Every time I go to Cheesecake Factory, I have to get the Steak Diane, it's always amazing, no matter what location I have it. In this case, it was delicious yet again 😋 I've always gotta add a salad with the balsamic dressing. The server was on top of everything. She was pleasant and kept our drinks full. I got sat at a small two person booth, very sweet and intimate; though right by a server station. The food was in big portions, but very delicious. Service was speedy and polite, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. 8/10 would come back again 🙂‍↕️🤌🏽

It’s been a while since we’ve been to the cheesecake factory. Now I remembered why it’s been so so long. The prices are a bit steep for what you get. For three people to eat there it cost us $160 roundabout. my wife had a chop salad. I had a Cobb salad and my son had a cheeseburger. And then we also got dessert that we took home with us. The food wasn’t top-quality the lettuce that was in my Cobb salad and my wife’s chop salad was a bit rusty. next time I think we’re only gonna go back for some dessert but as far as the main entrées, I can’t see it being worth the money we’ve had other dishes before, but they seem to lack in flavor that could be part of one of the reasons why it’s been a while since we’ve been back

This is a pricey family restaurant. The restaurant layout isn't all that great you have to walk through the actual table area to get to the restroom which is completely the opposite side of the bar. The food is good the service is better. Atmosphere is ok. If like spending money this is the place for you.

Extensive menu for sure, it’s like reading a book, but overall great selections. The buffalo blast and fried macaroni appetizers were very good. The entree portions were huge and the food was delicious. Service was great once you get seated but the long wait and hostess experience is lacking and could be improved when it comes to customer service. Will be back, the breakfast and brunch menu caught my eye!

I haven’t eaten at the Cheesecake Factory in years (10 plus). However, I wanted to share this experience with my daughter since she has never been. With pasta being our favorite food, we were a little disappointed with the overall flavor of our meal. Thus, the service was amazing. Our server suggested great small bites and appetizers! And the nonalcoholic beverage was yummy as well シ

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were undercooked. I asked the manger to confirm. However he was unsure and explained that it could be that it was made with sausages so it has that pink in the middle. I’m disappointed that, as a manager, he was not able to tell that it was not fully cooked.

Came for dinner. Maybe I wasn't too hungry or something but the food did not taste as good as it used to especially with the prices being higher than it used to too. They do have big portion sizes though. Ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta and the meat loaf. I liked that the chicken was fried very crispy but it was bland. I don't think there was any seasoning in the batter. The pasta was a little too oily yet dry. I think there was not enough sauce on it even after stirring sauce and pasta up. The meatloaf was not the usual meatloaf. It was more meat than loaf so it reminded me more of hamburger patties in sauce and not like an old fashioned meatloaf. I guess I should have gotten my usual Salmon dish. Their bread is still very good. Service is good. Staff will consistently come check if there is anything needed or missing. Today I did not feel like dessert and did not order any cheese cake. My usual goto is red velvet cheesecake or Oreo cookie. They are always good. Oh, forgot to mention if you don't want too big of a portion meal they have a skinnylicous menu to choose from.

Food was great, but the server's neglect and attitude was not too great. Both myself and the other girl was a bit ignored compared to our boyfriends and guy friend. Our drinks were refilled last, we(as a group) received odd/negative looks, the lady took a while to get back to our table and weren't given much a chance to order deserts, I was originally gonna order two deserts to go but felt like I couldn't, the lady never asked if I was finished with my food or wanted a to go box for it but asked our guy friend if he wanted a box. My first time eating at this location. Nevertheless, I was very disappointed!! We had the grilled Salmon, and one bite of the fish had my husband spitting it out. He opened it up with his fork, and realized that the fish had a strong rotten odor. It turned out that the fish was spoiled. How can the cook not smell the fish while it was on the grill? The manager, or overseer over the kitchen need to thoroughly check the refrigeration temperature for spoilage, before slapping it on the grill. Do a sanitation check. The manager did his best to rectify the situation, but we lost our trust, and left the restaurant. We will never return to this location again.

Service was so so, .the waiter was not too thrilled to serve us..Bought two steaks and one was cooked wrong and was tough.. I ordered chocolate cake and it was sliced incorrectly and all chopped up ...didn't get a complete slice. The manager who set us was nice ,but it was crowed and we set in a tiny booth. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing for the amount of money we spent. We will never return. The one in Katy is wayyyyyy better.

I have been here many times but now i’m never returning. I had the rudest waitress, she never even introduced herself so I can’t tell you her name. I think I heard someone call her Rachel. Tall woman with dark hair November 2nd at 3pm. To start, bread never came out. We waited over 40 minutes for bread and did not get it until AFTER our main meals came out. Meanwhile, we saw at least 5 different waiters walk by with bread. Next, I was served ROTTEN avocado. I mean ROTTEN, disgusting. I will add a photo and video if possible. I told the waitress “hey I don’t think these avocados are good” her response? “It’s grilled honey” in the most condescending tone. I am a grown woman, why are you calling me honey. I told her “no sorry I think they’re actually bad” She replied again, “well it’s grilled”. This went on for a while until I told her she could leave the table. (She didn’t) she stood there awkwardly, which is when I realized we have all been out of water the entire time. I told her “actually we’re all out of water” her response? “yea I know”… Then why are we out of water? Also, you’re in the SERVICE industry and are providing anything but service. 15 minutes later, after me digging at the rotten avocado (that the waitress argued with me about…) she came back saying they asked for my plate back. She never apologized for the fact it was rotten, or apologized for arguing with me, or condescendingly calling me “honey”, again i’m a grown woman. It was super weird. She only acknowledged the man at the table and did not pay any mind to any of us women. We ran completely out of water twice, all 4 of us. To which when we finally asked her again for more she never apologized or was like oh yes sorry, she responded again “yea I know” condescendingly. Unfortunately we respect the service industry and she still got 18% tip, but genuinely I hope she’s fired because she ruined our entire experience, was so rude, and we will never be returning. Not to mention, the place isn’t cheap. Hire better staff.

If you’re use to eating at cheesecake factory’s then you’ll know this place need to bring in the real cooks. Never ate a bland steak in my life. No salt no taste. Food was nasty. I spent a lot of money and tipped well and took home horrible food. Cheesecake tasted old. My favorite cucumber lemonade taste like they poured the entire bag of sugar
