Stopped by Firehouse Subs during the lunch rush and was impressed — we got our food in about 10 minutes. I had the Hook & Ladder and it was delicious. The place was clean, the service was friendly, and it’s super convenient being close to my office. Definitely a solid lunch spot!

Love the Triple Stack! Friendly staff always makes me feel welcome. Went back today got an Engine Company extra toasted with Cajun mayo and bacon... yum yum. Update: trying the new Hawaiian King. Went back for an Italian. Yum! I’m starting to prefer my bread extra toasted and they have no problem doing that for me. Thank you.

Firehouse has the best sandwiches! I love the coke machine as well. Nice location only downside is no changing tables in the restrooms. I love the rewards app and the rounding up to help first responders

Stopped in to pick up lunch for my wife and I for our go to subs a few times now. Service is quick and food is great as always. Place always seems to be clean and staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Parking lot can get very tricky around lunch time with tight and limited spots. Overall a great spot for what you'd think or expect from a sub chain.

This place at lunch time slows to a standstill. The amount of questions they ask when ordering borders on comical if it wasn't such a waste of a lunch break. "do you want to make it a meal with chips and a drink? Would you like a pickle on the side? Is this to go or dine in? Will you be paying with a card? It's going to ask you a few questions and then you can hit cancel and swipe or tap. Are you a rewards member? Can I get a name on the order? Would you like any cookies or brownies? Would you like to round up to donate to local first responders? Would you like your receipt? " Jesus Christ, it's a lunch order, not a background check. Why is not sufficient for me to just say I want the number whatever meal and you just push the button?? I answer less questions when applying for a personal loan.. Now imagine walking in at 1115 on a Wednesday, seeing six people ahead of you and the line not moving because they're running the battery of questions on every. Single. Customer. Surely there's got to be a better way that doesn't involve me leaving to go somewhere else to eat.

Food always smacks at firehouse. However the workers theme selves didn’t seem high spirited or happy. They got my name wrong on the receipt as well but overall great food.

I arrived at this location at 8:43 PM intending to grab a quick sandwich to go, but was surprised to find the “Open” sign turned off and the doors locked. Another guest with a pickup order arrived shortly after, and when an employee came out to deliver their order, we mentioned that there were still 15 minutes remaining until closing. Her response was an eye roll and a comment about being “very short staffed.” From what I observed, there were two employees on shift, which appears to be a standard closing crew. When we finally placed our orders, the employee mentioned that the registers were already closed, as though that excused the early shutdown. Fortunately, we were paying with a card, so the sale could still be processed. I wanted to bring this to the attention of management, as it seems possible that the “short staffing” issue might be self-inflicted if sales are being turned away before close. It’s disappointing to see a location lose business not because of customer volume, but because the team on duty decides they’re finished early.

The worst Firehouse sub I’ve ever experienced! I ordered two hook and ladder subs for me and my colleague for lunch. One was on wheat, no mayo or cheese and the other was on white the way the sub is made. Both sandwiches were ordered with pickles. They reversed the rolls on the sandwich, omitted pickles, and when I called the location to speak with the manager, her response was,”sorry bring the sandwiches back for a remake or refund.” I informed her I was over 6 miles away, we were on our lunch, and it wasn’t possible. She advised me “ to save the sandwiches and bring them back when I can!” I asked what are we going to eat in the meantime. She said she couldn’t help me! What in the world! Is this a Texas thing? I just moved to TX from Ga, been a member of the firehouse club, even made a donation, and I’ve never experienced such horrible service and total disregard for my order. Do not order from this location if you want your order made correctly and your food enjoyed. The bread for booth subs weren’t “Firehouse Subs” fresh either.
