DDDDDDDD-lish… chef’s kiss! 🤌 Best pizza in the area! Also their deep dish is tied with world famous Giordano’s in Chicago in my opinion which is far away and way more expensive to get. So happy to have real Italian food so close to home. 😋
Five stars isnt enough. Wichita Falls isn't much of a food town, but it has its premier spots and this place is definitely the prime Italian restaurant for the city. Inexpensive but fantastic food. I look forward to eating here every time I come home off the road.
Beautiful decor and excellent food serves was great will definitely go back
Absolute 10/10. Best tasting pizza i’ve ever had and the lasagna could make you feel sexual emotions.
A must any time I'm in the area. Pizza and the veal parmigiana are my favorites. Don't pass this place up.
FOOD: This Stromboli here is second to none and just the marinara sauce here would make a fine meal paired with some bread-it’s soooo delicious!!! ATMOSPHERE: I’ve been coming here for years now, and they’ve continued to improve the building, the decor, and the ambiance, creating a very nice experience for each guest. CLEANLINESS: over the top SERVICE: impeccable I definitely recommend!!!
Love this place. Great family vibes. Building tastefully done. Guests separately seated keeps noise level down.
This place was excellent. Pizza homemade and the BEST crust, service was very welcoming and friendly, clean restaurant, and the ambiance was fabulous for the honey and me. Perfect family, social, or date night restaurant. We were traveling through and I hope to stop again.
Absolutely amazing food and service!! Great experience!!
Their food is Awesome, I will always be a repeat Customer!
I have a dairy allergy, so Italian food is very difficult. When I called to place an order, the gentleman I spoke to was very understanding and serious about my allergy. My best friend even ordered the tiamasu cake and the gentleman said “ma’am you cannot eat that m, it has dairy!!” I felt very heard and content about how serious he took with my allergy, but it rest assured, it’s for my best friend. The order process was quick, the pick up was smooth and the food? DELICIOUS! Very hard to find delicious dairy free food outside of my home, so thank you Luigi’s for giving me and my friends an amazing meal.
Just ordered a Luigi's Special (Supreme) pizza for takeout. This is the absolute best pizza in Wichita Falls. I will have to come inside to eat next time. Menu looks delicious.
This place is absolutely amazing!!!! Everything on the menu is delicious. I got the chicken, my neice got the lasagna and my husband got a calzone. We also got an order of stuffed mushrooms and they were the best thing on the menu aside from the tiramisu!
Amazing place! I've been a few times now, and they have the best food. Lots of cheese on everything! I don't think there isn't anything I've tried there that wasn't good. Service is also excellent. They are fast and efficient.
This place is unassuming and you won't realize just how good it is until you eat there. It says pizzeria on the building but it is so much better than that. Truly delicious. Don't sleep on Luigi's.
Best Italian food we’ve had!! We had lasagna, chicken Parmesan and the chicken fettuccini. You can definitely tell it’s all homemade sauces by the distinctive taste. The atmosphere and staff were amazing
Stopped here for lunch on our way through town. Great place. Very nice server, delicious food, and clean/cute atmosphere. The garlic knots are top notch. Calamari was a hit with the family. And, we all loved the food (Al Capone Pizza, Shrimp/Scallop Alfredo, Spinach Ravioli, and kid's Spaghetti). Delicious!
My son rated this place better than the Mellow Mushroom that recently closed in Denton TX. That's saying a lot. It was his former favorite. Too bad theres not a Luigi's there. Luigi's pizza crust is somehow crunchy and soft at the same time. Tasty toppings. The Pepperoni's were a tad salty for my taste.
I wanted my pasta extra spicy and they understood the assignment. It was perfect! Great place, friendly staff
I drove passed this place and didn't give it a second thought because the outside of the building didn't look like much and the area is a little run down. After looking at reviews online we decided to give it a try. Food was excellent! Some of the best Italian I've had. The service and atmosphere were great. Definitely worth a try.
Authenticity anyone? Linguini and clams and Parmesan chicken were absolute perfection! Portions sizes are food for days. Service was outstanding. The atmosphere played perfectly. A must in Wichita Falls! What a treasure!
Great place for date night. All the food is amazing!! Staff is very friendly as well!
went there on a lunch date with my wife. It was a little past lunch hours so hardly anyone was there and food came out super fast. The wait staff was very kind and the food is fantastic. On our way out, we were stopped by one of the owners and she handed us a fresh dessert on our way out the door. She didn't make us pay for any of it and just wanted us to try it. On top of that, the place is clean and very nice with a really cool outdoor seating area!
This was my families first time trying. We did a pick up order. Unfortunately, they forgot some pasta for my dish. BUT, this was some of the best food my family and I have had since we moved to WF. Definitely have new customers!
I fly here from California to have food from this place. IT'S THE BEST FOOD EVER! See you all in Feb.
Went after church and tried Luigi's man the food was amazing I tried the chicken Corleone and that was real good. And the garlic knots were the best. the atmosphere was real nice and they also had real good service I can't wait to go back and try some of the other stuff on their menu.
Don’t let the name fool you. It’s WAY more than a pizzeria. The bread was amazing and the baked ziti was so delicious. You can tell the sauce and the meal in general was made with love. A hidden gem in Wichita Falls for sure. We will return.
Luigi's is ah-mazing! Excellent food, fantastic customer service and great prices. They went above and beyond today. My daughter took me out for lunch (first time doing so), and when the owner learned that she was treating me to lunch, he brought us a free desert to celebrate the ocassion. (The desert was the best I've had at an Italian restaurant.)
For the area one of the best places to get a pizza, calzone, but where it shines is the pastas. Living on base currently and we have heard countless people recommend Luigis for their pastas. Finally found some time and was able to go. - Shrimp Diavolo - Sweet iced tea - bread knots The diavolo was pretty amazing, good portioning, nothinf fancy straight forward rewarding taste, nice spice, pasta was cookes perfectly, shrimps as well, not overcooked, and they were a good size. They have chicken, sausage, as other proteins if you dont want shrimp. if youre into something with alittle heat and spice i would try the diavolo, The portions are a good personal size so if you have a large group you may be able to buy a few different ones and share it around the table Sweet iced tea was a nice compliment to the pasta, settled down the heat and it wasnt too sweet either. nice refresher The complimentary bread knots are to die for, crisp outside, golden brown, fluffly and nice texture and taste overall, you can even dip the bread into your pasta sauce to add that extra dimension. Garlic knots were perfect. If youre in the area or passing through, give them a try
Who would have thought there was a splice of Little Italy smack dab in the heart of Witchita Falls! The pizza had me 🤤 drooling! Each bite captured my heart. I just couldn't get enough! Service was excellent 👍. Our waitress was very attentive and kept my glass full. The scenery and atmosphere literally transports the guests across the sea. If you are looking for a place with great food, alluring atmosphere, tasty wine and spirits; bring the Family and friends. This is definitely a "Must try eatery" ! Fair price and the food hit the table in a short amount of time. Left a lasting Impression and set a new standard. Thanks y'all, I will have to return one day!
Flying from Albuquerque to Dallas to catch a plane overseas… and had to stop for some Italian goodness. Pizza and pasta in a great atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and not too overbearing. Drinks were filled at just the right time and even though I think we were the last patrons of the evening, we were treated pleasantly and not rushed at all. Did was spot on! Restroom were sparkling clean.
Atmosphere is lovely, love how the qine bottles are displayed. Staff is always personable, house dressing is tart but yummy, pastas, and bread..fabulous!
This may be some of the best pizza I’ve had, I’ve been to so many pizza joints all over Texas, this blows any place in Lubbock where I’m from out of the water. Absolutely perfection.
I rated everything a 5...great food, service, atmosphere, prices, & parking! It's a GO 👍 for me! I'll be back!
I've read mixed reviews on this place. I know that everyone has good and bad experiences at places, and that's understandable. However, my girlfriend and I have eaten here many times and ordered take out as well. All I can say is that I have NEVER had a bad experience here yet, and the owner is super friendly and funny. If you are tired of "chain Italian" food, then I highly recommend giving this place a try. I am going to warn you though, if you get the largest pizza available, I hope you have an SUV. They are HUGE but so, so amazing. I included a pic of the size of just one slice held up against my girlfriends face for reference. The Stromboli I ordered was bigger than my hand, and I'm 6'2 with not so small hands. My only "gripe" (and it's not really a gripe) is that they were located more central in Wichita Falls. However, if you love good Italian food, then the drive out here is totally worth it!
I've never been happier with a dining experience in the Falls. The prices are very reasonable, large portion sizes, and incredibly hospitable staff. We will go back as often as we can!!
First time here. Great atmosphere, nice interior. Very impressed with the flavor and amount of food. We'll be back.
This is a great atmosphere warm welcoming. My waiter IVAN is the best waiter ive ever had in my life no cap. He was quick to serve me got me anything I needed and very respectful. You can tell he loved his job and he had nothing but positive energy. Along with the great tasting food. There bread is top tier, mozzarella sticks out of this world and the pasta was well cooked very enjoyable. I can't wait to dig into this desert took. To go I already no it wont disappoint. Thank you for great food and a wonderful dine in experience!!💯
Just ate for the first time here and everything about our dining experience was great. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy. Our female server was also very good. The calamari appetizer and the rolls were very good. Our party had a white pizza with chicken and a build your own combo pizza.....delicious! Loved my cheese ravioli and my brother really liked his lasagna.....yum! Would order them all again but with so many choices we are eager to come back and try other menu items!
Had a great meal with a party of 11. Service was quick, food was outstanding and everyone left with a full belly and take home for tomorrow's lunch. Will visit again when I'm in the area.
I've been coming here for a couple years now. This place never disappoints! My go to is the shrimp diavolo, a spicy tomato sauce with perfectly cooked shrimp. We tried the calamari for the first time, and it was very good as well. The rings were much larger than at most restaurants with a light batter on them that was fried crispy. We love y'all! We will be back soon
Passing through the area and wanted Italian food. Chose Luigi’s. Great choice! The service was stellar. Absolutely loved the food. Shared a pizza. It was so good. We ate the leftovers for breakfast. We also shared a sampler. Everything was authentic and delicious. Salad and garlic rolls were fresh and plentiful. Amazing prices too.
Literal 10/10 I had no idea food this good was in Wichita Falls?! So delicious, amazing service, and an atmosphere I can spend hours in! Our waiter recommended the Tortellini Alla Panna and I am SO GLAD I listened because I have never had a sauce that flavorful and creamy. It’s a bit on the pricier side of options but with such good quality and portions that leave you taking home food each time, I think it’s worth every penny!
My family and I absolutely love Luigi's! The owners are wonderful and inviting. The staff are on point and make you feel welcome. The food is always marvelous! I have tried almost everything on the menu and have not been disappointed. Luigi's is perfect for an after church meal with the family or perhaps you want to gather with friends and share an evening dinner and a bottle of wine....Luigi's is the spot!
Amazing food. I got a meatball sub, the bread for the sandwich was light and crispy, clearly homemade. The bread for the table was similarly homemade and amazing. Some of my friends ordered calzones and they were massive, they looked delicious. The food was out very quickly and the service was very good. If you want some good Italian, I highly recommend this place.
One of the best pizza places in the 30 Mile radius. Not only is the pizza great, but the dining atmosphere experience is one of the top in this entire region. Beautiful decor. Great service. Great selection of food. Perfect spot for a date, family dinner, or even take out. Prices are as high as you'd expect from a nice restaurant like this, but they're not so high that it should scare you off. A nice dinner for 2 will set you less than $50 if you're conservative with your choices. But at about $1-an-inch for pizza, you could end up spending a lot if you're feeding a large family. Also , while the pizza is really good taste-wise, it IS paper thin. So, paying $15 for a 14" pepperoni kind of stings when you walk out and it feels like you're handling a Manila folder. I will be visiting/getting take out from this nice establishment in the future, just not so often that i won't have enough cash to do anything else.
So this place is truly delicious! It is our second time here, beautiful decor, atmosphere and staff were great and the food is top quality. My personal favorite is the margherita pizza, you must try, promise you won’t be disappointed. Then again anything I have tried from here was delicious. Can’t wait to visit Wichita Falls again to come here!! San Antonio Tx needs a Luigi’s like this one! Wish I would have taken more pictures of the food but it was too delicious to wait..
Luigi's Pizza is a great little restaurant, near the military base, in Wichita Falls, TX. The parking lot and dining rooms are always tidy and clean. They serve delicious authentic Italian food served each day, except Mondays when they close to give their staff a break. The Italian food is made fresh, daily. So far, everything we've eaten is superb. Today, we had lasagna and also manicotti. The food is served at lava temperatures. But while you're waiting for the food temperature to cool down there are yummy garlic bread to eat. Side note: they bake a 24-inch giant sized pizza that, in the box, will barely fit through the entry/exit door without a bit of twisting. The pizza box won't fit in my back seat so I have to put in the back of my van... It's actually that big! It'll feed a crowd, too. The atmosphere is relaxing. The music isn't blarring; instead it is soft and soothing. There are plenty of wine choices for selecting to sip with your meal. Lunch times offer a small salad with the meal. The servers are friendly and prompt; they're attentive to the tables. Our drink refills were timely. Excellent service and delicious food. We enjoyed our time at Luigi's Pizza. Definitely worth the drive to visit and share a meal with friends.
Amazing find! Visiting from Vegas, I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm glad we went. Who would think that a little restaurant in Wichitaw Falls, TX would have such delicious food?! Everything was top notch, including the service. It's listed as Luigis Pizza on some sites, but this is a full Italian restaurant.
Décor is nice. Food comes out fresh and is tasty. Lunch menu is available.
I was hungry for Italian food when I got to my destination saw this recommended by Google it lived up to every expectation that was brought online. The meatball sub was very tasty in the meatballs or crunchy I did ask for a side of marinara to give a little bit more flavor but besides that it was awesome
Had the lobster 🦞 ravioli with their bread 🍞 rolls for the second time and it was excellent 👌.
I was wowed walking in seeing the inside of the property, it's quite elegant. Our waitress provided swift service and she was very informative about the business. Hot tip: ask for the garlic olive oil sauce. I had thecalamari, a slice of pepperoni pizza, and the pasta sampler. I highly recommend the calamari. The pizza was also great. The pasta sampler was ok, it was very cheesy and hearty. I left quite full. The cholocalte cheesecake, I didn't have, but the company i was with thoroughly enjoyed it.
I been here several times. The food is delicious, my only complain is the customer service. Doesn’t cost anything to be friendly
Being from New York, I’m used to a certain type of pizza. My wife and I tried Luigi’s 2 separate times, the first time we got a Margarita pizza. When we opened the box we were confused, there was little to no sauce and it was just a cheese pizza with garlic powder dumped onto it. We decided to give it another try and we ordered a white pizza and a plain cheese pizza. I picked the order up and brought it home to find out that they just made two cheese pizzas. The dough is not cooked enough, and it seems like they don’t use real chopped garlic in their sauce they just spread garlic powder on it. I would rather just not eat pizza than continue to eat here.
I typically get their spaghetti, meatball plate, which is good for the price that you pay. And you do get a bang for your buck, but I decided to try their calzone, and I was disappointed. The size portion was good, but their choice of meatballs were very poor. They were small “Bonici” style sausages. I hoped for large, thick cut slices. The cheese was too salty and the marinara was lacking richness. I’ve had better.
It was ok I had the. Cheese. Steak sandwich no seasoning and cheese was not melted all the way the rolls I had to ask for bread did not offer them I paid. 59.45 I gave her 80.00 she gave. Me 35 cent s back I had to tell her I gave 80.00. She did say sorry I did leave a tip but it like he didn't want to wait on us because he did not think we would tip I always tip good I should left 2.00 I left 10.00 even though service wasn't great
It was my first time here. I ordered the pasta sampler. It tasted microwaved. Actually, Stouffer's would have been better. I had to ask the waiter what was what because the pastas were all together in one serving dish. Although the food was disappointing (my sister's salmon was overcooked), the ambiance was cozy and warm. Still, I was shocked by the 4.7 rating. It's too high. Just like the prices. For the prices, the quality needs to be much higher. Maybe it was a bad night. The garlic knots were good. But they are not included. They are priced separately. The salads are, too.
While the service was great - attentive and very friendly staff whom I really appreciated - sadly though, the food was average, at best. I ordered the calamari which was only ok. I also got the linguine with clams but the sauce was very watery and it lacks depth in flavor. Finally, I gave their tiramisu a try, which they claimed to be homemade. I'm sure it was but once again it was a let down. I lived in Italy for 4 years and so I failed to temper my expectations unfortunately. I wouldn't come back.
Was passing through for a road trip, stopped in and loved the cute family style feel. It was a cute, clean, but small place, waiters and wait staff seemed to have a slight attitude or just disinterest towards a bunch of the customers who expressed dislike for the food. Our waiter however was a nice guy, I ordered the Eggplant Parm and it was terribly soggy and bland. The other two pasta dishes we ordered were very good though. They didn’t charge us for the Eggplant Parm after we expressed a lack of happiness with the quality. Service was a little rushed and very few table checks were made. Overall, was disappointed with my experience and the quality of the food.
Overall, I liked the pizza I ordered. It was tasty. I thought it was a little pricy, even for a medium. I would have rated this place 3 stars, but then I saw what my margherita pizza looked like (see picture). If you go here, I can’t recommend the margherita pizza, considering it didn’t have tomato slices like other margherita pizzas I’ve ordered. But they might have something else that’s really good.
Since when does a margherita pizza have no mozarella, no tomatoes, no pizza sauce, no olive oil, and old basil? Oh, at Luigi's. My first experience here was disappointing when I received the world's saddest excuse for a Caesar drenched in terrible dressing (which I sent back and they still tried to charge me for) and pasta which easily could have been confused with Stouffers. My second experience involved a pizza that had been shortcut on toppings and a "margherita" that I literally threw away. Wichita Falls by no means has high food standards, but this is a new low. Save yourself the heartache, stomach ache, and cash and buy a microwave meal instead.
I got horrible food poisoning this weekend eating at Luigi’s. Which is very unfortunate. This place previously was top notch. I was so sick for three days after eating here. Immediately after eating here I had really bad stomach cramps. Next day I had horrible diarrhea, throwing up, and headache. Next came dehydration. Another person that my wife knows are here this weekend. She also received food poisoning this weekend after eating at Luigi’s. This is very unfortunate because they were very busy. The food was made in about ten minutes. They seemed to be rushing the food being made.
$20 and change after tax for the most mid margherita I have ever eaten. For being "Italian" They really phoned it in. Weak sauce, shredded cheese, a few strips of shredded basil. The whole pie was an afterthought. Do better.
We have been coming to eat here for so many years because we do like the food here, but it seems like they always want to rush us out of the restaurant. As soon as they set the food and drinks down for us to enjoy they bring the bill to us and to go boxes. What if we want desserts, they never came to ask if everything is OK or refill the drinks. There were other tables that were sitting besides us that were not being rushed. We have always left a very generous tip regardless of the service. tonight our table of 5 were so disappointed we did not leave them a tip. Next time we will just do a to go order and enjoy the food at home without being rushed. I hope the owners read this and change their ways
Had been a customer for years until the property next door towed my truck that was parked on the street. Their no parking sign is too short to see and is below minimum state regulation height. Owner of restaurant knew about sign and about his customers getting towed but he doesn’t warn anyone. Before this I had dinned in, ordered out, and bought many bottles of wine from them. Never been back.
