I personally love cheddars. Amazing Monte Cristos and pecan salad. But honestly I've never ordered anything i didn't like. It's not fine dining by any means, but its delicious food at an extremely reasonable price. And theyre alcoholic beverages are always on point. Good family atmosphere or private date. If you're going on peak evenings, just join the wait list otw so you don't have to wait to be seated.

Me and my boyfriend went here around 6:30 and only waited about 5 minutes for a table. Apple was our server and she was amazing and so sweet. We got the beer battered fish, the fish was very nice and tender (8/10) and chicken fried steak (10/10)it also came out in less than 10 minutes! Apple came by our table frequently too to check on us which is a huge plus. She has an amazing personality and we made sure to tip her good. Thank you Apple! (We love the name)

This place has offered such great experiences for several to-go orders! I would highly recommend them and will definitely return. The food has always been delicious, specifically the ribs, that fall off the bone. Salad is always fresh. Sides are tasty too. And the bread is buttery goodness. ALL for such a reasonable price. But even more impressive is their amazing customer service, friendly staff, and good management! April, a staff member, was so pleasant, helpful, and clearly enjoys her job. Service like hers is not easy to find! Thank you!

Came here for a date night with the fiancé. I ordered the Steak Tips over Mashed Potatoes and he had the Smokehouse Burger. Unfortunately, the Steak Tips were over cooked, too peppered and the mushrooms had a foul taste. I told the waiter this, he took the plate back and he went and got the manager. Manager came with a menu and apologized for the food. I ordered the Spasagna as a replacement and this item was amazing! The flavor, the sauce and the seasoning was amazing. We'll definitely be coming back to Cheddar's.

The Food is Good but taste just like every other restaurant. The place is always crowded and there's a long wait to be seated most times that I visit. This review is based off of the last year of visits to the establishment. So more than 15 visits for those who don't know how I rate ND review a place. So the wait staff every visit has been some what lacking. Meaning that there are times getting just a refill could be 2 min or 45min depends on day/night and server. Restaurant always so crowded and Loud not a good place for casual conversation or getting to know a date. Good for game atmosphere. The Food is served in varying times as well but it is usually 15bto 30 min till your food gets to you. Staffostlybpolite but a few must think they are in a bar atmosphere as they tend to turn their nose up and walk away so that they don't have to help you if your server is busy. I actually found 2 of the girls to be that way in all honesty. The rest Of the staff were super polite so what they lack in time, space,and volume ,issues they make up for with exemplary courthouses. I will visit again at least enough to give this place a final review but for today's ID give it a Solid 3.5 star. Here's to next visit and review being better. Thank you.

Had a great meal at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. If you go, get the ribs and chicken combination—you won't regret it! The staff is super attentive and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Highly recommend for any occasion.

This was my first time visiting, and I love it. The only downside is that they are stingy with the bread. One croissant per person. $ 1.99 for 2 additional croissants. Most restaurants provide the bread as unlimited and free. The Dijon chicken and mushrooms is great. I'll get it without the dijon sauce next time because it was kinda sweet. The cheese bites were delicious. This is a place that I will visit again.

I've been eating at Cheddars for many years all across the South. I've always enjoyed my meal. Tonight was the exception. The ribs advertised as fall off the plate, perhaps a play on fall off the bone. They were didn't fall off the bone or plate. The meat was tough and I couldn't cut the bones apart with a knife, but had to tear them apart. Meat was tasty maybe because the sauce was so good, covering up the tough meat. Fries were on the cold side of warm. 1 disappointment out of many visits in the past 25+ yrs isn't bad, but it does produce a low score.

Haven't been here in a while. Maybe it was because of labor day weekend. I don't know. We were immediately seated so no wait at Saturday lunchtime, which might be a bad indication of food freshness. Food was mediocre and clearly prepared well in advance. Almost like frozen food aisle quality. Had chicken strips and shrimp. Only three tiny shrimp and they were disguised as broken off breading from the chicken. Both hard and cold. Broccoli casserole was tiny and dried and clumped into a cold biscuit like thing. Same thing with the mashed potatoes. Cold, dry clump. The table had complimentary croissants. Also cold and dry. The place was also on the freezing side even though it's like 90f outside. I don't understand the logic. Drive up your electric bill, make people uncomfortable, turn your food cold and stale, and...profit? The spinach dip was good, but the chips they give you crack at the slightest eye contact. I've broken so many trying to scoop up even a little bit of dip. Tempted to just spoon feed it in my mouth.

Honestly im probably not coming back. The service was really slow. I think my waiter was overworked cause she rarely checked up on me. It took a while to place my order, longer to get my drink, the chips were stale and the salsa was mostly spilled once I got it. The food arrived in a timely manner. It took a long time to get my refill and to get the waiter to acknowledge the blinking light (which i had to use twice) to get my check. The time of the check comes and she brings up my check all the way to the moment of the tip. Which she then proceeds to put at the 25% herself. It wasnt till after that I noticed the 18% minimum wasnt selected. So In my opinion based on the service I overpaid. I also didnt even get to use my member stuff so the chips and salsa that I didnt even like I didnt get for free. I vastly overpaid today. The good is the food arrived pretty quick, the taste was good and the waiter was nice. I think she was just overworked and she would've been more attentive. So im not trying to get her introuble for the lack of service I understand being in a restaurant you may be stretched thin sometimes. But definitely pre selecting the max for me was not okay. That's a dirty trick if youre not paying attention like I did. I wont be coming back and honestly I hope to get a refund at least for the chips and salsa.

We went to dine in and had a horrible server so the manager got involved, apologized for her behavior, thanked us for not just walking out as she said she would have, and sent over another server. That server wasn’t much better. Food was okay. Since then I’ve returned twice for curbside pickup and that has been infinitely more enjoyable. Even the server that brings it out to you is pleasant. I usually just get the burgers here.

I placed a carryout order of the ribs and tenders. It's pretty much my go to order and it's usually really good. The chicken tenders and broccoli casserole were cold but really tasty. Today there was absolutely nothing "fall off the bone" about these ribs. They were so tough and fatty that I could barely cut through them when usually they pull apart easily. For the price it was extremely disappointing.

Worst Monte Christo ever, over cooked. The powdered sugar was also sprinkled all over the french fries, just plain lazy. Service was also lacking, no desire to even be pleasant and only visited the table twice after taking our order, to bring the food and to bring the check. It was not busy. Never going back.

This is my second time visiting & I must say the first visit was better than the second time around. Jasmine was the waiter & although she was extremely nice, the wait on everything was horrible. From the wrong drink coming out the first time, my green beans never coming with my meal ( she sent another young lady to bring them to me to go ), ordered a medium well steak and received it medium rare ( no blood but very pink ) & all that was said & done was an apology of, “ I’m sorry.” So, returning is NOT an option any longer after spending $110 with tip, especially when the restaurant received a score of an 81 by the health department. More or less, thanks for the 2 famous known croissants that were given before the food. Those were most best.

Cheddar’s has really fallen off. While my server was great and attentive, the food was very disappointing. I ordered the Dijon Chicken & Mushrooms with a baked potato and broccoli. The broccoli was actually the highlight of the meal. The chicken, however, was absolutely smothered in Dijon sauce—so much so that it overpowered the dish. The baked potato, I ordered let’s just say instead received mashed potatoes that were stiff and unappetizing. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she kindly brought me a baked potato, but unfortunately, it was cold. Adding butter and sour cream didn’t help at all. Overall, the service was solid, but the food quality just wasn’t there.

Barely any spinach dip in my container when I opened it. I always order the spinach dip to go. When I made it home and decided to eat after my shower, I opened the container and there was barely any dip inside! It didn't spill out in the bag and I did not eat any of it!!!! Nobody wants to spend $ to only get 20% of the spinach dip. See the pictures. This is not the first time that I have complained about this. It happens pretty regularly. I guess it is time to stop ordering food to go from this Cheddar's.

Food was excellent, as always! My server, Prince G, notsomuch... Seated for 7 minutes before he arrived...I could tell where this was going, so I ordered food at that time as well as drink. Bartender brought drink...server arrived with water & rolls, about 50 napkins & straw. He brought food and did not check on me until I was finished, at which time, I asked for to go box. He was pleasant, just nonexistent. The section by the bar was NOT that busy, so not sure where he was or what he was doing, but felt he should have paid me more attention. He was NOT tipped because of this and I hate that, because I always tip, even for mediocre service, but just no longer see the point with current industry standards of service slipping.
