I recently visited BLU on the Hudson this past Saturday although the weather outside was extremely cold the atmosphere and Customer service at the restaurant was over the top amazing and warm lol. I went alongside with my close friend, and we were serviced by Selvin. He took our orders as soon as we were ready, on top of give us great reviews on, the appetizers. My friend and I had their brussel sprouts, their rice cakes from the sushi bar, lobster Mac, rockafella oysters and the thick cut bacon, which was chefs kiss! Our protein of choice with the ribeye steak, medium! One of the managers, Andre offered one of their premier cocktails, it was coconut base pretty sweet and good at the same time. I completely forgot the name of the drink, but I will include a picture of it. We had our own private intimate booth towards the back near the restroom, the establishment was clean. The service was 10 out of 10 and I would definitely recommend!!! I look forward to going back in the near future. Thank you Blu on the Hudson. 💕

My husband surprised me with the 5 course Valentine's special at Blu. We had never been to Blu and were so impressed with the attentive staff and delicious food. The truffle gnocchi brought us back to the best gnocchi we ever ate in Amalfi, Italy! The pasta was as soft as pillows. The sushi was also phenomenal. Our salmon and lobster meals were amazing, as well as the desserts. The baked Alaska was lit in front of us. Blu is an incredible spot!

I went for my Birthday 1/11, amazing experience. We didn't wait long to be seated the servers were polite and consistent. Live violinist amazing. The food was superb the lobster mac and cheese chefs kiss! The waygu skirt steak and waygu bacon and the lamb were the best we've had. The calamari was so fresh omg we just loved everything! The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be going back for regular date nights.

Went last night , this place is a vibe. The ambience is beautiful. The music is great. The staff is amazing. And the food is to die for! Jake the Manager creates a welcoming atmosphere and keeps everything running smoothly. Trevor was our server and was great and attentive . I am a realtor and love bringing my clients to this establishment and I also come just to hang out . The DJ is from France andplays great music. It’s a great place to connect and hang at !

Blu on the Hudson never misses. The martinis were outstanding—smooth, perfectly chilled, and easily some of the best we’ve had. You can tell real care goes into the bar program. The food was just as strong. The nori tacos (salmon and tuna) were fresh and packed with flavor, the hamachi crudo was light and clean, and the Blu Roll was a standout. The parm sandwich was rich and satisfying to finish it off. Huge shoutout to our server Selvin, who was attentive, professional, and made the experience seamless from start to finish. Great vibes, great service, and amazing drinks—highly recommend.

This establishment is really one of a kind. We had a multitude of appetizers and they were all excellent. The main courses were delicious and appropriately portioned. The servers were charismatic and professional. The views across the Hudson are breathtaking and the ambience inside the restaurant is second to none. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

It was our first time at the restaurant after hearing great things and it absolutely exceeded expectations. My girlfriend and I loved the diversity of the menu and were blown away by the ambiance, service and food. Our waitress Quinn helped greatly improve the experience through her knowledge of the menu as well as her care to our needs. She reassured that my girlfriend and her allergies would be accommodated. She created a safe environment so we can enjoy our meals stress free. She also made terrific recommendations on menu items as well as drinks that pair best with the food we ordered. Between Quinn and the rest of the staff’s terrific service and the amazing menu we cannot wait to come back and dine again.

We came here to celebrate a birthday with a party of 5. Traffic was bad & we called ahead to let the restaurant know. They very graciously held our table. Our waiter Eddie & servers were efficient, attentive and professional. The food menu is impressive and delicious. We ordered a Seafood tower, which was a complex flavor structure of awesomeness. It's a bit noisy for conversation but atmosphere is fun. We weren't rushed at all. There is a dress code. Highly recommend A+++

Cocktails were served very elegantly. We ordered steak, oysters, and eggplant and all vere tasty and served very well. Atmosphere is a must feel. Good service. Educated waiters and waitresses. We loved the experience.

My Twin sister and I celebrated our birthday here. This place was amazing!!! From the location, the service we received from Jose!!!! We had so many questions because this was our first time and he made sure everything was answered. He recommended some items for us to try and man oh man they were all great! The shirt steak hands down is a must. We will definitely be back!

Reservation was super easy, and the staff was both friendly and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely amazing — I’m a tough critic when it comes to seafood, and everything here was incredibly fresh and flavorful. We tried the Seafood Tower (highly recommend — it’s the chef’s top picks) along with the octopus, which was perfectly tender, and shrimp in a sauce that was out of this world. Drinks were crafted beautifully, and you really can’t beat the view. A fantastic experience all around!

Blue on the Hudson is an exceptional dining experience. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the steak was perfectly cooked, and everything from presentation to service felt top-tier. If you’re looking for a restaurant that truly delivers on both seafood and steak at a high level, this is it. I highly recommend it.

Christmas Eve dinner with the family was great. From the host, the server, the bussers and violinist, the entire experience was great. We ordered the three course pre-fixe and while the main took a bit longer than the other dishes, the server was apologetic and we didn’t notice because we were engaged in great conversation. Overall I will be coming back during the summer to experience this when it’s not so cold out.

Food was absolutely delicious. Great server we got the Wagyu skirt steak with truffle butter, Cobb salad, crispy rice cream, spinach, and the tiramisu the tiramisu wasn’t the best would definitely recommend the carrot cake instead

First time at Blu and I had the best experience. You have to try the Blu Roll, you will not be let down! We also got the Porterhouse Steak and Tiramisu so delicious. I will definitely be coming back! Great atmosphere, very energetic, fantastic food, and service. Perfect spot for date night!

My beautiful sister and I went here to dine for my 29th birthday. Words cannot describe how elegant and gorgeous this place was. We were greeted from the doormen and seated exceptionally fast for our reservation even though we were a tad bit late. Our Amazing host for the night by the name of “ Trevor “ was phenomenal ! Not only did he make sure drinks were promptly served, he also made sure our order was token right away being that we already studied the menu and knew what we wanted. The food was delicious exceeding our expectations, the flavors was very rich and it did not disappoint. Trevor made sure our glasses stayed full and he made us feel welcomed throughout the whole dinning experience. Towards the end of our dinner I was surprised by our outstanding host with a birthday treat which made me very emotional ! That he even went out his way to acknowledge my birthday multiple times. With all of this being said this was the best birthday dinner of my entire life and my beautiful sister and I will study the menu more and return ! And request Trevor once more! I also have to give a big shout out to the other workers they all were professional and working so hard ! Cleaning off tables ! Refilling glasses and very professional. 100000/10 compliments to the chef as well your hard work do not go unnoticed.

This is our go-to spot for team dinners. The service is top tier, food is always consistently good, and the drinks are fantastic. Every single dish is excellent. Not too loud to be able to have a large group and hear each other.

First off, we were.a party of 6 (1) toddler. But when I tell you the 5 adults at the table couldn’t stop Raving about our server., we were amazed with how pristine his service was. He was on it, not an empty plate nor cup. GIAN CARLO is probably the best server I have ever encountered. The food- them whipped maxed potatoes babbbyy.. they are worth every bite. The Ricotta tortellini? Made me Clean my plate. The Tiramisuuuuuu omg the tiramisu! I can’t make up how delicious it was. But wait! I had the bay breeze as a cocktail but my husband looovvveeess Old Fashions and not everyone could get that right but man they did and he drank them like juice! Blu ya got us and we definitely will return. Needless to say my birthday dinner was beyond amazing! Thank you!!!

I've been here a few times, and have never been disappointed by the food, drinks, or service. Everything is top tier! Most recently I was there for after dinner drinks to celebrate 2 of my close friends' birthdays. The smoked reposado tequila old fashioned was delicious, and so was my reposado espresso martini. My very first time there I was there for a friend's birthday dinner. I never posted any reviews from prior visits, so I will include some pics here. Every part of that meal was delicious and perfect.. from the apps to the desserts and the drinks! *chef's kiss* Wish I could remember what exactly we ordered other than the oysters, burrata, and steaks... I may not remember the names of the other things, but I remember them being delicious!

I took my sister here for her birthday, and when I say this place blew our minds. From the service to the food to the atmosphere to the ambience everything was up to par and more. The food was out of this world and I don’t even have the words to describe it. The steak was cooked to perfection as well as the sauce being an excellent combination to it. Our waitress made sure to always check in on us and never had us waiting or feeling like we had to ask her for something she always knew. The manager for the night even came up to speak to our table and that was something that really meant a lot. If you’re debating on coming here then I should stop your search right here and tell you this is the spot. Great view , great service, great food.

Amazing food, atmosphere, and service. They really take care of you in there. I recommend the octopus as an app, one of the best I’ve had. I really liked how appropriate the size of the apps were and the tempo of the food coming out was perfect. Not rushed yet didn’t take long. Perfect birthday experience. The service is phenomenal, again they don’t hover or rush you but they care about your dining experience. Oh and try their cocktails. Everything is amazing just try everything lol

Everything was great. Definitely try the wagyu skirt steak. It was seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. I am a steak lover and this was one of the best steaks that I have ever had. It paired nicely with the whipped potatoes. I had the killer of the flower moon for my cocktail and it was interesting. I can’t say I’ve had anything like it before. I wouldn’t order it again, but it was worth a try. Overall this is a solid place if you’re in the mood for a steak.

Blu is a really good dining establishment located in Weehawken. They have a great menu with seafood, steaks and some pasta options as well. The drinks are inventive and well crafted. Between 3 pm and 6 pm they have great deals on drinks at the bar. The food was really good and the service and attentiveness of the server was top notch. Blu is located right across from Hudson Yards in NYC and offers a beautiful view of midtown. They have indoor seating, outdoor seating, a huge bar and a rooftop. The dining room is massive and is sectioned off where you can sit near large windows with great light or in a more intimate setting with low lighting. A must try for a great night of good food and amazing drinks!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Blu on the Hudson, and I couldn't have made a better choice. The food was outstanding—from the fresh sushi to the perfectly cooked fish, each dish was a testament to great quality. The dessert was the cherry on top, truly delightful! The drinks were unique and fun, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. The service was excellent; the staff was attentive without being intrusive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere struck the perfect balance between cozy and vibrant, creating a lovely setting for a special occasion. I highly recommend Blu on the Hudson for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Amazing dining experience! The food was exceptional—every dish was perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. Kudos to the chef and the entire kitchen team for their culinary excellence and attention to detail, right down to the chinaware that beautifully complemented each course. Special thanks to Trevor, our server, who was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the evening. His service truly elevated the experience. It was also an unexpected honor to meet the owner, who graciously visited our table—such a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more memorable. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

So I went last night to celebrate my 40th birthday. When I tell you the location was beautiful for the view, the food 👌🏾, I had Faroe Islands salmon with broccoli, 10/10. My waitress, Quinn, I loved her aura; she was the best to my date and I. My dessert was good; we had Blu’s tiramisu and a strawberry shortcake. Photos of Quinn and me and dessert.

I have had one of the best meals of my life here. The ambience is stunning. From the starters to dessert, Blu on the Hudson did not disappoint. The carpaccio, the sushi, the steak and tiramisu were amazing. Our server was incredible. For a party of 5, he did not skip a beat. Don’t skip the cocktails! Great menu! Valet parking is a nice perk too for only $15.

i am not kidding when i say this was some of the best food I’ve have ever had. we got the wagyu tomohawk, 2 filet mignon, gnocchi, and the chicken parm. as an appetizer we got the sushi (i forgot the name of it but it started with “two…”). that sushi was absolutely amazing. it had lobster and beef carpaccio it was gone in seconds. we got truffle fries, broccoli, and lobster mac as side dishes. we also got the killer of flower moon cocktail (if you look at pictures attached it’s in this really cool vase). the tomohawk MELTED in your mouth it was cooked PERFECTLY and they fired fresh truffle butter in front of us on each steak. the filets were insanely good, we got truffle butter and chimichurri (chimichurri had a lemon taste, good but not a classic chimichurri). the truffle fries were a MUST as well as the lobster mac. if i had to recommend anything it would be the tomohawk, if that’s out the price range def the filet. everything was amazing and well seasoned and cooked perfectly. we had jose and he gave us excellent service!! we also were celebrating two birthdays and he suprised us with 2 desserts which was so nice of him! would 100% go back i definetly recommend this place!! we also had a reservation for 7pm 6 people and we were seated at 712 pm. also we had to park in a garage, they only offer valet or you find your own. the garage was maybe a 3 min walk, not far at all.

From the second you walk in you feel like royalty. The atmosphere is warm & inviting. The views of NYC stunning! I have been here a few times. I had the filet mignon. Kept it light . The presentation was spectacular. And of course a lemon drop martini . Delightful 🎯

The location is unbeatable—right on the waterfront with spectacular views of the New York City skyline. The floor-to-ceiling windows make it feel like you’re dining in a postcard, especially as the city lights come on in the evening. The atmosphere is stylish and modern, with a warm vibe that works for anything from a date night to a team dinner. The menu is huge, offering everything from steaks and pastas to an impressive wine and cocktail list. When I went with my team, we started with the calamari and burrata, both fresh and delicious. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the solid options—I had the gnocchi with a side of broccoli, and it was absolutely satisfying. We ended with the tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and the perfect sweet finish. Service was attentive and friendly, and the whole evening felt like a special treat. Blu on the Hudson is definitely a spot I’ll come back to—great food, gorgeous views, and a perfect location.

We had an absolutely fantastic time celebrating my brother’s 30th birthday at Blu on the Hudson. The team set us up beautifully in one of their private dining rooms, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. The lighting and overall aesthetic of the venue are completely gorgeous — I especially loved the sunset vibes on the walls, which made the night feel both elevated and intimate. The servers were exceptional and made everything run so smoothly. They were incredibly accommodating, which is honestly hard to come by in 2026. One waiter in particular, Brandon, truly stood out. He made everyone feel at home, was so kind and attentive to each guest, and ensured the level of hospitality matched the stature of the restaurant. He was outstanding. As for the food — everything was delicious. I especially loved the chicken dishes, the gnocchi, and the desserts were next-level. The tiramisu carrot cake and chocolate s’mores dessert were phenomenal. The mixed drinks and whiskey selection were also top of their class. I would highly recommend Hudson on the Blue to any family, couple, or group looking to celebrate something special. We’ll absolutely be back.

From the moment you arrive at Blu on the Hudson, you’re swept into a space that feels both luxurious and grounded. Nestled along the riverfront, the restaurant offers panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline that turn any dinner into a visual celebration. The interior design is striking — sleek, modern, and elegant, with warm lighting that creates an intimate ambiance perfect for both date nights and power dinners. The energy inside strikes that rare balance between vibrant and sophisticated. The cuisine is where Blu truly shines. Every plate that leaves the kitchen is a testament to culinary precision and creativity. From the appetizers to the exquisitely cooked steaks, each bite reveals a deep respect for ingredients and technique. The craft cocktails deserve their own spotlight — balanced, bold, and designed to complement the meal, not distract from it. Service here is exceptional. Staff members move with confidence, offering recommendations without pretension and anticipating needs with grace. You’re treated like a welcome guest, not just another table. Blu on the Hudson isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a destination. The type of place you return to when you want to mark a milestone, impress someone important, or just be reminded that dining out can still feel magical.

super cool atmosphere def great date night vibes. however for the price point, food was only slightly above average tasting. the rice cakes though were FIRE!!!!! however our steaks (filet mignon and wagyu skirt) were good but i was expecting more. could have been seasoned more. mashed potatoes tasted like instant mash. everything else though was amazing and the service was very quick and attentive. tiramisu was spectacular and apple tart was also good. wine selection is good and some fun cocktails. also we specifically asked for booth or somewhere private and we were sat at a chair table for 4 (there were 2 of us) in the middle of where everyone else was when there were plenty of empty areas :(

Visited for Thanksgiving. The restaurant’s atmosphere is beautiful. They even had a live violinist although they may have been just for the holiday. The food is interesting and delicious with wonderful flavors! We tried the crab cake, pumpkin bisque, turkey entree with cherry cranberry sauce, brussel sprouts, sweet potato and dressing, squash agnolotti, salmon, and some desserts. Even the cocktails had special touches. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was because our meal ended on a low note when they changed our server. Our first server, Joey, was absolutely phenomenal but then they switched our section to another server who was so lackluster I didn’t even get their name. That change really lowered the experience for us. Overall, I would recommend but am hoping for more consistent service next time.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my anniversary and was seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant was absolutely stunning, featuring a beautiful atmosphere and spectacular views of the city. However, I did not anticipate the establishment to be as noisy as it was. They had a DJ or music playing that, although pleasant, was somewhat loud and exceeded my preferred volume level, making conversations difficult. Nevertheless, the staff member serving us was exceptional, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the menu and providing excellent recommendations. Our drinks were very well-crafted, with the bar generous in the amount of alcohol, earning a perfect score. I ordered a dry-aged steak, which was flavorful, alongside seafood mac & cheese and Wagyu bacon, both of which were excellent. Additionally, we tried the spicy lobster pasta in tomato sauce, which was extremely spicy—almost too much to enjoy comfortably. We considered returning it but chose to accept the experience. Overall, I rate this restaurant 4.5 out of 5 stars, primarily due to the noise level and the intense spiciness of the lobster pasta. Would I visit again? Certainly.

I started off with a strawberry margarita. They did it with extra love because it was strong and sweet ! I started off with lincoln harbor sushi which was a bit spicy. My friend has calamari. These calamari were fire. The other person I was with had crab meat. Last I had lamb chops. I ask for medium well but it honestly tasted like well done. It was not juicy. It was dry. I would not recommend the lamb chops to be honest

So, my husband made reservations for 7pm for my 40th birthday. Unfortunately, due to Lincoln Tunnel traffic we were about 15 minutes late. However, we did call at 6:50ish to alert we were running late. They said no worries, all good. We get there and were walked to the left of the restaurant. The left of the restaurant looks nothing like the right of the restaurant. It has a wall blocking the view of the right and basically secluded population from everyone seated on the other side. Ambiance down 5 points already. When we are seated the table was so wobbly, our amazing waiter had to come 4x with paper/cardboard just to fix it. Thankfully, he resolved the issue as the hostess could care less and walked away. Our waiter was amazing, service was chef’s kiss. He was attentive, knowledgeable and super polite. The server doing the truffle butter over the steak was also amazing!!! We ordered 2 bone in steaks with truffle butter, 2 orders of cream of spinach, lobster Mac n Cheese and cauliflower bites. We also ordered 2 cosmos and 2 Samuel Adam’s seasonal beers-all absolute delicious!!! The cosmos were made very well. The reason for the 3 stars on atmosphere was due to us being seated in the area to the left where the room looked completely different from the room on the right. The whole point we made reservations was for the ambiance in the room to the right without knowing there were other rooms different and secluded. I am wondering if that is protocol if the guests are late even if a phone call was placed? The tables were quite small too and people seated in the back area were a little too close to one another. My husband was sitting in a chair but I was sitting across him in a sectional sofa like seating since I was sitting on the wall side. Anyone who sat across from someone in a chair was sitting within the sectional type seating so nowhere to place your coats and purse except next to one another where people may feel uncomfortable. The view leaving and walking back to the car-amazing!!! Overall great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. Maybe just ask about the ability to reserve seating in the room to the right where the ambiance is everything.

The welcome and wait were excellent. We didn’t have a reservation and were seated quickly. Service was 8/10 — no one offered us more drinks even though our glasses were empty for a while. The wagyu was spectacular, but the downside was that it took too long to arrive. And the carpaccio (definitely DO NOT order it) is a delicate cut, and if it’s not prepared correctly it sticks to the plate. It was sliced too thin, to the point that it would tear apart. I’ve ordered this dish at many places throughout my life, but here it was definitely not prepared properly. Everything else was good. The restaurant’s atmosphere is incredible.

Tried a little bit of everything here 👀 Overall a solid experience with beautiful vibes and really friendly service. 🥩 Steak & Frites – 3.5/5 Fries were a bit over-fried so they leaned too crunchy and salty. Steak was okay, but it would’ve been better with less of that heavy black butter crust. 🌮 Nori Tacos – 5/5 Really good — flavorful, balanced, and definitely a must-order. 🧀 Cornbread Cheddar Muffins – 4/5 Cute, warm, comforting. Loved that they serve it hot 😋 🍷 Red Wine Short Ribs – 4/5 Pretty good, but personally I wish they didn’t put eggs on top. 🥞 Ricotta Pancakes – 4/5 Soft and fluffy, enjoyable overall. 🍣 Blu Roll – 3/5 Decent, but could be simpler. The top layer had way too much sauce going on. ✨ Vibes & Space – 5/5 Venue is gorgeous — bright, airy, beautiful interior, and great service. 🚻 Only downside: bathrooms could be cleaner and some chairs have noticeable stains. Used my Chase Sapphire $150 dining credit here, so that definitely made the experience feel better 😂 Would I come back? Yes — mainly for the vibes and a few standout dishes. Overall, mixed but still enjoyable ⭐️

Went here for my anniversary last night and was surprised to see the overwhelming crowd. We had a reservation but had to wait about 30 minutes because there was nothing reserved for us. We were seated by the door when something opened up but it was way too cold so we waited again. We were accommodated with a both in the back. We ordered the interesting table side drinks that were to be made at our table with the trolley but the waitress delivered them….when asked, she just said “no they’re not made at the table” with no further explanation. The food was good, amazing truffle creamed spinach but the steak fell short. I’ve personally had better at longhorn. The waitress was not very attentive & didn’t even acknowledge our anniversary. She truthfully didn’t deserve a tip but we’re not shallow so we tipped. The music is really loud & the place had an overwhelming amount of moving pieces. Overall 6.5/10 experience. Unsure if we’ll return.

There were definitely two things that were consistent. Absolutely terrible service-and delicious food. Our serve served an alcoholic beverage to my daughter when she ordered virgin martini-he took no accountability for any mistakes that happened including that one, and including one that I witnessed with another guest. I would love to go back again but since I got better service from the bus boys who cleared our table and food runners as they were trying to figure out what food went where And wouldn’t have had to if the server entered the food properly, something I would have expect from an establishment like Blue, I probably will not be returning.

Sushi was amazingly good. The pasta wasn’t my favorite. It felt a bit hard and undercooked for me. But the seasoning was amazing. I ate that with the steak (no comment on how the steak tasted for now). Nice atmosphere. Went on a Saturday night. Restaurant was very busy. Not sure if I will ever go there again on my own choice though. But will definitely recommend for a nice date dinner

OVERHYPED AND UNWHELMING: I had high expectations for Blu on the Hudson, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. The restaurant was crowded, and the tables were so cramped that I barely had room to move. I’m of a slender build, and I almost knocked my neighbor’s food off their table when I stood up. On top of that, the food wasn’t great—my skirt steak was salty, which made the experience even less enjoyable. For the price and the reputation, I expected a much better experience.

My husband and I went to Blu to celebrate my birthday. The inside is stunning however we were initially seated in a long narrow dark awkward side of the restaurant that felt like a hallway, far away from the main diving area. I kindly requested the hostess to move us by the bar to enjoy a better ambiance which she was very kind enough to do. We started off with the gnocchis and crispy cauliflower for appetizers. The cauliflower was amazing 10/10 the gnocchis were okay , the sauce was good but nothing out of this world. For dinner we got the NY strip and the Delmonico. The steaks were cooked to perfection and very juicy. For sides we got the creamed spinach which was good and the lobster Mac and cheese which barely had any lobster. Our waitress wasn’t attentive at all. She barely checked in and not once asked if we needed a refill or anything else to drink from the bar. Also my husband made a birthday request but they didn’t come out with a bday dessert , which is not a deal breaker but for all the money you spend you would think they would offer something for choosing their services to celebrate a special occasion. Overall, the food is good but the place misses the inviting warm hospitality that makes customers want to go back.

My boyfriend took me here for Valentine’s Day dinner. Overall, it was a great experience and we had a nice time. The service was a little different than what we’re used to one person took our order, another brought the drinks, and someone else brought the food. I understand it was very busy, but it felt a bit impersonal at times, especially since you’re tipping the person who mainly just only took the order. The food was good! The appetizers were definitely the highlight. The shrimp was tasty, although the bread that came with it was unfortunately half burnt . The calamari was amazing probably my favorite dish of the night. The only disappointing part was being told we had to order our appetizers and entrées all at once because it was so busy. Since it was our first time there, it would’ve been nicer to enjoy the appetizers first and then decide on our entrées. I ordered the gnocchi the portion was pretty small, but the flavors were really good. Overall, it was a nice experience for Valentine’s Day, but it’s probably not somewhere we’d return to. Still glad we tried it!

Came from out of town, went there for our birthday dinner. My husband had made reservations for us to have a “VIEW” seating, (which we didn’t recieve. Once there, valet parks your vehicle (which is $15.) Restaurant is cute on the outside & inside. Went up to give our name only for them to seat us in between 2 tables that already looked like they were scrunched up together with people. My Husband was very displeased, & mentioned that we reserved a VIEW table, which obviously she wasn’t told by the other host. So we went back up to the front only for them to tell us “We sorry, but there’s no view tables available at the moment, so you’re going to have to be seated elsewhere.” So we looked around & I saw a booth located in a more private setting, which I pointed out, & the host said she’ll have it cleaned for us, only for the other host to tell us “Well, you can’t have that one because that’s reserved for someone.” So they ended up sitting us at the END of another open area in a booth🙄. My Husband was very upset, because this was supposed to be a romantic birthday dinner for us that he had planned, (ALSO not to mention, we drove 12hrs.) After looking over the menu, he decided to go with the rice cakes & sushi for the appetizer, & the Wagyu skirt steak. I chose the apple blu cheese salad, & the chicken parm. Food came out pretty fast, the rice cakes were good, sushi was OK, my salad was predominantly apples, blue cheese chunks, walnuts & grapes, with hardly any arugula. The chicken parm was dry, bland, burnt, & overcooked so much to where I couldn’t cut it with my knife without applying Tremendous pressure to cut it. Ate about 3 small bites of it, my husband complained that his steak was chewy/overcooked. The manager came out & noticed that I hadn’t really touched my food, so he asked if I would like something else. After explaining to him that the entree was Ridiculously impossible to enjoy, he took both our plates back & replaced my husbands with the filet, & mine the Wagyu steak, which in fact this time was cooked more nicer, & was way better. They also put truffle butter on your steak when it comes out, (which is something nice to record..) Topped it off with the carrot cake for dessert, I can honestly say it was amazing, & probably the best thing they had on the menu. I recommend you getting the carrot cake if you go there. We wont be returning because of the experience we had, & the rudeness of the host. Definitely wasn’t worth the drive.

MINJO CHO

We had lamb with creamed spinach and lobster diablo pasta. The atmosphere was amazing with manhattan views. Unfortunately, what we order was very disappointed due to the spaciness of diablo pasta and way too salty lamb and creamed spinach.
