I loved how they took the time to look for certain toy's for us and they also took time to decorate the restaurant for Christmas and I have never had a bad interaction with the staff🐾🐾 The restaurant has always been very clean and have a couple of very cool tables for the little ones to play on🐾🐾
New location for me as it's along a new delivery route. First time I've stopped, but I was McDonald's more than regularly! There's only one that I try not to stop at. This location isn't it and maintains the consistency of the rest!
Kathryn the Manager, and the Cashier, Cleavon was very very friendly, polite, energetic, and were enjoyable to come into their work space, greetings were great! I will come back. Thank you.

Alex greeted us with a smile and positive attitude. The restaurant was clean and both managers were friendly and kind. The restrooms were clean and smell free.
There were only 2 cars ahead of me, but it took forever to even be able to place my order. The gal taking my order was extremely unprofessional. When I finally got to the window, the young man repeated my order to me, including my dt coke, handed me my bag & told me to have a nice evening. I asked about my dt coke & had to repeat that 2 times. He went to make my drink but had to wait on the gal who took my order while she rearranged cups. There was NO rush to get the drink made & after all that, I GOT A COKE instead of a Dt. COKE!!! There needs to be quality training given to them both!
Very enjoyable experience, I was impressed, staff was excellent..
I was so happy they were open so late because I accidentally didn't need anything at my party so thank you for saving me from starving that night😆 The gentleman who helped me was truly kind and gave me great service 🥰💖

Had difficulty getting order taker to get it right. Get home - chicken instead of burger, wrong sauce for nuggets. Also, ANY kind of verbal interaction would have been great.
Very nice McDonald's and very clean.
Food/service was fast and good. The first McDonald's I've been to in a while where the employees were actually friendly instead of just handing me the food and saying nothing.
This is by far the best location.Haven't had any mistakes and everything's been nice and hot and decent time great sense of urgency from the employees when it gets real busy.
You get what you pay for but if you're a McDonalds fan you will keep coming back for more lol
Usually I’m not the type to leave a review unless I’ve been throughly impressed. All I have to say is if more people had the same attitude and lookout on life that Sam does, this world would be a much better place. The few times I’ve spoke with Sam I’ve drove off in a better mood than when I pulled in to the drive though. He should be the standard for what all employees should strive to be

Went through the drive through around 11:20pm, greeted by Miss Jessica & needed a minute to decide. Our order was taken by Mr. Darius. Both were extremely kind & accommodating. Fries had extra salt as requested, absolutely no problems with our order. Only thing I would have notes on was the lack of sauce for 2 of the 20 piece nuggets, but I know that's a corporate thing. I wish I would've remembered because the creamy chili sauce is amazing. We also got a double quarter pounder (freshest thing on the menu for those wondering), which was pretty good as well. Thank you miss Jessica & mister Darius!!!
It's McDonald's. This location meets the fast-food standard one can reasonably expect. The food is tasty. The staff is friendly. The service is efficient. What more could you want?
My mom and I were visiting this restaurant. Little did I know, my mom hadn't eaten. We got out of the car to go inside, and my mom passed out. Two McDonald's workers were outside. They saw me trying to help my mom, and they rushed over to help.I believe he said their names were Christopher, and I don't remember the other one, but I'm so grateful that God allowed them to be there at that moment. This is the true definition of integrity. Nice job, guys. I will never forget. Thank you so much.
This is our favorite MCD's. We live locally but when out we will drive back to the Willis McD for the quick service, quality dependable food and most importantly the friendly staff.

Had to wait for my order to be brought out, and they didn't bring my order complete. It kind of defeated the purpose of drive thru because I had to get off and get the rest of it. Employees that bring orders out should give us time to check our orders before rushing back inside
Service is always speedy. Would have given a 5 but order when given in the drive through always has something wrong 75 percent of the time. This is due mainly i think because you order through a speaker. They do have a board that that shows what you order and the price but but after so many times repeating yourself its frustrating and time consuming, and why do you have to ask for salt, pepper or napkins.

Used the drive-thru. Ordered 2 McDoubles, a 🧺(Basket) of Fries, & Large Coke Zero. Two cars ahead of mine & me had to "park it" & wait for our orders. Fortunately the wait was not more than 5 minutes. When I got home, the 2 McDoubles turned into 2 Double Cheeseburgers. Putting those items aside, it's the FOOD that matters! The burgers & fries were still very warm, each burger had the correct customization, & fries were very good. Best meals (5) were consistently at breakfast, followed by dinner (4 - 5) & then lunch (3 - 4).
Had a good experience at this McDonald's, the staff were friendly and helpful, which is rare a McDonald's locations, especially management. The food was well served and right. The only thing is that seems like they also prioritize the drive thru which is good and bad because they should have staff for both.
The egg was left off the egg and sausage sandwich. Service was very slow.
The service placing and picking up the order was great! They were just extremely busy and took almost 30 minutes, just to place and pick up my order. When you know that your location in 1 of the few restaurants that is open 24hrs right off 45, it might help to have more staff members.
It's McDonald's.... aren't they all the same? This location is faster at the drive thru after 6pm. Pretty slow earlier in the day. Shift change I would guess. The food seems fresh and is always warm. Employees are nice but usually are too busy to smile.😊

This is one of the better McDonald's in the area. The food is usually fresh and tastes good. I give 4 stars because the frappes cost more than other locations but aren't as good. They put too much ice and it waters them down. They should work on that.

The food is getting to be a little over priced for what you're getting. I don't eat here much unless it's to grab a quick snack. But their new self check out surprised me not sure how long they've had it. The wait staff will bring your food to your table. It's best to tell them all the condiments you want while ordering or it will be a wait.
This location seems to get orders wrong about 50% of the time. Order a "meal" and they don't include the sides. If it were one I wouldn't say anything but it seems to happen often. They poetically owe me over $50 in items I've paid for that they don't seem to be able to put into a bag! Add to that the items they do get into the bag if they are special orders seem to often have items that were supposed to be removed.

It's ok, some employees are great people. Some employees don't often have good days. Sometimes the food is fresh, sometimes not. Their accuracy is above average, but sometimes their coffee is just awful. There are worst places to get cheap fast food.
The shake machine was down. Took 20+ mins to get the simple order. The nuggets were like under a heat lamp and tasted old. But they did give us an extra large fry for the wait.
Busy restaurant. Receipt from Kiosk did not print. Staff was more concerned about giving discounts to her high school friends than actual paying customers. Gave me a Dr Pepper. I asked for coke. Refused to fix. Food was mediocre at best. I guess I shouldn't expect much from McDonald's
It's a solid average. Better than a lot of other MickeyD's, but that bar isn't exactly that high... The food is almost done to order ( we tend to ask for fast food to be made different than the usual & that's where there have been just a couple of dropped balls). All in all, I think it's in the top 5% of McDonald's I've patronized.
They should train all their staff to give same size cup when ordering an iced coffee or latte/macchiato. Three different times given iced macchiatto in different size cup. Made me wonder which is correct. Crazy but thanks for explaining.
Visited 4 times since relocating to area. Each time had to repeat my order 3-4+ times. Each time they got the order wrong. Everyone seems to be multi tasking so much they are completely distracted. This at its core is a management issue. Nevertheless the place should be avoided as the service side is incompetent. The good is ok but the frustration simply is not worth the effort.
Had to get to a job early so I stopped by the drive thru at 4 to get some coffee and breakfast. Pulled up to the window and said it’ll be a while cause they need to make the coffee. How do you not have coffee ready? Then get my iced coffee with no creamer, gave it back to add it and they added a touch, nowhere near the normal amount and got some sass when it was given back. They need another lesson in how to make the iced coffees.
No surprise here. The drive thru service at just about any McDonalds is terrible. The lady that look our credit card talked so fast and mumbled so bad I’m pretty sure her goal was for me not to hear anything she said. Just a complete lack of effort or care in customer service. In addition, a co-worker was hanging out by the cashier window goofing around and distracting the cashier lady at the same time she’s attempting to provide any service. I go to McDonalds once or twice a year with the hope they’ve managed to turn the customer service around but unfortunately disappointed each time.

Didn't get the order right after handing them the receipt. Had to tell them they forgot my drink just to have to go inside anyway. It's not really all that fast when you have to circle back. Lady working the pay window was rude and my card was decline due to her user error and had to make her try it again and it worked. Lady at the pickup window was a little nicer. Handed us our food, had to ask for my drink and sauce for the nuggets. No napkins and you couldn't read the receipt. Food was okay, not fresh or hot. I realize McDonald's isn't the best place to eat but it was around 10 pm so you would expect the food to be made to order not from under a, warmer for however long and they were about 4 other cars in the drive besides me.

I’ve been to this McDonalds for years and I've had so many incidences of either getting the wrong order or just them forgetting something. The service at night has been a bit better recently so I’ll give them that, the staff is nice and friendly. Just need them to make sure they get eve cause it sucks having when you get home and have to go back because they forgot something. I actually went back today cause my sister & I wanted to try the new minecraft movie meal. I go home and me nor my sister had new promotional sauce we had asked for. So I had to go back cause I didn’t wanna miss out on it. And when I went back a few minutes after being at home and not seeing my sauce I had asked if I could just get a few things of the sauce cause they didn’t put it in either of the boxes and they really asked for a receipt over some sauces. Id give a 3 star but this has just been a thing recently.
One mildly disturbing event. When giving our order an employee came out carrying a birthday cake. Cleavon, the employee taking our order, called the employee with the birthday cake back behind the counter. Cleavon gave the the other employee "the bird" (extended middle finger). This didn't seem professional to me although his other interactions with us were professional. Our grandchildren witnessed this event.
It was the worse experience I've ever had at McDonald's. The cashier messed up and didn't upside my order to medium . The manager Issabell was very rude and refused to give me a medium fry even though I offered to pay the difference. 40. Cent difference. She was condescending and profiling. Ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and my son was disappointed he only received 8. We asked for ranch for his meal and didn't receive any sauce or ketchup. I ordered a burger that seemed to be sitting for a while. Cheese was not melted and the patties were dry. French fries were soggy and very oily. We waited for food and the time it took wasn't because we received fresh food. It was late at night so maybe they were closing up. When I retired from McDonalds in 1987 when I was 17. I could deliver 12 burgers every 2 minutes and 10 seconds…faster if I was doing a turn-lay. Why did my Order take 40 minutes. Oh and I was missing items.
This place is an absolute joke. Go in to get 2 large drinks..... Didn't have large, only medium cups, no sweet tea, no coke, and charged $1 for a medium. Many other times we tried to get drinks same story. Management needs to sell out, and get something there that is customer focused

People making the food are too stupid to read what is on the screen in front of them!! I paid extra for Mac sauce on my burger, and they put extra extra mayo and no Mac sauce! It's too late to turn around 6 miles down the road when you find out it's all over the wrapper and the top of the bun. Ruined our whole lunch. No one cares anymore!! I am trying to reach you by email since the phone number listed in the customer line is saying that it’s an incorrect number. I am assuming that there was a mistake when the number was given out. **Not to whom it may concern but, to WHINE it may concern. I didn't even call them, I emailed corporate to bring attention to their issues in hopes they'd get back to being great food like it once was.** Original review: I have to update my review to a way lower rating unfortunately. The food has gone really down hill. My husband purchased food for our family tonight and, we are all now suffering. He ordered us double meat burgers, fries, and strawberry pies....big mistake. About 40 minutes after eating, my husband rushed to the bathroom with horrible diarrhea. This is the only thing he's eaten all day and, was fine until he ate it. 15 minutes later and, I'm literally running to the toilet, and our poor baby girl has an upset stomach too. Thank God we have two bathrooms and Pepto.
The only thing consistent with every McDonald's thru out the USA is the small portions and high prices. I miss the McDonald's I grew up with (90's). Those were the days of fresh, flavorful food, with the perfect price to ratio portions.

Mcdonalds needs to shut this place down. They have screwed up my order 9/10 times. The employees are rude 9/10 times. This place is a waste of real estate. The most simple orders you can think of getting screwed up when its not even heavy customer flow.
I’m not surprised at all of the one star reviews. Not only did they mess up my order. They asked me to come back to the restaurant to fix it. No refund over the phone? Then when I get back, I don’t get even an “I’m sorry we messed up your order, let me make it right” what I got was the manager scrutinizing my receipt which was barely legible only to come to the realization that I wasn’t lying and they really did mess up my order. Then waiting for them to remake the order and still upon leaving, not even anything resembling an apology. Horrible service and food that wasn’t worth it.
After saying my order more than 4 times and once again AT THE PICKUP WINDOW, I still ended up with the wrong meal absolutely insane
The guy they have as a manager is unprofessional. Don’t use ur mcdonalds points apparently if you use them they treat you like a non paying costumer haha I order food for my husband who is a truck driver and has limited time and they treated him poorly. It always something. Stuff missing or wrong. Latest thing ordered on the mobile app. Paid. Went to pickup, their computers are down. Was told refunds will be issued withing 2 to 3 hours. 5 hours later still no refund. Can never call. They leave their phone off the hook. Just over all horrible experiences.
(I ordered around 12 am) It took around 20 minutes for the car in front of me to get their food after paying. With us being the only cars in line, them getting something in the smallest bag you can get from McDonald's and I getting a 10 piece mcnuggets, a large fry, and a Jr. Cheeseburger with only the cheese and meat. The fries themselves were extremely stale and I had to end up finishing them since I'm a type 1 diabetic and needed the carbs from them, but ended up making myself sick from them and almost vomit a few hours afterwards.
I commute to Houston every morning between 3:30am and 4:30am. This morning I pulled in around 3:55am. I was told their “24hour” location was closed until 4am. I asked if I could just wait by the speaker in the drive thru for 5 min until they opened. I was told no. I pulled around to the window to wait. I was told they were on a timer (even though they were closed) and I could not. I asked if I could wait at the curbside spot and was told yes. As soon as I pulled into that spot I see cars lining up at the drive thru (at least 6 of them). And they were taking orders and being served. I called while standing there watching and took photos. The manager said I could get in line. I asked why I was being pushed to back when I was first one there. He said they were closed when I got there but opened after I parked. I expressed my frustration that I could have waited and he said that would have gotten them in trouble as there’s a timer. Again. They were closed so what was being timed. He said they were busy now but I could get in line. I declined. Terrible communication and clearly not open 24hours.
I get bullied by this older lady there when I come through the drive thru she has accused me of not paying for my food showed her my recipet. Before that once held my food hostage until she got done yelling at me thinking I was someone else. There's been other things she's done. I contacted customer service and they never did talk to her. I highly recommend dont coming there they do have a wonderful night staff do not come during the day. I avoid coming there now I just go to the one in Conroe.
The wait time is horrible. The food is horrible. The service is horrible. There is nothing redeeming about this place. If you can go anywhere else I would very strongly recommend it. I waited ten minutes for a single soda, didnt get it within those 10 minutes so I just left.

Found hair in my Quarter Pounder, Maria was nice to replace, probably won’t come back to this McDonald’s also YALLS APP SUCKS. Tells me my code is invalid EVERY. SINGLE. TIME they wouldn’t let me buy anything from the second window when I forgot to order my drink at the first one, they said they can’t take my phone because it was a “liability” incase anything happens to it… as long as they aren’t CHUNKING my phone to the back window I’m pretty sure nothing will happen. Order was canceled in app because they said anything picked up past 10:30am auto cancels. They were still serving breakfast so I ordered at counter. An employee by the name of Mariella was rude and bitching at the employee taking my order. Mariella finally walked away and went to play on her phone. Horrible woman!
I waited five minutes in the drive thru, after paying at the first window, I watched the employees play around(@the second window)while my food sat there ready to be handed to me for another three minutes. Came here today and this is my last time, I'd rather go up the street to League Line location. They never put many fries in the orders. Normally I take it and suck it up. Today I decided you know my money is not worth this so I had them take it back. I guess the lady didn't think I would check because she pretended to fix it and brought back the exact same fries. So I went inside and had them fix it. She looked like she had an attitude about it. Just give people that they pay for. This is a recurring issue so today was my last time coming here.
Sat in the drive-thru for 18 minutes behind two cars, only to pull up to the window to see the manager standing against the counter at telling a very long story to his employees. Curse words and ebonics included, I could not believe he was not running around with trying to get orders ready as long as the line was. Ridiculous customer service and time to get food. I am on my way to work and this was very unprofessional and unappreciated.
Never get fresh fries from this store and I mean never. My daughter ordered a fish sandwich and got tiny piece of cheese yet we are being charged for a full slice of cheese. They refused to correct the issue. I used to work for McDonald's and NOT once did we ever tell a customer that's how it's made especially when it's NOT made this way. It's stealing and lying to a customer!
