I hear this location messes up the orders quite often. First trip they charged me for the wrong order, so I offered and paid for my order as well just to speed up the process. Then they put onions on my child’s kids meal burger, didn’t notice it until we got all the way home of course. We want to support local, but hope this location can pull it together a bit better for better service

Why is this location continuously provides incorrect orders, and poor customer service. We dine local to support businesses here in WP. Enough is enough; tired of wrong orders and unprofessional service! We will no longer support this location. Management, other reviews below say the same thing, and on social media. The Facebook page People of Wills Point, several negative comments about this location. Most comments are rude and unprofessional service! We discovered the Terrell location isn’t owned by same management, so we will support this location going forward.

Starting off with the cashiers are so freaking rude it makes you want to leave right off the back then there's always nobody at the front register and then when you asked for your cups it seems like they have an attitude when they have to give it to you. We ordered ice cream in the ice cream was so soft that it was melting really quickly then both soda machines had over half of the drinks out the burgers are good but the fries were lukewarm I don't normally do a complaint but when I have a very bad experience I will report it if y'all want to find out for yourself go to this location but they are very rude and the food don't ever taste fresh

"A six piece nuggets with hot mustard, a plain mcdouble, and a small fries" had to be repeated multiple times. At one point they were meals. We had go correct 4 variations. In the end they made thr mcdouble (plain either cheese and mayonnaise", which was never said by us. That night we both had explosive diarrhea. Since we hadn't eaten before McDonald's and had upset stomachs and ate nothing g after McDonald's,, we have to presume it was thr McDonald's' food. Will never be going back to this McDonald's and will be staying away from their restaurant all together for a while.

Worst mcdonalds in America fries are always cold orders are never right. Will not come back unless under new management. Should be ashamed.

Closed at 10:47. Took car in fronts order and then closed down drive thru on me. Absolutely not cool. Several other vehicles turned away as well. Change your hours or honor them.

This has happened too many times. Either they forgot to put the syrup or I’m missing a burger down the road. Well this time we order a bug breast fast platter and they just somehow forgot to put pancakes in there. You can imagine the frustration when at home and trying to give my kids their breakfast. Do better McDonald’s

I really believe Mc Donald's should have better control of there drive thru like other drive thru's this Lady in this Baby Blue Kia cut everyone in the line and made her way into the mic to place a order. Everyone in line was honking and after I called Mc Donald's to let them known they still took her order.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! My 10 piece chicken nugget was given to me with a chicken nugget half bitten.. I don’t know who would do something so disgusting and horrendous. I’m not sure what diseases could’ve been on that chicken nugget. When we went to say something about this incident the manager pulled one of the employees to the side & said “ I’m sick & tired of this .. too many ppl-“ which meaning this has happened before & many workers knew it also. Do not eat here or you and your families safety.

This is what I was given as a big Mac. Something missing? Yeah the other piece of meat. The line had already taken so long, the young lady that took the money looked at me like I took her cookie money and the fries were not fresh.
