Very nice place. The whole staff is very nice and the customer service is very good as well. The good has been fresh everytime we come and the manager Yuri also Is very willing to help if anything goes wrong.👍

I had a great experience at this KFC! The service was fast, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was super clean. The manager, Maria runs the place really well and was super nice and helpful — you can tell she cares about her team and the customers. Definitely one of the best KFC locations I’ve been to!

I've been here a few times and wanted to write a review for Maria and her crew. I normally don't try to catch a kitchen at close, but didn't have a choice a few days ago. She was just as friendly as if I met her at the beginning of her shift. I was able to get dinner and a float which really made my night. Thank you Maria!

I love coming here after a hard day at work, they always have great deals online And at the home counter! Maria, is always soo nice as well as all the workers here! Its like one big family!! Lol.... The food is always fresh. I've never had a complaint in the 12 years. I've been coming here. You definitely have to try the cheese curds! They recently remodeled this KFC and it looks very nice in the dining area. There are new seats and tables. They added some new pictures and updated the area. The environment is very nice and welcoming now. The food is the same, our service was fine as well. Overall, I was pleased with our recent visit.

I love kfc unfortunately they have become too expensive for my taste I ordered 2 large coleslaws to bring home to add with a meal i prepared at a total cost of $14.80 I thought that was ridiculously overpriced for cabbage . I do have the money but these prices have become totally outrageous. I never see any cars in the parking lot or the drive thru. I think many people think the same , it’s not just kfc but all other fast foods are included in my opinion asking too much dough for their food

I noticed the person handling my food wasn’t wearing gloves… so I asked if they are supposed to and I was told no… it was pretty gross. Just know that the people in the front don’t wear gloves, but they still touch your food.

Just went through the drive through in West Sacramento. The fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them The chicken sandwich was dry, old, and over seasoned. The food was terrible and thrown in the garbage.

The manager in this branch is very rude, she was rude to my family and I. She does not speak English and is very rude to all customers. I don’t understand who promoted her as a manager.She should be working in the kitchen not standing in front of customer with that stinky attitude.
