This is one of my favorite El Pollo Loco locations! They always get my other right, are super quick, and are always so nice. Brenda is the one that helps me 95% of the time, and is always so nice & talks to you like a friend you’ve known forever. I literally come here daily during my lunch, and she already remembers my order lol. Everyone is great and I’ve had nothing but great experiences.

I went thru the drive thru and Brenda was very friendly, helpful, and was quick with getting my order and giving the food! Food was perfect and fresh as can be! This location is a bit further out of the way for me, but the service keeps me coming back to this location. I’ve had several bad experiences at the Menifee location with lukewarm food and indifferent employees who don’t care about the customer’s experience. It is refreshing to see employees who actually care and treat you as a real human versus an obstacle to deal with to get to the end of their shift.

Payton is so sweet and had such good energy! She didn’t make me feel like I was bothering her or anything unlike some other visits i’ve had. Thank you payton for being such a kind soul, and taking that extra step to make me feel welcomed 🙂!

I use to love El Pollo Loco. However, I have not visited the establishment in about 4yrs due to poor customer service, uncooked chicken and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I went to El Pollo this evening and purchased the chicken wing meal. I must say the chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection 🥰 also the young lady at the El Pollo Loco in Wildomar that took my order displayed outstanding customer service. I have been to this place multiple times I’ve had some good and some really bad experiences….once I found a fingernail in my food. In another occasion I was told by “Brenda” that she wasn’t going to remake my food after putting the wrong meat in my order. I tend to stay away now and spend my money elsewhere

Why does the sign say dining room closes at 9:30pm. But we arrived at 9:15, and were not allowed to order inside but could use drive-thru only at that time.

It's been ten years since I last had El Pollo Loco and I am thinking I will not have it again! First the chicken is like a Cornish hen size, then the cashier don't bother asking what you want and just sticks everything on the order! What a disappointment!

Girl says yes, however, I pull around front and check my bad and I'm missing chips and quac. Then I get home I learned I was also missing my mac and cheese. That's my fav! The Manager helped me use the kiosk, which I appreciated. The extra chicken protein tostada had unseasoned, cold, dry chicken. I ordered two BRC burritos with extra cheese to go. I received two all rice burritos (no beans, no cheese) order totally wrong. Food was very disappointing. The place was clean and comfortable. And the manager gave me the avocado salsa that I requested. I'm in no rush to return.

Its almost impossible to place an order with only 1 kiosk working..you can't call this "fast food".. if you can't place an order in under 20 minutes.. with 1 person in front of you!!.. where is the store manager??!!
