I had such a great time at Red Lobster! Our server, Sara, was amazing and super sweet. She suggested the Bar Harbor dish, and I’m so glad I took her recommendation. It was absolutely delicious! The flavors were perfect, and everything was cooked just right. Sara really made the whole experience even better with her warm and friendly service. Can’t wait to come back!

Just wanted to say I’m glad they kept this Red Lobster open. It was touch and go sometimes with the service but now they have some great staff. Carlos has waited on us a couple times and he is an amazing waiter. He’s on point with timing, food and drink refills. We appreciate his good attitude every time we go in there.

Absolutely love Red Lobster, the food is always delicious and yummy and the prices are always reasonable. The biscuits are so scrumptious and so many options of meals to choose from. I went with the 3 course meal the lobster bisque, coconut prawns and prawn Alfredo which was delicious.. My husband went for the salad, prawn Alfredo and prawn cocktail which he also enjoyed big time. I always love getting the giant glass of the strawberry mojito because it's just so delicious. I'd definitely recommend Red Lobster plus it's super family friendly too.. The staff were friendly and absolutely lovely.

I had such a great experience with Mona’s service! From the moment I was seated, she was attentive, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome. She struck the perfect balance between being quick and efficient while still making sure I had everything I needed. Mona clearly takes pride in her work!! She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great suggestions, and checked in at just the right times without feeling rushed. It’s rare to find someone who can make the dining experience feel so effortless and enjoyable, but Mona absolutely delivered. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for her section again!

I don't splurge often but the duo lobster tails, though small, they are very good of course and with the melted butter. Plus their rolls to top it off. Maybe a side salad too be nice.

I'm always leery about these places but ima keep goin. This was very nice, calm, quiet. Service friendly and prompt, even manager checkin on people. The food presentation great and pleasing to the eye. Seasoned to perfection, the dish is incredibly tasty and filling. And dont get me started on the cheddar biscuits. Margaritas with a gran marnier anchor is a nice twist instead of triple sec fyi...I'm discerning like dat!!!

We went as our family of 6. We were immediately seated and greeted by our waitress. Mindy gave us very good service and we just went on about our dinner. My husband noticed the waiter from the table next to us was looking for something. When he asked the waiter what he was looking for, Timothy stated the ticket for that tables meal. We thought we had seen the guy get handed back a card and receipt but we werent for sure. Leighton was the original waiter and you could tell he was distraught about the ticket not getting paid. My husband went up to him and Jen (the store manager) and paid for the tables ticket. They thanked us quite a few times but we just wanted to help them. We got our food and it was absolutely delicious and we all ate until we felt like puking... it was so much food for the price and we enjoyed everything. Definitely will be going back! Our family hadn't been to a Red Lobster in many years, it exceeded our expectations!!

Using my father’s profile: I had my 16th birthday here at Red Lobster with my dad. It had been by far the best dining experience I’ve ever had. So good that I’m actually leaving a written review for the first time. The food was excellent. I ordered the seafood broil while my father ordered something we’re too much in a food coma to recall (the pasta down below). He was picking at it even when super full and said at least five times how good it was! I also surprised myself my eating the entire broil without any help. The butter on it was nothing short of delicious. Meals aside, the most wonderful part of this experience was definitely the staff. They are all very friendly and funny people, as well as great with giving recommendations. This is no exception for our table’s waiter, Carlos, who never let the conversation get dull. Due to being seated by the kitchen, we could hear how he and the others brought light and fun into the restaurant from the singing that echoed amongst the clattering dishes. If that isn’t a telltale that the workers kept their environment wonderfully cheerful, I don’t know what else would be. Near the end of our time, I was given a birthday Sunday (first image attached) and quick “happy birthday” song. The pun and strawberry lobster made me smile so big it nearly hurt my face. With the addition of a signed birthday card, I could’ve cried happy tears on the spot. It’s an understatement to say that I left feeling genuinely appreciated, with a full belly, and even fuller heart. Thank you Red lobster and especially staff for this wonderfully sweet sixteen. I’ll be thinking about it for years to come.❤️

Signature Seafood Mushroom - $10.99 This was served piping hot and extremely delicious. The stuffing was purely seafood and the creamy garlic sauce was nice too. 2. Hand Breaded Calamari - $12.49 Golden fried crispy and delicious calamari. 3. Shrimp Your Way (Choose Three) - $25 Create your own combination of three shrimp flavors and I went for - Grilled Shrimp Skewer, Crispy Dragon Shrimp and Tequila Lime Shrimp. Note - It was supposed to be repeatable but was not repeated in my case. Although I never asked separately. 4. Signature Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon Feasts - $39.99 Tender Maine lobster tail, jumbo shrimp skewer and Atlantic salmon, finished with a brown butter sauce. Afternoon quiet time and late lunch. My husband had shrimp and enjoyed it, I had a 'salmon bowl' and it was all good but for the brussel sprouts - I dislike them but wanted to try the RL version. They were very charred, and after eating a few the bitter taste overpowered all else, and I left the rest. Salmon was moist and flavorful. Rice-orzo mix could have used some simple seasoning. Enjoyed the Cheddar Biscuits as always. Good service, clean place, and would recommend.

Went for the endless shrimp. They had six of the seven options in stock. They were all enjoyable, but it seemed a little "extra" when the skewer refills came on rice. Only slight downside was the waitress (very nice) didn't offer us our first shrimp "refill" until we were almost done and did not offer to refill drinks.

Overall service was great! Leighton was an awesome server. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even sang happy birthday to my wife after I told them it was her birthday. It was absolutely worth sleeping on the couch tonight.

Server Kenzie with excellent service, there was an issue with the food (missing lobster on lobster and shrimp linguini). The Manager came to our table, no introducing that she is the Manager, no excuse, food was pretty goid, but service from the Manager was a 1 Star rating. Again Server Kenzie 5 Stars.

In the past, the local Red Lobster was a fantastic treat for my family and I: management's imprint was evident in the food preparation and service quality. Having lived in both the North East U.S.A and Carribbean it is very easy to be spoiled with fresh seafood so I keep that in mind now that I reside in northern Texas... We ordered out and this photo is the result of a $38 plate with a cost total of $85 with my wife's plate: not expensive but NOT cheap. All the food was very cold (bread, bacon wrapped scallops, fries, & lobster cheese dip) and leftovers of lobster was used: primarily overcooked walking legs with little to no claw meat. What claw meat was used was shriveled, lacking body, and simply old... This is why restaurants close in this town: lack of pride in service.

Ate dinner with a party of 10 on Saturday August 30th. Our reservations were for 7pm and we were seated a few minutes before 7. Our food was not brought until 8:33pm. The waiter did not give us updates or say anything about the status of our order. The restaurant was not crowded at all...maybe 1/2 capacity. We were in the back room reserved for larger crowds and we were the only party in that room. I will say that everyone was pleased with their food, but service and communication needs major work.

From the time we placed our order to when the food actually arrived, it took close to an hour. When our meals finally came out, it was obvious they had been sitting under a heat lamp far too long. The mashed potatoes were crusted over and dry on the outside like they’d been left out in the desert. Everything was overcooked, and the lobster was so tough it could’ve passed for beef jerky. For the price we paid, the quality just wasn’t there. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet expectations, and we won’t be coming back.

It took over 10 minutes for someone to come to the host stand to greet and sit us. After we were sat, our waitress greeted us promptly. She said the biscuits were coming soon but we’re finishing being baked. We waited a while after ordering and still no biscuits. I saw her bring out two tables biscuits but not ours. So I asked and we finally got some. She never refilled our drinks. Never came to check on us after the food was delivered. It took a good 15 minutes for her to notice we were finished and needed boxes. They weren’t busy at all. Two party’s but they were being handled by different servers, not her. Having been a server myself, there is no excuse for the poor service. It wasn’t anything crazy, but it’s very off putting for the restaurant.

Mid December 2025... As anyone who follows me on Google and social media, you know as I literally travel around the world as an active airline flight attendant I frequent this restraunt and all of it's locations. With that said this specific location has got to be at the very bottom of my list if not on it at all. The food my husband and I ordered (which we recently had the exact same order excluding the boiled egg addition during an OKC visit mid December this yr. as our waiter last week informed us that it wasn't an available option here in Wichita Falls) was not what we typically receive. We ordered our regular item which is the bowl of lobster bisque which was unfortunately wattery and luke warm. After the soup we then ordered the RL (house seasoned) Mariner Boil each for our entrées that is a recent, limited seasonal menu item that I first had a great experience in at a awesome restraunt and location in COU (Columbia, Missouri) during my first December 2025 4 day working flight sequence. The seasoning on our boil this time was not the RL (which is a combination of all the available seasonings). Now our waiter here was nice, and I appreciated him meeting a special request of mine which I repeated from the most recent OKC dine in visit as he informed me it has not been asked before. He wasn't very accessible during our visit here, and instead of offering more cheddar biscuits and refills he would be sort of absent mentally and physically. But this review is solely based on the food that we received and just wasn't up to par as it was previously at a different location. Now the location OKC had its own issues but you can get more information about that on that specific review. Remember I always keep it 💯 with no bias and go from my personal experience without influence of others please continue to enjoy my pictures and videos that I capture during my dining experiences while I travel around the world.

“Admiral feast” more like bankrupt feast. objectively speaking this food is like sea food of McDonal’s drive through. I don’t even know what they fried. Just bunch of fried food that taste oily and disorderly. You can never go wrong with paying $35 to eat revolting and repulsive fried food. Simply Unpalatable.

We had a bad experience with red lobsters pick up orders. Nothing was seasoned, had a loaded baked potato that was not cut or had any topping with it (picture provided) just a lazy attempt to get food out of the door and take our money. Shame on you red lobster

We decided to try Red Lobster’s seafood boil even though several TikTok reviews warned it wasn’t worth it. Unfortunately, they were right. As we started eating, I got to the corn and realized it was cold. Then we found a piece of pasta mixed into the boil, which didn’t belong there. I let the waiter know, and the manager came over to explain they use the same colander to drain pasta and seafood meaning cross-contamination is expected. She looked at me like I should be okay with that explanation. I told her clearly that I do not want food I didn’t order on my plate. We went back and forth for a bit before she finally apologized—which is all I was asking for. My husband told her we weren’t looking for a discount, but I did say I planned to leave a review because the food was disappointing, especially for the price. Between the cold corn, the stray pasta, and the dismissive attitude, this was not the dining experience we hoped for. I’m attaching pictures so others can see for themselves. So do not waste your money trying the boil go somewhere else. And if you don’t mind having random pieces of food you didn’t order mixed into your meal, then maybe this place is for you.
