This guy in drive thru was Jude and he was the best one I have had he needs a raise and also he was nice

Drove thru for breakfast before hitting the road on Christmas Eve. They were very busy. The employees were moving around like worker ants. Food and service was still great.

Compared to other Chick-Fil-A restaurants, this one took s long time to get your food. There was a number of vehicles waiting for their orders. Don't know what was the cause for the delay.

The employees were great and fantastically friendly! Our order was wrong, but they fixed it right away when we pointed it out - and everyone was good humored about the whole thing. The chicken wasn't very good, though (dry and tasteless). If you like tons of sauce, that's probably not a problem for you. The waffle fries were fabulous!

We stopped here while traveling. It was pretty standard for Chick-fil-A. The kids enjoyed it. The tables were mostly all dirty, but I know a lot of people are rolling through there all the time. I appreciate that they do let people know what oils they cook their foods in (currently canola oil for the fries and peanut oil for the chicken.) I wish that weren't the case since we try to avoid seed oils. I ordered the grilled nuggets and am pretty sure they use MSG, so that's not awesome either. I'm not really certain why this place gets hyped up so much. The main strength is that they are usually lightning fast at the drive through. The speed of service was significantly slower at this one, though we were sitting inside, so I'm not sure if that was why. I'm not disappointed exactly, but it's not a place I'd personally choose again. It's nice that it has a playground for the kids.

If you plan on coming be sure to have plenty of time especially going through the drive thru, the old location with one lane was 10 times faster. Just even 4 cars in the drive thru expect to wait at least 10 mins just for a tea no matter what time of the day!

This location is the SLOWEST location around this area. You can walk in to pick up and order and make eye contact with 5+ people with zero greeting or help. The food is always good I give them that. But this location is less than welcoming. As a door dash driver they make me late so many times when the order is literally just sitting on the counter.

I loved the old location so much that I drove from granbury to come to this one. But, unfortunately the new location is not worth my money or the drive. I’m not sure if they have new people on the kitchen but I’ve come a few times already and the chicken is TINY! Skinny and crisp and the fries are never fully filled. I usually spend atleast $30-45 so it’s unfortunate. The drive thru also takes awhile longer than any location that I’ve been too. The play area however is so neat , the restaurant is clean, big and open. The food still taste good , so if the portions don’t bother you, disregard this review :)

We placed a catering over, pulled up to the mobile line, gave the order number and then sat in the line for 15 minutes before anyone came to check on us. Turns out they knew nothing about the order. I went inside and it turns out no one was paying attention to catering orders. We got our food about 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Once inside the process was fairly quick and people were very nice, but it was a very frustrating experience.

Had to change review. Line has moved 1 car in 10 minutes, only 10 more in front of me as I sit here. BEWARE, CANNOT ESCAPE LINE. So after almost a half hour, I get a breakfast sandwich that looks like it's been sat on. This was not worth the headache.

Food is great, but i scanned my app with the lady that took my order, and I never received the points. Its been over 24 hours so I assume either something went wrong, or she didnt really scan it. I dont have the recipt anymore so im out of some points.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. They forgot to put my entire order in. I had to drive 20 minutes to pick up my son's food that they forgot and the manager acts as if they were giving me the food that I already paid for or something like that. They have rude treatment. I don't know if it's because I'm Hispanic but I felt discriminated against. I will never return to this restaurant.

I love the food here, always will. But to hear the manager yelling at an older (I’m not talking 50’s I’m talking 80) employee the way she was is super disappointing and distracting while trying to order. Hurt my heart to see and hear this.

I ordered mobile order at a stop light that was 1 minute away at 1:25 pm. I did not get my food in the mobile lane until 1:50 because I got out of line to go get my food inside. It was just sitting on a cart. They need to hire more people or close down mobile line if they are too busy without staffing. I was behind only 2 cars when I showed up. We go to CFA because they are a well oiled machine.. normally. This place needs to work on being more efficient.

As I drove back on the interstate 20 the sandwich was burned. I asked for no cheese. You can see the cheese melting all over the package. Pulled out my to look at my receipt, it is blank! No phone #. Nothing to tell where or what I order. So disappointed in this location. Only ate the chicken from the sandwich. I've never gotten this bad of food from them. (At any location) Their pleasure for you to pay for burnt food!
