRICE IN YEARS!! $20 bucks covered food, drink and the 20% tip! That’s a good deal. I forgot to mention my Aunt is the owner! That was the cherry on top!!

Cheap but good food, quick service, bustling with locals, breakfast all day, Emily at the bar was lovely, you can't ask for anything else. Excellent detour heading from Minneapolis south.

The food was really good. Best burger I've had in some time. The building is a little run down, and the service was a bit slow. But definitely worth it.

One person running the bar and serving. It was a day over 100 degrees, only wanted a burger and a cold beer. Perfect place for that. Burger was good and came out just as I ordered it. My companion ordered the cheese curds and grilled chicken sandwich. Her sandwich was just the chicken. Bit disappointed, no vegetables included. Guess you have to ask. As long as you are looking for simple, this is your place.
