Fast food joint with pretty good burgers. A variety of toppings your burgers. And fries for days. Hand cut fresh potatoes. My usual order is cheeseburger (2 patties) with lettuce tomatoes grilled onions mayo and ketchup. Make sure you wash your hands cause it can get pretty messy to eat.

We ordered online and set a time we wanted to pick up the order. They will send you a text message to reply to when you are leaving to pick your order up and after you reply you are leaving, they send another text to let them know you have arrived. As usual, the food was excellent and the worker's were friendly and helpful.

This place is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. when I I need a good meal, this place comes instantly to my mind. extremely good and all kinds of food and a rich cuisine.generous crew, and pleasant spirit. Also important, the tariff is modest. I praise this spot with no hesitation.

We don't eat fast food often. When we go to the movies at City Center in White Plains we make an exception and stop at Fives Guys. The free peanuts, toppings and drink re-fills help to offset the higher menu prices (compared to Mickey D's or BK). The fries are always great as are the burgers. Just a word of warning, unless you have a huge appetite get the little fries (their equivilant to a small). It's enough for two because they always throw extra fries into the bag. 😋

Very good burgers here, your order may take a little longer to recieve than a fast food joint, but its because they dony cook the burgers until you order so its worth the wait for fresh food. And the fries are also good, fresh cut and generously portioned. Pre covid, you could also munch on some unshelled peanuts while you waited for your order.

Quality food at a higher price than most fast food places.. They don't charge for 90% of their toppings. Milkshakes are good too. Caution they use peanut oil I think.

I love five guys. definitely my favorite burger joint. i get basically everything on my burger and some regular cajun fries. the cajun fries are amazing. the food is kinda expensive and the wait is kinda long but the food makes up for it. also....free peanuts.

They're menu is purposefully focused on a few things that they do excellently. My fave burger place ... When I eat meat, which is not very often, Five Guys is my first choice.

I try to lower my carbs by always ordering a lettuce wrapped burger when I eat at burger restaurants. This 5 guys was 'hands down' the best wrapped lettuce burger I've ever had. It was like they gave me a small head of lettuce for a regular priced burger. Anyway, it made it a lot easier and less messy to eat than I usually deal with. Polite and helpful service and usual good quality burgers. It's a good joint near the mall and near the main street of White Plains, and the free peanuts are always appreciated.

Absolutely love this franchise of fast food. Clearly overpriced when compared to other fast food burger chains. However, one cannot argue with the taste and quality of food, therefore worth every penny. Only downside to this chain is if you have a **PEANUT ALLERGY** this place is not for you. They offer shelled peanuts as a snack while you wait for your order to be completed (you can smell the peanuts in the air) and peanut oil to cook their fries. This establishment in particular was very clean during my patronage including the restroom.

The good was excellent, the customer service was amazing. Very friendly staff also a clean environment and great atmosphere. The food was great love the burgers and fries.

This review is for the White Plains Five Guys. We ate there a few weekends. The same staff are there every weekend. They are adults and take great care of the business. The burgers were great. We had milk shakes as well . Everything was good the times we were there.

I'd like to address this review to the owner of 5 Guys in White Plains on Main Street and everyone who has not been there yet. The manager and employee Chris are the most remarkable people I have ever met in my life!!! I was in a very tough spot paying for my order when I had to pay for my order and Chris paid for my food from his pocket. The manager also treated me with so much respect even though I was embarrassed. They make everyone feel at home and they are the nicest people who work together at this location. I wrote a letter and gave it to the manager to give to his manager of the wonderful experience I had. I didn't have a chance to thank Chris in person so I would like to say, THANK YOU So Much for being such an awesome person, you saved me and I will never forget what you did for me. Love Five Guys, best step up fast food. Crispy thin burgers with all the toppings you want and piles of the best fries in any fast food chain. Floors were slightly sticky and service was not too quick.

The burger and fries tasted awesome. But I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and I think that $16 for a burger, small fry, and a drink is a little excessive. I could feed two persons for same $ anywhere else. I might treat myself to this once a year, but I can't afford to bring the whole family for a $60 burger and fry trip. Add in a couple milkshakes and it would be $70+. Johnny Rockets is just as good for much less $.

Not that big on the fries, but I absolutely love the burgers and milk shakes here. They're totally out of this world good. And the staff are always welcoming here. Plus they keep this location pretty well kept.

If you need comfort food, this is a perfect place to go. It's right in the heart of White Plains, easy to get to from street parking of the nearby parking garage. Plenty of seating, clean store. The burgers are customizable and they give you plenty of fries, even on a small.

Has amazing burgers, fires, and hot dogs. The food quality is consistently good. The restaurant is always quite clean as well. The staff are kind and helpful, but the service can be rather slow compared to other fast food restaurants. However, I have a feeling this is due the nature of the restaurant instead of the staff being slow. The food is also a tad expensive for what you get as well. But overall, I have very few complaints about this place, and have only had good experiences.

The burgers are ok and the fries are great. But the staff is not much to be desired. The start of the lines are confusing and when I did not know where to stand the staff member tried to call someone else even though he was behind me. I explained that I was standing there for awhile and he scoffed at me and I had tell him that I was not lying and the guy behind said that he came in after me. Once I placed my order I requested condiments on both sides of the bun and he did not give any direction that he cared about my order and I had to try to direct my request to the guy making my burger which was hard to do with the wall and mask in place. This is the second time I have had problems with just placing the order and considering that each burger is the price of a full meal in some places without even thinking of getting a drink. You would think the staff would be better trained to be friendly pay attention to details in every order. If I'm spending $16 for a burger and just fries. I don't expect to be treated like I just walked into a Burger King.. sorry correction Burger King still had better service for my $5 meal! Sad thing is I rarely come here and I might come even less now.

This rates as your typical five guys burger joint which of course translates to great burgers! It’s located in a quiet end of a strip shopping center so there’s always plenty of parking and there’s a nice outdoor seating area to the side.

Food is excellent. One of the best quick service burgers you can get and the fries beat out any other in my opinion. Also love that they have the new Coke Freestyle machines. Plus you can munch on peanuts while you wait for your order! What's not to love? My only complaints are that they were a little slow to get my order ready, the takeout ketchup containers were out of lids, and the place could have been kept a little cleaner.

i enjoy Five Guys especially when i’m really craving a good delicious and more than enough fries to go with it. no regrets that i can treat myself to once a month. Bit of a wait for order to be ready and that’s alright since everything is made fresh. anything that tastes this good will take time to make so no complaints. Only cons: it can be a little expensive but depending on what you get. i recently treated my little brother to lunch and ordered two burgers with 2 fries (Considering the portion it should’ve been one order of fries since they do give a lot) my mistake. though it did came out to over $33 dollars so just a heads up if you want something just slightly cheaper. Overall definitely no complaints when it comes to their food it will and should satisfy your hunger especially with their generous amount of fries. hope this helps

Meh. I love that they stayed open during the pandemic, but like everything else, people are slow and not worried about getting your food out. 3 stars because it always tastes good.

Great franchise spoiled by local employees. Almost every time i go there in the evening, the fries are soggy, undercooked and/or oversalted. Takes away the appetite right away. This is a constant problem at this location. How hard is it for upper management to drill it into the heads of employees that fries have to be fully cooked and fully drained?

A popular place with an overpriced burger, tables, and floor full of peanut shells. Could not find a clean table to sit. I had to clean it myself. It is still a popular place for a quick meal

The meat is just okay, the floor is sticky way too often, tables not cleaned frequently enough, and some employees are just bad at listening? Ol’toothless glasses guy just served me plainest cheeseburger ever, I clearly said bbq sauce on it and loud enough 😩 Oh yea; it’s overpriced for the experience. Not sure employees that look like they’re on a break should be smoking cannabis so nonchalantly behind the restaurant?

Five guys is not everywhere you go so whenever you see one it's worth the try. The burgers are not any different from other fast food places. There's nothing exceptional about them but I think it's better to give it a try. The hamburger is good. One of the best thing they have is free peanuts! The line sometimes is long and the way can be anywhere between 20-30 minutes but like I said free peanuts!!! The staff is alright.

Bacon burger, small fry and small drink for $23. Burger and fries tasted good, nothing special. Cashier wasn’t very friendly and they took a while to get my food even though store was mostly empty with literally 5 Guys behind the counter. $16-$17 for a burger fries and drink is what it should be, $23 is getting ridiculous. For those that don’t know, they give you A LOT of fries. It’s clever marketing, because fries are cheap, then they charge you $2-3 more, but you got a lot of fries.

I was there twice. Both my experiences were positive. The 5 Guys reeks of great tasting burgers. The French fries are great. The hamburgers are generous in size and the buns are not too overwhelming. They give you a good size soft drink for the price. The 5 Guys has a very friendly atmosphere. It is generally very busy. You have to pay for parking if you're coming here unless it's after 9pm. It's an overall good experience for lunch, couples, or even the family. It's not that expensive but the bill can add up on all the extras. You must remember, that it's a Burger joint, where you have to get your own food and sit down. It's not a restaurant by any stretch of the imagination. There is one in Yonkers as well on Central Avenue behind Best Buy a next to the movie theaters!! They are right growing successful chain Burger joints. Crazy busy..

When you order online it doesnt tell you that you physically have to be there for them to start cooking your fries. So i was very disappointed that i had to wait for my fries to be cooked. That was the whole reason why i ordered online to avoid the waiting

The do not have reliable food delivery regardless what their website says. If you order online, forget about them knowing you are coming even if you use the website to let them know. You will always have to wait for your order.

Came in on my lunch break and the first person I see is the cashier sucking her teeth at everything, phone rings sucks teeth, her coworker didn't understand her say something sucks teeth, oh while she was on the phone she's rubs under her nose with her hand which has a glove on so I already imagine she handles my food... the place is dirty, while I waited for food I see people cleaning up tables from the previous diner, there's crumbs all over the floors.. quality or the burger gave this place the 2nd star... foods good no doubt, but the service needs to step up.. this is my 2nd time here I thought twice before coming in first time I was here I wasn't too happy either and after today I probably won't be returning..

Well yesterday my 17 year old son waited in line for 45 minutes, not a problem food is always great portions are always huge! There's where it went south we usually order a medium fry because your people throw extra in the bag, we where really hungry and had some extra people with us the where going to pick so we ordered a large and we got what didn't amount to even a small will be thinking twice before coming back, sorry it really sucked when he got home. Oh and we come in at least once a week in one or more of you places! Have a nice night we didn't!

The burgers tasted good, however I waited 15 minutes for the WRONG BURGER. They had the order correct on the receipt, and somehow still messed up. This is not the first time they have done this. Also, my fries were soggy when I got them. 2 stars are only for the burger itself.

Everything seems to be good but they need to have at least one staff member out where the people eat to clean. I don't understand how a place with a high flow of customers doesn't have someone cleaning the tables or keeping the soda machines nice. The food can be good but if the place is dirty and you have to sit at a dirty table to eat your food. Thanks but no thanks.

The food here is really good, but the music is so loud you can’t even hear people at your own table. We could barely hear them calling numbers. One of my coworkers actually put earplugs in. The soda machine had no ice and the soda that it dispensed was not room temperature but actually hot. Yuck.

I suppose they make great beef burgers. I was hoping to find more choices such as chicken or turkey. They did not have any of that. I ordered Veggie Mushroom-cheese sandwich. Mushrooms were stuck to the foil, the sandwich a little too small for the price, cheese dripping (over-melted). List goes on, and the taste was nothing to write home about. Like I said, may be their burgers are great but everything else stinks. In this outlet at least, the people seemed not too eager to serve. Overall, for the prices paid, disappointing experience.

Went here for a quick bite, and we ate in the restaurant. Opened up the wrapper, and the cheese on the $9 burger I paid for wasn't even melted or warm. 😂 When I asked about it, the cook said "we don't melt the cheese on double burgers because when they get wrapped up it melts in the wrapper". I understand the logic, but when someone walks up and says "your brilliant idea didn't work" maybe try and help out since again, it is a $9 burger. Poor customer service, poor food quality. Not really clean either. If you want five guys, find another location.

Second time I've been forced to pay via cash in 2 weeks. How as an establishment do you not have working credit card systems or ordering systems. Also the attitude by manager is horrible. She gets very rude when stating they only take cash.

We had a desire for a BLT. WE went to this location and they REQUIRED a mask. I was told by this gray haired politician that if I got the vaccine, I would not have to wear a mask, So I don’t. Chipotle next door does not require a mask, so they took my money for a good lunch.

So my first time ever going to give guys and I would not be back totally unacceptable. So I’m ordering my food I wanted a bacon cheeseburger and I’m being told there’s no cheese. Unapologetic or anything just “no cheese” what kind of burger place doesn’t have cheese?

Ordered with app and did pick up. Prices at this location are way higher that at other locations. Since the pandemia prices here increased around 30%. They offer free delivery but this is not true bc they increased the prices. So if you do pick up or order at the store you pay for delivery even if you do not use it. Some business are getting sued in NY for this See Davitashvili v GrubHub.

They didn’t have fries Saturday. The guy taking orders barely acknowledged us and it went right thru us. We were in the bathroom 45 mins after we ate it.

If I could leave a negative I would! Where do I even start I placed an order using the doordash app I got a call directly from doordash stating they closed the restaurant and they didn’t notify them or us. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location. The workers don’t take pride in their work ethic they should really reconsider who they have running their establishment. Deplorable place, staff takes forever to attend customers, food overpriced and quality not the best one at all. They used to be good, and food price worth it, but no anymore. For a better hamburger you can get it at Wendy's, cheaper and tastes way better.

I went in to order my food. I grabbed my ticket and told the man who took my order that I would be back in 10 minutes to get my food. I came back 15 minutes later, he then JUST started to cook my burgers. The whole point of me ordering and returning, was so I my food could be ready when I got back. The two young men are in their own worlds behind the counter and aren’t paying attention to anything.

We spent 32 mins waiting for our 4 burgers and 2 fries. The employees were not capable of making the food, running the cash register and helping customers. One employee was extremely rude to customers and customers were not happy, a few wanted their money back. After our long wait, our burgers were overcooked and our fries weren't cooked enough. Horrible experience. Will not go back.

I just walked passed two employees on what look like a break and they both are smoking marijuana I know in the state in it’s, great wisdom made it legal, but no one wants a person who is under any type of Substance fixing their food.

The worst experience that i ever have.. come in at 5pm with couple of costumers in the store no body in line. And this cashier was hurrying me up with the order. I was not even done saying the toppings when she said anything else. After ordering she didn’t want to take my money. I asked what was her problem and she completely ignored. Called over some else and they didn’t wanted to take my money I didn’t make a big deal out of it and she stared to laugh with the other girl she called over. You need to double check the ppl you hired. I been in that store over 8 years im not going back ever again!
