The food was great! The manager Alejandro was super nice. I wanted my loaded fries with eggs on them and he made it happen. My chicken strips with the Yangnyeom sauce were delicious. I will definitely be back!
Found this place on instagram and brought the family! The fried chicken was so crispy! We loved it! The spicy sauce is no joke, but extremely flavorful. Definitely recommended!
I recommend 100%, The food was excellent. The service was perfect. They were fast. I will come back without a doubt
Great affordable option for korean casual food cravings. Tteok-bokki was a decent portion size and loved the inclusion of veggie dumplings. We came around 2pm and cashiers were helpful and friendly, it wasn’t busy so food came out quickly. Only item I didn’t love was the corn dog which could’ve used a more cheese to breading ratio.

Had Korean BBQ Wings, very good, no frills, straight forward. Kimchi was also good, mild. Clean place, quick service.
Great lunch/brunch location! Such a balanced and vibrant place to eat with friends and family for a flavorful meal. The customer service and convenience is perfect for fast-casual dining. The environment is graced with well-chosen k-pop songs, yes they even played New-Jeans. The menu has amazing variety for whatever you're feeling on a specific day and the portion is just right. I was served fairly quick on a regular day with other customers, so hopefully that gives you a decent idea of how prompt the service is. Overall, this newly-opened restaurant is just right for everyone's needs and wants. Don't forget, this is some of the best Korean cuisine around Miami. Get it now in Doral and support a newly-opened business. 10 out of 10 🫰
Obviously it’s 5 stars for fast casual. First of all it was clean. The menu was interesting. The food we picked was very delicious. The atmosphere was what it should be. Service was prompt and friendly. We would totally eat there again if we lived near here! Open one in Tampa please!!
Kylee the waitress was very smiley and gave great vibes, with her great personality. The manager John were very helpful in our visit as well making sure our food came out quickly, he also kept me updated on my order.
Staff were very pleasant and greeted you with a smile. Depending on what you order - you have to wait. We didn't mind waiting. What I didn't like is that people left the tables dirty for the staff to clean. These guys and dolls work hard enough with out people adding to their work load.
I've been waiting for this place to open at this location for awhile . The food was a solid 4. Their fried drumstick, wings and coleslaw were pretty good and definitely crunchy. I ordered one of the spicy chickens and to me it just wasn’t spicy at all. I do wish the customer service was a little faster as I was only 1 of 2 customers in the place at the time, but they appear to focus more on takeout orders. I only hope that it’s just because they opened recently and need to work out the kinks. I encourage for people to try it at least once. I love all types of cuisine and hope the best for this location and its employees.
The spicy fried rice is so good and Jose was soooo helpful especially since I couldn't find the place and where to park. They were out of spicy fried chicken soooo I went with the classic crunch and the crunch was there just a tad bit lacking in flavor. But still not too bad.
I've been anticipating the opening to this restaurant. The food did not disappoint. Their fried drumstick and fries were fire. The cheese dog was something I did not expect. Truly the flavors were there. Personally, I just wish the customer service would have match the quality of the food. The person who took my order seemed bothered, annoyed, and uninterested when I asked a question about the menu (the restaurant just opened!). I could understand if they were busy but I showed up 75 mins before closing - barely any custumers. Aside from that, I encourage anyone to try it at least once.

Fried chicken was good. Different from other places. I had the sauce placed on top. Not bad at all. I would come back for some more
I tried three different chicken wings with my friends and we're all disappointed with chicken wings. They advertised "Crunchy" chicken but the breading was not crunchy, but too hard.

Service was excellent. Atmosphere was chill vibe loved it. Food well dont believe review off TikTok or Instagram. Its best to experience it for yourself. Tacos were a zero for me I ordered marinated chicken but it was fried. Got chicken wings they were regular wing with their sauce . Not bad but nothing to be hyped about. Fried rice bulgogi beef was good . Their coleslaw was really good. Kimchi cabbage tasted like cabbage. Mushroom soup is very bland needed flavor. THE BEST WAS THE DESSERT!!! Had Korean donuts with a condensed milk dip it was a 10 out of 10.
I give this place a 3.5. Service and atmosphere are excellent. The side dishes tasted good. The chicken was O.K. The cook needs to learn how to season the chicken to the bone. The outside sauce tasted good but the meat was bland.
Honestly for how hyped this restaurant was, I’m a little disappointed. I got the sampler appetizer and Korean corn dog. The chicken flavor we got was Korean bbq which was good. The chicken skin was crispy and the flavor profile was nice. The only thing I would say is for one of the drumsticks, the middle of the chicken was pink. Also the cheese corn was super underwhelming. It was literarly just cheese and corn with no flavor, and the amount of cheese was overwhelming and it was served kinda cold. The bulgogi fries were also served kinda cold so the cheese on top was harden, fries weren’t hot and crispy, and the meat was cold, and honestly overall the bulgogi fries were really mid. The pop stickers is your typical stickers you get at any Asian fusion restaurant. The Korean donuts were very delicious only downside was that the condense milk on the side tasted stale and sour( like it was dumped in cilantro). The kimchi is honestly the worst kimchi I had in my life😭 and the Korean corn dog as well was really bad. The potato on the corn dog was also burnt. Also the pricing was too high for the quality of the food. Overall rating, don’t come here unless you want kfc version of Korean food.

The food here is good. I had tried Bonchon one time in Las Vegas, and I was excited to see that it was coming to Doral. However, I’ve ordered from here twice and both times the service has been disappointingly slow. The most recent time I ordered through the website at about 5PM for pick up and the food was supposed to be ready at 5:19PM. I got there at about that time and it was about 15 minutes longer until the food was ready. There were only two orders that they were preparing and there were just a couple of families seated in the dining room. There were probably six or seven employees working at the time, yet nobody had gone out to clean the mess that was on a couple of tables. This store is in desperate need of a good manager who will correct some of these issues. This could be a really great place to stop and get a good tasting meal, but I won’t keep giving it chances if the service doesn’t improve. Oh, I almost forgot, on that most recent order I ordered two sides of coleslaw and didn’t realize until I got home that they only gave me one.
We used to love this restaurant. The first time we tried it was in Washington, DC, and it was absolutely perfect — great food, great service, and a wonderful overall experience. Because of that, we were really looking forward to try it here in Miami. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The food took a long time to come out, and when it finally arrived, one of the dishes was cold. We asked if it could be warmed up, but we were told they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have a way to reheat it, which was surprising and frustrating. Additionally, one of the dishes we ordered never came out. After waiting about 30 minutes, we had to approach the staff ourselves to let them know it was missing. The tables were also dirty, which made the overall experience feel unorganized and poorly managed. We truly hope this location can improve because we know how great this restaurant can be based on our previous experience.
I had high expectations for this place but we went the with my family last Sunday and we order 4 dishes, 2 udon noodles, one fried rice, one kimchy bowl and one order of doughnuts. About 20 minutes later they brought us the doughnuts first... no sign of the food coming. When i asked the girl in the cashier she rudely replied that this is not fast food and that if i wanted my money i could go somewhere else..All this while a bunch of young people are in the kitchen watching their phones and all gathering around doing nothing... since we were waiting already for so long we decided to stay... 40 minutes later still no food. i see people ordering and taking their food before us, lots of take out orders going out but no food for us. I finally decided to talk to the manager to cancel and get a refund. By that time (45 minutes later) the food came out (3 of the 4 dishes) so the manager told us to keep it and that she will issue a refund... its been a week and still no refund and i really dont think we will get. The food was tasty but the noodle portion was small. The fried rice was good but the whole experience ruined this. I dont think i will return.. too bad
I went with my family and based on the previous reviews for the restaurant I had high hopes. The fried chicken was delicious, crispy and tasty. The kimchi fried rice was satisfactory but the star of the show was the fried chicken wings. However the staff seemed clueless when I asked questions about the menu. The restaurant had tables that weren’t cleared of the dirty dishes of the past diners. We had to clean our table before we ate. The staff needs to provide better hospitality to their customers.
I would like to give this place more stars but as a first time experience it was not great. My girlfriend and I came here and had to wait over 45 mins for our food. The food itself was good but unfortunately it was cold, the wings were cold, my pop stickers were cold and the sweet corn was just barely warm. They also got my pop stickers order wrong because I wanted soy garlic and received Korean BBQ instead. None of the food was hot and ready. I would like to give this place another chance in the future because this first impression was bad, other customers were waiting just as long for their food and some others had hair in their food so it sounds like they need to invest in hair nets. I would like to come back here and give you guys another chance because again the food was good it's just the simple facts of the wait time and it was cold. Paying 50 bucks for cold food is not a good look.

Unfortunately the quality of food has gone down the drain in this place. We ordered on 1/7/2026 the iconic Korean Beef Bulgogi and the quality of the meat was disgraceful: all fat, grease and ligaments. I wouldn’t serve my dog this food but they do know how to charge. This is how restaurants go out of business
We waited over 30 minutes for our food. When we asked about the wait time, we were told it could take between 40 minutes to an hour — and they couldn’t even find our order on the main screen. Because of their response and how long we had already been waiting, we requested a refund, which they processed with a very poor attitude The food looked good, but the service and waiting time were very disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience left us with no desire to return.
This is the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken is overcooked and dry with barely any sauce. McDonald’s chicken is better than this somehow.

Ate here twice and unfortunately the food was terrible both times. Portions are small for the price, and customer service feels like an afterthought. Orders don’t come out together either everything is brought out separately, which makes the experience even worse. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Sat around for 40 minutes, chicken never came out. Changed my order for to-go, waited another 10 minutes. Still no food. Who knows, maybe the chicken was being flown in from Korea? Fries came out super fast, but were cold, not sure how that works. Eventually gave up and went to a restaurant where they actually give you food.
