And my server Abby was very attentive and suggested the honky Tonk nachos which is chips and cheese with some seasoning but my gosh they weren’t pricy and so SO flavorful. Will definitely be back!!

Had a man playing live music tonight! Our waitress, Abby, was great! Great recommendation of the steak bites. . So flavorful! The fried pickles were different, but so good. Not the traditional breaded pickle, but like an egg roll! The tenderloin was HUGE!

We’ve been here multiple times. This last time was a different experience than what we’ve had in the past. We’ve always had a 5 star experience until last night (Saturday about 7pm). We got a table right away. The table was dirty and still had a small tip on it. That should have been our cue to find another table. Our waitress came up, looked confused and then we told her that was there when we got to the table. She took the tip but didn’t clean the table. She asked if we wanted drinks before we got a menu. We had no idea what was offered, so we went very generic. Would have definitely ordered drinks if there was a bar menu. Someone else dropped off our drinks and we had to ask her to wipe off the table. The waitress didn’t get better from there. She was short with us and rude the whole time. The food was ok at best. It’s usually really good food. Waitress didn’t check on our drinks or food at any point. Just saw her to order food and pay the check. Other staff came by to drop off food and we had to ask them for refills. We usually tip 20-25% but we went 15. We would have done less if it was an option on the pad they stick in your face. They were starting to have live music when we left. The band was way too loud. They were speaking profanely into the microphone and there were several tables with small children. Definitely not the service, food or atmosphere we were expecting.

Stopped by on a Saturday night, was seated right away - food took a bit because of a large party ahead of us, but our server kept our drinks full. We shared two burgers and an appetizer basket. All were very good! A step above standard bar food - loved the tots and fried green beans! Husband tried the new Grumpy’s Golden Ale and really liked it! He’d definitely have it again.

Great burgers and pizza! The menu is kid friendly with diverse choices for picky little ones, my 7 year old was very excited for the mini corn dogs. We've tried the Gooey burger, mushroom and Swiss, and bacon cheeseburger and all were excellent. Get the black garlic mayo, you'll thank me later.

I've only ever had the pizzas and wings from here when my work ordered them for some events, but I have liked them every time. The crust is nice and not too thick and the pizzas are always topped with a lot of cheese and toppings. The cheese sticks tasted incredibly salty, but taste amazing otherwise. I recommend coming here.

Decided to try Grumpy's for supper out with the kids. I had heard from many people they were slow with the service when they first opened but figured they had time to work that out. Not the case for our visit last night. Three burgers and a wrap and it took almost an hour for our food to be served. Pretty sure it was kitchen problems but the wait staff never said anything to us about why it was taking so long. Not sure we will be back anytime soon even though we LOVE the fried pickles.

The food is delicious and pleasant place. The service started good and before I went to pay the waitress turned 180 degrees to make us feel totally uncomfortable. Tip would have been better if service lived up to it. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

My family and I ate here for the first time on Saturday 3.1.26. We had to seat ourselves but all the tables that no one was at were still dirty and full of left over food. We took a small table and hod to take chairs from other tables to seat us all. We waited for about 15 minutes for menus. We put in an appetizer and that took a while to get It cost us 17.00, we got pickles, cheese curds and Chicken. The were so fried you could barely bite into them. The cheese curds were so fried that there was no cheese left inside them. Very disappointing. We ordered and we got two bacon cheeseburgers that had no flavor. No salt or pepper or any seasoning. They got my 3 year olds food wrong. and when they brought out the corndogs they were fried so much she couldn't bite into them. They messed up an order for my niece. Thankfully they fixed that and took it off our bill. We also had to wait almost 45 minutes to get the food. with an appetizer, two cheeseburgers. a chicken sandwich and kids' meal. total was over $92.00. Way overpriced. Overall experience not good. will not be going back.

I don't think you have to put an extra charge on the bill, for extras. When we asked the waitress she said it was to cover the cost of items that keep going up, so they don't have to reprint there menu. And you can justify a charge of $6.00 a glass for captain and an extra .50 for the pop!

Service was not the best. Our server seemed very rude and we also overheard a table next to us say the same thing. She didn’t check back in with us until our food was practically done. The lid to the ramekin was left on the ranch that we had receive and the date had said 5/18 and in my mind that meant the date it expired, today was the 19th of May. Besides the service, the food was amazing!

Went in with my family because I heard great things about this place and I got to say I won’t be back! Our waitress had nothing but an attitude, had to ask for refills and was given an eye roll! Didn’t get her name but she had neck tattoos and glasses. Food came out slow and seems like the servers wanted to be on their phones more than actually accommodating their customers! Absolutely will not be back!! Fried pickles were good but that’s all that place has going for it!

Went in to enjoy a night with my wife and let’s just say it’s not worth the drive from cedar falls! Ordered the wings and they came out COLD! Told the server and she said there was nothing they could do because the kitchen is busy! WHAT!? Then asked her about beers and she acted very short and rude! I get it people can have bad days but this girl was straight RUDE! A server that makes you feel unwelcome and food that comes out cold? Ok 2 strikes but then we get our bill and she didn’t even discount it!!! And a charge even if you pay cash?! What! Found out before we left by asking another server who the manager was and she advised me it was faith, well that’s the name on the ticket! Management on top of crappy attitude! If you want basic bar food and crappy service this is your place but it’s not for us!

Wow the name really reflects on the workers. Our waitress was so rude,she keeped giving my friend bad eye looks like she wanted us gone,when we where just visiting. The food was hot but not good. Never again would I go there or recommend TO ANYONE.
