Eating at Chilis Westbury is always the best experience since they make us feel like family every time. Dani was excelent today! Anticipated our needs and brought our kid’s meal first (which is a big plus!). This is a must go to! Note: cleanliness under the table could be better (we requested help since a juice box wasn’t removed at first and we still had to hand it to Dani after the 2nd attempt).

Natalie is the best waiter I have seen here at this Chili’s. The other servers have always been good but it is very clear to me Natalie is there to go above and beyond. She had a very good work ethic with a bubbly personality.

Not sure if they are running this deal to get more study customers 🤔 but you really can't beat it. Burgers are a decent size and quite good 👍 fries and a soda for 12 bucks 👌 😋 also included an appetizer for each of us!

Kerolous was amazing tonight!! My children had a blast celebrating their birthdays today. He made sure we had everything we needed. Went above and beyond to give my children a special evening. They sang happy birthday and got ice cream! Will definitely return!

I love this Chili’s, the staff are always professional and really nice. The location is always clean and while it’s pretty popular the wait isn’t too bad. The triple dipper is my go to every time, I highly recommend it.

The food was overall great, we had no complaints and the serving sizes were large. We did once visit and were made to wait 40 minutes, although it was a busy friday evening.

Nice place to eat and celebrate with your family friends or even have a date. It is so good that during rush hour(6 pm to 8:30 pm Saturday) you have to wait over 40 minutes, trust me it is worthy or just come after 8:20 pm. The customers service is amazing as well the experience, you don't need the waiter, to make a payment the terminal is on the tablet, they have a good variety of drinks and beers. Chili's is a nice restaurant price okay for their food.

Was my first time going to a chilis and it was a very pleasant experience. The servers were attentive and friendly. The food came out relatively quickly and tasted great. The restaurant can get a little loud though and be careful not to accidentally add any games from the tablet in the middle of the table to the bill. Would return!

The new Big Smasher Burger has no business being this good. A simple well executed smashburger that tastes great. I also really liked the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers. All at very affordable prices. Child friendly. Lots of parking.

I had a great experience at Chili’s, and a big part of that was thanks to Josh. He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and Josh checked in at the perfect times to make sure we were good. You can tell he really cares about customer service and creating a positive experience. Definitely one of the better visits I’ve had!

Update: Our visit last night was much better than our prior visit a few months ago. While our first server (Jennifer) was sick with an ear infection (as stated by her herself) and coughed on us as we first sat at the table, the replacement server (Brandon) was great. The food came out quickly and correctly, and tasted decently. The place was fairly clean, much better than last time. If there was a recent management change, it shows.

We ate here several times. Covid protocols were followed. The food and drinks were good. Staff were friendly and makes good recommendations for food and drinks so the services were good. Our server usually check on us frequently. The place is clean and the prices are very reasonable. There is a parking lot so looking for parking is not a problem. Most importantly to me, the kids enjoyed their meals.

The hit was the LAVA cake (molten chocolate cake) omg- here is finally a legit lava cake that's warm, gooey, and the lava actually lavas. The ice cream and caramel drizzle brought everything together. 6/5 stars. Actually came here for the viral mozz sticks. Great cheese pull, the strongest cheese pull, but kinda salty and greasy ( I know, what did I expect). 3/5 stars

My son and I shared a fajitas for two with beef and shrimp. The beef was a bit overcooked IMO, more at the well done stage than at a medium or medium well stage. It was still good, but would have been less dry if it has been cooked less. Also, the beef and shrimp were a bit too salty, but that has been my experience with Chili's fajitas at other locations. That being said, the sweet peppers and onions were cooked until soft but not mushy, and everything accompanying the fajitas was good (rice, beans, flour tortillas, pico de gallo, sour cream, shredded cheese). I also got a guacamole dipper, which I really enjoyed with my beef fajitas. The flavored lemonades also hit the spot. Service was good for a Saturday afternoon. Overall a very good experience.

honestly i like it. for a good fast food style/ restaurant style dining in. The deal 3 for 10.99 is amazing worth the price. Good for a quick date night and watch movie across amc and go on shopping spree lol. The people working there are very nice and passionate to work there which is cute to see. I will give overall rating of 8/10. Try for yourself and see. I honestly liked my burger and nachos not bad.

Good food, good service. I can't give 5 stars for fried mozzarella and chicken tenders that come frozen from Sysco or us foods. Nothing was freshly prepared. That being said, the food tasted good and came out pretty quickly. Service was good, no complaints. Plenty of parking. Prices pretty good all things considered. Good for a "one off" restaurant visit, not a place to visit regularly.

It was Halloween night and our crew was tired because we had been at JFK Airport all day, and Delta canceled their flight! All together we were at the airport 6 hours! Anyway, so it was nice to have a good meal, reasonably priced and the service at the bar was good! A glass of house wine is $5 until 6! And most of the servers were in costume- cool!

Went to Chili's for a quick bite after a movie. Service and atmosphere was great. Had a Patron frozen margarita, which was good. Ordered fried Mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, which was way too salty. For my entree, they made a mistake and sent out a regular chicken sandwich which I ordered the crispy chicken, bacon with Guacamole sandwich. Waiter was very nice and accommodating. The chicken and fries were a bit salty which I couldn't really enjoy it the way I wanted. We also had the mushroom swiss burger, which wasn't too bad, but for the triple dipper we got honey Chipotle chicken, Mozzarella and boneless wings which was also too salty for my liking.

This location recently went through minor renovations especially the bar area, definitely more modern and a cleaner feel. The 3 for me remains a big hit in any Chili’s as I see most customers ordering and today I tried the chicken sandwich. To my surprise it was pleasantly juicy and fresh. I simply loved the service here. The staff members greet you with a smile and so courteous and helpful.

Food was great and everything was fresh (except for the dessert we got at the), but their service was bad. The waitress took our order and everything was fine, she forgot my sisters water but that’s a common mistake, and then our food came out quickly after our appetizers so the table was kinda crowded. We finished our apps, finished eating our food and after 40 minutes of being ignored and waiting to be acknowledged, I was finally able to flag her down and ask for a box a dessert. I understand that she had a big party coming in, but having to wait 40min after you are done eating is crazy. We then paid and tipped her 18% because we know how it is to work in the service industry, but then right when we were about to do the survey, she took our device asked if we wanted our receipt, then walked away and gave herself an excellent review (she did it a few tables down from us). I wouldn’t even be this annoyed if she would have apologized for her bad service, but she didn’t and she had the audacity to rate herself excellent on an optional survey. Beware...make sure u check your bill and when they say they r going to refund you for something u didn't buy make sure they refund the right amount because I was charged for two drinks because the first drink was given to the wrong table so they had to put in for another one, so after splitting the bill even half n half I mistakenly paid without checking so I paid half for 2 drinks meanwhile only ordering one they only refunded me $3 when it should have been $6 because they still made my friend pay the other $3 for the drink so total we paid $9 for a $6 drink

My wife and I went to eat there, and the woman who served us kept giving us strange looks. She took our order and brought us ice-cold food; the flour tortillas were freezing cold too. She got really angry when we complained and told her the food was freezing cold and tasted like it was from yesterday. We told her to call the manager, but she just took the food away, I think she went to heat it up, and brought it back to our table. We didn't eat anything; we just paid without eating anything because she treated us so badly. She was a old white woman, and we'll never forget her face and what she did to us. The service and ambiance are fantastic. However, the food here is a far cry from authentic Chili’s. It’s incredibly bland and lacks any noticeable spices. Chili’s restaurants across different states, even those in Brooklyn and upstate New York, offer delicious food. But this particular restaurant is an exception. If you’re a spice lover, I strongly advise against visiting.

I really loved the mozzarella sticks here, especially the golden honey chipotle flavor they were amazing! I asked the server what the Big Mouth Bites were, and she said they were sliders. She never mentioned that they come with bacon, so my husband and I accidentally ended up eating it. When I asked her afterward, she just said, “Yeah there’s bacon,” like it was nothing. She was nice but very inattentive, and as the place got busier, she seemed completely lost. They definitely need to train their servers better to actually know what’s on the menu and maybe explain better what ingredients are being used. Overall, not a good experience I wouldn’t come back here.

The restaurant keeps the air conditioning way too cold. It's freezing inside even in the middle of summer. Every time we visit, my family and I end up freezing, and it seems to be the same at most of their locations. It’s really unfortunate because we absolutely love the food, if only the dining environment were as enjoyable as the meals!

Let’s talk about the pasta. The Alfredo sauce on the pasta reminds me of cheap Ragu spaghetti sauce. The budget concoction you can get for a dollar a jar. I don't even buy that junk for my house. The chicken reminds me  of those processed strips of chicken that you get pre-cut in the deli meat section of the supermarket. You know the ones that you aren't even sure if it's real chicken and they have fake grill marks on them. Needless to say it was very salty and not acceptable for a $20 dish. The salad was dry and disgusting. I found pieces of old dead lettuce that was already decaying in it. I have lived in this area or my life. I have gone to neighboring restaurants many times, but never Chili's. Not sure I would go again.

Currently half the restaurant is under construction. Ordered nachos and they were definitely lacking for the price point. I feel like the only positive thing I can say is that my drink was delicious. Don't waste your time here. The food is subpar in both taste and quality.

I’ve came here almost my entire life and have never had a problem with a server there. As I was filling out the survey after paying. The server noticed I had put disagree in the question that asked if he was attentive. My opinion was that he wasn’t as attentive but I still gave a tip. I understand serving jobs usually rely on tips. He then came over and proceeded to snatch the ziosk tablet out of my hand. The exact words were “Um did you not think I was attentive to you like I don’t understand you should tell the truth. Can you just change it” in a very aggressive tone . He then proceeded to press the back arrow on the ziosk in order for me to change my response then angrily walked away. I spoke to the manager Josh about the situation. As nice as he was, I wasn’t offered any solution to this situation or a refund on an item. Just a simple “understood I’ll speak to him”

This place is nasty. You get what you pay for i guess. The environment was gross and the food was awful. I walked past the kitchen on my way to the bathroom and it is a health hazard in there. I shared pictures but they don't do it justice. There was sludge all over the floor and piles of chips getting stepped on and no one was cleaning it up. I don't wanna eat food that comes from that kitchen and i don't suggest anyone else should either. It's disgusting in there don't eat here.
