Timothy was the best server we've had yet!!! He was amazing, very attentive to all our needs! And he definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The food was on point and just a total great experience. This is definitely our spot from now on. Do yourself a favor and request Timothy!!! Thank you Red Lobster!!!

Food and staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband was not happy with the Men restroom it was a funky offensive odor!! He just opened the door and shut it quickly. Just keep up with the restrooms cleaning and smell. Overall, we had a wonderful attentive waitress.

Recently visited. Ordered online to pick up inside. The food was great. After a missed item, the manager handled it with grace and respect. The staff there was also very accommodating. The biscuits are a bit different. Smaller for sure. The crab legs, lobster tails, grilled shrimp, shrimp scampi, Walt’s shrimp (butterflied fried 🍤) not pictured-calamari, Mac n cheese and lobster mashed potatoes were all very good.

Went here for my bday, the staff was amazing and dedicated to our table. We had ordered some frozen drinks for my bday but for some reason they tasted off... they tried remaking them 3 times, sampling on the third confirmed they couldn't figure out why the flavor was off but apologized profusely. Sent me home with a slice of chocolate cake for my bday. I do not expect perfection but what I truly appreciate is how problems are handled. They went above and beyond. I will definitely go back! Great work team, the food was... painfully amazing. I ate way too much!

Ever since Red Lobster got a new CEO, they’ve revamped their menu and added items to it. I haven’t been to RL in at least a decade so I wanted to try out what they had available. the menu is a lot more lively than I can remember. i thought going would be more nostalgic but it almost felt like an unknown experience. i ordered the seafood boil. there were only two options: cajun butter and garlic butter. i thought there would be spicier options but im sure thats at select locations until it gets everywhere nationwide. the standard cajun butter isnt really spicy but it does have a cool flavor to it. my favorite meat in the bowl surprisingly was the sausage. that was perfect. how the lobster was prepared was enjoyable as well. i enjoyed the corn and potatoes a lot too but if my juice would have had a lot more seasoning in it, this would have set the entire seafood boil bag off. the cheddar bay biscuits are still amazing. i honestly wish they offered a kind of spread to go with it. i feel like the biscuits are missing that option. they had a margarita flight that was pretty good. very syrupy but other than that, it was enjoyable. overall, i believe that red lobster is headed in the right direction. i never considered going to red lobster…now its something i wouldn’t mind doing. i look forward to seeing the growth of this company.

Went today for lunch to celebrate Aunt Gloria's 80th birthday. Mom and I were imnediately disaapointed to find out that on Saturday at lunch apparently they do not offer popcorn shrimp. Which is the reason we went there. Our server Rigoberto never told us that the popcorn shrimp was available on the Spend less shrimp platter. When I asked he said, "I forgot." All of us ended up with the fish and chips which honestly were nothing special, there was no beer batter taste and the coating was thick and gummy. The fish was tasteless and not freshly battered at all. Hush puppies are ok but super small. We all agreed that Long John Silvers fish and chips are way better. Next thing we found strange is when mom and I asked for coffee with desert our server acted like he had never heard of coffee, I had to repeat myself 3 times. The people are very friendly and the manager wearing purple shirt greeted us warmly. But all in all a mediocre experience and to us not worth the $17.99 for 2 pieces of frozen tasteless Cod. Bill was $97.75 and I left a $15.00 tip but the suggested tip starts out at 18% but for that you need to remember alternatives to offer your customers what they want, especially for that price, so I have to deduct points for that. Also now if you want a salad it is an additional $2. Back in the 80's when I worked at Red Lobster we had to know the menu inside and out, we had daily fresh catch specials and every plate was dressed by the Expo and the Expoditer's job was to make sure every plate left with the proper condiments so I find it strange that non of our plates were dressed with lemon wedges and nobody liked the Cole Slaw but we were not given any other option. We all agreed next time for fish and chips we will go elsewhere.

Sad to say we walked out of here when we waited a long 10 minutes before someone came to our table. I already knew what I wanted before they came but our waiting for some drinks is what caused us to leave. At least 8 workers past by us and some more than once before a different person apologized and said she wasn't sure it was her table. Oh well. I gave 4 stars on food and atmosphere because they are pretty consistent across the country but definitely disappointed i had to wait. I believe this is the first time I had to wait this long after being seated.😒
