Jersey Mike's Subs

Made an order on the app and went in to pick it up. Unfortunately it wasn't ready yer, but there was a reason why. There were eight people there and one employee, Alex. And Alex knocked it out of the park! She handled herself extremely well, and was extremely polite and apologetic. So I'm very impressed with Alex, but not so much in whoever does scheduling there. Managers reading this, give Alex a pat on the back/high five/something, because she was amazing. Oh, and the sandwiches were amazing too!

I went there to pick up lunch for my sister and I today after a particularly rough morning and had the best experience! I was a little out of it with my mind on a million other things and they showed me so much grace and a sandwich run turned into almost a mini therapy session haha the sandwiches were delicious and the employees were so great! I cant say enough good things about this location, especially Anna and Mikey who helped me out today.

Just went into Jersey Mike’s in Weatherford. Lyric, Alex, and Charles were the best!! They were helpful in helping us decide what we wanted and were so incredibly friendly! They made our night!! We will definitely be back!

Not only was the food delicious, but the staff went above and beyond. I got locked out of my car, and one of the workers kindly gave me a ride home. Their kindness and exceptional service really made my day. Highly recommend this place for both the great subs and the incredible people! Thanks Mikey

Extremely friendly staff, quality of food fresh and tasty; establishment very clean to include restrooms. We got there 5 min before close; we didn’t know-after we sat down to eat a young lady told my wife and I to “just let them know when we were done and they would unlock the door for us and to take our time”—very kind and accommodating! Great shop, friendly professional service. Always have a smile Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich shop! Nothing even comes close. The one thing I am very sad over is that they took chicken salad off the menu in Weatherford. I ordered them all the time. That was my go to item. Bring it back!

I've had Jersey Mike's before, but this is the first time my wife and I have been to this one and I'm going to say that's the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Charles and Alex, the sandwich couple, were super congenial and efficient. Will be back!

I was met tonight by lyric Alex and Logan. they all seem fairly young, which I expected. Typical young people behavior and was shocked when they were so very polite and professional and super excited we talked about her day cause it wasn’t busy. It was just a lovely little visit while I waited for my sandwich to be made. Keep up the good work guys.☺️

Needed to leave a review because I just had the best experience here! I have celiac disease and it’s so hard to find places to eat safely, but the staff here went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and they were so kind. I was so happy to be able to eat a great sandwich again! Will definitely be back.

Update: We visit this location quite often. I always get #14 Vegetarian. Everyone is always kind and happy to go the extra mile to make sure my veggie stays just that (my phone keeps typing “Extra Mike” so maybe that’s as it should be!) Called in to ask questions regarding special preparation for vegetarian. Anna was very kind and understanding. She took the order over the phone. The sandwiches were tasty and made with care. Thank you Anna!! Food made with kindness always tastes better ☺️🌻

We enjoy Jersey Mike's. They are our favorite sandwhich shop. This location seems really understaffed (3 unless there were some in the back room) compared to others we go to. They were going as fast as they could (lunch hour). The food was prepared exactly as we requested. We will be back.

Sandwiches were awesome, had cheessteak and husband had Italian sub. They had 2 people working and call in orders, plus few walk- ins. A little wait but did okay. Sandwiches are worth it.

Called in a pick up order and didn’t receive what I asked for on the sandwich. When I called to ask why , they said we didn’t charge for it, even though we wrote it down. Very confusing situation and sad they didn’t care to find a resolution.

We were gonna eat in but we felt rushed out. Got a number #17 & she just wrapped it without asking if I wanted to add anything & walked away.

Had me watch my order just sit there for 2 customers that came in after and mine was done

I’m walked out after paying $10 for Philly. Lady on the grill seemed more interested in talking with co-workers. Watched her cook 3 phillys for a call in order, I was only customer in store. Waited 10 + minutes. Won’t be back.
