I ate admin amici's and I thought there was a lunch special but $13 for scapega and meatballs very good but not even garlic bread or a soft drink to go with it are you kidding me I've never had that experience before with meatballs spaghetti they always give some garlic bread or drink something cheap cheap cheap cheap cheap you're lose in business you lost mine better off at domino's and You know so I bought a loaf of garlic bread that was like $4 so I paid $17 for a spaghetti and meatballs and some Gallic bread are you kidding no no I mean not worth it Cheap cheap cheap bike you're not gonna stay in business there's plenty of other places you get a lot more for your money and it's just as good if not better

Ask questions about products and prices before ordering. Manager can use some anger management classes. Try cauliflower crust pizza for carb conscious customers.

The "BEST" place for Italian food, the sauce does not give you heartburn like other places...lol lol THE OWNER PUTS HIS HEART INTO EVERYTHING....the place is always clean, and well stocked....EVERYTHING THING ON THE MENU IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!Mike we all love you

Mike double washes and chops his own salad. He stirs the sauce and is serious about what he serves. This is the place where you can eat an amazing hot or cold sub and a salad that wows with homemade dressings. This is where I will send everyone I meet in Westlake Village if they want pizza, pasta, subs or a salad. This is where your money is well spent and where you don’t get ripped off! My department placed a large order at this location recently and the food and service was great! Everything was piping hot and just the way we ordered, all but one item. However, when I called to inform them of the mishap, they were very quick to accommodate and reassured me they would correct the situation right away. Sure enough 20 min later, Eddie showed up smiling with the correct pizza and very apologetic for the mistake. The customer service at this location is top notch and the food is even better, I will be recommending them for sure!

Seriously, I would love to give Ameci 5 stars, - the Food is Definitely the best in Quality, Freshness and very delicious. The the Manager has Very Poor Customer Service skills - not friendly, shrewd and has an attitude like this : the Customer needs us/we don't need the customer, excellent food, horrible customer services

I would not recommend this place; overpriced cardboard and terrible service! We ordered two salads, a cheese pizza and two cannolis. The only saving grace were the fresh cannolis (very good). Now onto the review: the pizza was bland and chewy; I felt like I was eating cardboard. The salads were fine except the Italian dressing was sour. We asked for a side of anchovies: they charged me five dollars for a tiny cup with maybe five anchovies in it. Complete ripoff. The service was terrible because I ordered delivery to my hotel and even pre-tipped the driver ten bucks and the guy delivered the food with no plates, utensils or napkins! How am I supposed to eat a salad with no fork and greasy pizza with no napkins.

Shady place. My wife called and specifically ordered two LARGE pizzas. She said LARGE. The person on the phone then asked 12" or 16". My wife obviously figured the 16" would be the large, so she said 16". She was never told the total over the phone, so when the pizza arrived and she saw the total was over $70 she was a little shocked! Turns out they gave her 2 GIGANTIC pizzas. Apparently they have Large, Jumbo and Gigantic. They never used the word Gigantic over the phone, and the fact that my wife specifically said LARGE shows that they don't know what they are doing or purposefully upsold my wife. She immediately called the restaurant and explained that she had ordered a LARGE but they wouldn't do anything for her. I would avoid Amici's pizza.

Ameci pizza is made with cheap ingredients and tastes awful. The chicken piccata pasta is a container full of pasta with diced chicken (not a full breast of chicken, maybe a 1/4 c diced) placed on top, about 10 capers, and the dish literally stinks. The pasta smelled like moldy water. We threw it in the trash because we did not want to chance getting sick.
