Good location for a Jollibee with lots of parking space and spacious drive thru area. There was no line when I was here and the staff at the window was really nice and accommodating. I have to wait for a few minutes for the peach mango pies but it's always worth it. They packaged the food orders well and was very satisfied with the quality of packaging. Of course, it's Jollibee so the food taste and quality is always good and consistent.

I fell in love with Jollibee a few years ago. It is basically the only fried chicken I eat from the fast food chain restaurants. Always get the spicy chicken with rice and their gravy is the cherry on top. I miss when they used to have the buy one bucket and get the other one free deal. Churches Chicken who? Ha ha ha ha. First time visiting a Jollibee. I had the chicken sandwich combo and my friend ordered a 2 piece chicken. The 2 piece chicken came with white rice and gravy. It cost a little over $7. The chicken was very tender and juicy! Gravy was good too, not thick nor too thin. The chicken sandwich combo came with fries & a soda, it was favorful & tender, and the fries are the thin kind - hot and very tasty. No complaints from me! They were quite busy when we were there although there were some tables available (lunchtime). Location is on the Seafood City property PS. They do not have Halo Halo here but you can get that at a number of places nearby such as Chow King.

Came in for the first time and the chicken smelled amazing ordered the 3 piece chicken meal ( spicy ) and the burger steaks as well as a mango pie the chicken was really good and extra crispy just kinda small the burger steaks ( salisbury steaks ) were also pretty good the rice was decent and the mashed potatoes were my least favorite but still edible All in all I would definitely come back. I really like the gravy The mango pie was okay not as good as a apple pie from Popeyes but still good The employees are really nice and the restaurant is super clean

Review is based on delivery, but wanted to share my review because there are some things definitely worth trying. Fried chicken is really pretty great. Even after a 40 min delivery time, chicken was still crispy. Spicy is definitely more flavorful than regular. Got the half/half this time, but will get all spicy from now on. Dipping the chicken in gravy was next level for me. Will have to be my new tradition, regardless of where I get my fried chicken from. The gravy on its own is fire! My favorite fried chicken is Krispy Krunchy, but I put Jollibee a close second with Popeye’s, Churches and Kentucky rounding out my top five, in that order. Chicken strips were also pretty good, but again dipping sauces were what elevated the dish. Creamy sriracha and gravy were great. Pineapple BBQ, not so much. Pro tip - when ordering on line, you can get extra dipping sauces, including the gravy for free so try a few like I did. Peach mango pie was ok. Will pass for $3+. The biggest disappointment were the fries. Soggy and bland. Thank goodness for the air fryer, but even after a few minutes, they were still soggy and bland. I should have gotten the mashed potatoes. At least it would have been an excuse to eat more gravy.

Customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant was fantastic. We just didn't care for the food it seemed under seasoned and bland. Maybe that's the way it's supposed to be. But it wasn't good for our taste. It was very busy so obviously people enjoy the food here. We actually only tasted a bite each of the spaghetti, the spicy chicken, the adobo rice, the mashed potatoes with gravy and the burger steak with gravy. We spent approximately $24 and we ended up donating it to the homeless people that lived behind the shopping center.

Came here because it had lots of reviews, but the chicken wasn't what I expected at all and not sure why so many reviewed that the chicken was great. Ordered for pickup with half original and half spicy. The chicken were not consistent at all, some spicy some not and some originals had no flavor at all 😭. Maybe it was just my order.

Finally got to try this place, but sadly didn't try their infamous spaghetti. We ended up getting the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, a bucket of spicy fried chicken, and a pineapple drink. My bf liked the spicy fried chicken. He said the spice level was good, the skin was crispy, and the chicken wasn't dry. I had a sandwich and I thought it was good, but not the best. It had a peppery taste to it and I also dipped it with the gravy that came with the fried chicken. I would order it again or maybe try the burger steak. The pineapple drink was definitely the winner. It tasted nice and fresh, but there needs to be a bigger size. IG: jkfoodaddie

I bought some fried chicken at this store while I was at IKEA, but half of it was overcooked and the meat inside was tough, so I complained. Ten days later, they replied, telling me to come back with the receipt within 30 days. But who keeps a fast-food restaurant receipt for more than 10 days? And this store is about an hour's drive from my house. Who's going to waste gas and travel two hours round trip to talk to them again? This is the worst fast-food restaurant I've ever encountered in handling problems.

How sad... Everything in the trash like a normal for profit corporation only concerned with their profits. I'm here with my mom and just finishing dinner. I mentioned I know people who could benefit from what they are throwing out. The warming bins were FULL!!! They could call an organization. They could feed the homeless. They can make a difference. How would anyone support this format when people are starving. Even Vons sends their hot chicken to sell cold. I understand they can't sell cold or next day but they could write it off and help a shelter.

I've always come to this particular fried chicken shop for about six months now, but I've noticed their sauce has become increasingly thin – they've added way too much water! Towards the end, it loses its flavor; the sauce is practically water. I hope you can improve this and restore it to its previous state.

i walk into jollibee’s because i wanted chicken and had seen their Korean bbq. the server got my order wrong then proceeded to tell me i had to pay another $15 just to get what i originally wanted because “it didnt come with the sides” when i had already paid for the sides. i payed $20 for the sides and the sides were disgusting too , mac in cheese tasted like rubber. i payed anyways because i wanted my food and the food was absolutely disgusting. made me feel sick within minutes of eating it and was just overall disgusting.
