Very solid place. Good fries, really good milkshakes and outstanding burgers. Love the place but prices are a bit high. Was about $25 a person. The manager was giving out free fountain drinks and because of her kindness I will definitely be coming back.

A very good burger but expensive. The restaurant was nice inside and had both indoor and outdoor seating. They had unlimited peanuts as usual and a small condiment bar. The service was okay, they messed up my order. But the burger was still delicious. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger. You can customize is with a wide variety of toppings and condiments such as, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and more. I also got the small fries but they give you a lot! Overall, they offer a very good burger with many toppings but it is pricey.

Never been to 5 Guys not bad for a burger joint. I just wished that the food was hot, all our burgers and fries were just barely warm.

I first had them in Saudia Arabia (halal) and fell in love with the fresh juicy burgers. Now in the US I come here for their fries. I really wish they had a halal restaurant.

It's great food. Music was so loud it felt like I was at a club. We stayed but with that environment there are some people who will leave. Older persons and anyone who gets headaches easily. I would recommend turning down the music.

The burger was very standard, but the bun was really doughy. It made the burger very gooey. I had mine with everything plus A1. I don't think I could have eaten the burger without the A1 because it would have been too rich.

The burger was very standard, but the bun was really doughy. It made the burger very gooey. I had mine with everything plus A1. Food is good and what you expect but the atmosphere and environment is way too loud and noisy. The employee is yelling and screaming in the back and it’s making it hard to hear the cashier trying to take your order not to mention. It’s just a chaotic in unpleasant environment.

I walked into Five Guys craving a decent burger, not expecting to leave with a receipt that looked like a car payment. $14 for a single goddamn burger. Then they hit me with $5 for fries and $4 for a drink. Did I accidentally walk into a steakhouse run by clowns? And for what? A burger that taste like it was made by someone who heard about seasoning once but decided against it. Bun falling apart, meat dry, cheese sliding off like it’s trying to escape. I’ve had better meals at gas stations, and at least they don’t charge a ransom. Don’t even get me started on the fries. Soggy, limp, and swimming in grease like they took a bath in motor oil. And sure, they give you a "mountain of fries"awesome, now I just have more garbage to throw away. Five Guys used to be the good kind of guilty pleasure. Now it's just guilt and regret served in a brown paper bag. Fast food shouldn’t cost more than a sit-down meal. Get over yourselves.

Server is very pushy , after there computer crashed the server named Jenaya S impropery rang up my order the second time and when i recieved my food wrong she refused to remake the order , she turns the place into a jail house atmoshere

Over priced the food is mid and in n out is better 🤷🏽‍♀️ two meals with milkshakes $43

Every time I work in West Sac I order 5 guys. Normally the food is stellar and the service is decent. Ended up with a bag of salt with fries on the side. My burger wrapper was crusted in salt and the fries were inedible. I called and explained as was told to call or just come in for a remake. I called today a little over a week later thinking they would honor it since I have my receipt and all that but NOPE! They have to get permission from the manager again since its been a week.
