The food was absolutely delicious and did not take long to come out, And the service was even better my server Ronniee was supper nice and made sure we had everything we needed I’d loved to come back and eat the pasta here again because it was delicious!!!!!

Victor was great! Food was great. We walked in and waited for a host to seat us since there wasn't one present upon entering. A host arrived, name tag read 'Brandon' he did not acknowledge us so, I greeted him to get some service. He sat us. We dined. Then upon leaving, Brandon was at the host stand and he did not acknowledge us leaving. Definitely could use a warmer host to set the mood, luckily Victor and the flavors were great.

We held a seminar at this location and the entire experience was fantastic for us and for our attendees. Ronnie and Fallon, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure the event was a great success! Thanks to the Red Lobster team for an outstanding experience.

Thank you Red Lobster Walzem staff for making our small wedding anniversary celebration feel so special. Doug, our server, was great! He was attentive and very kind. Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the time we walked in until we left. Doug made it a point to ask if we were celebrating anywhere, to which we told him about our anniversary. The staff made a wonderful ice cream sundae for us with a hand written card signed by staff members. It really was so special for us. Something we will never forget. Food: We ordered two seafood boils, both were GREAT and really flavorful. Our children had small kids meals which we great as well. Everything was made fresh and hot which was a plus! Drinks: I had a Guava Margarita- 10/10!!!! So good! My husband had a HennyTea- 7/10. Staff, servers and the manger were awesome. We had a great experience and will be soon.

Our server, Julio, at the San Antonio Windcrest location was excellent! He was very attentive. The food was really good. Especially the huge Coconut Shrimp in the party planner. And the music in restaurant was very pleasant.

It's been over 20yrs since I've been to a Red Lobster. We had Chris as our server he was amazing, very knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was so delicious, the atmosphere was great. We had a party of 7, with us tonight. The biscuits tasted just like the last time I had them. Everyone was amazing 👏 ❤️.

I loved my experience at red lobster, it was so nice and so calm. The food was so amazing and tasted so good; it was so perfectly seasoned it blew my mind how good it was, I was so happy to share such an amazing meal with the people around me. Not to mention our literal best part being our server. Juran was such an amazing kind person to us, she showed us love and showed us an amount of kindness I’ve never ever see in my entire life, she made every single one of us feel heard and feel like we mattered, it’s a red lobster? I didn’t expect someone so down to earth to be the best experience of the restaurant. But yes the food was also BOMB. Aswell the restaurant was clean and kept always a plus in my book.

I don't usually write reviews, but I just wanted to share my recent experience at Red Lobster. Ronnee was an amazing server. She was so tentative, friendly, and a breath of fresh air!

I have not eaten at red lobster and quite a few years. I was happy to be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food the lobster tail skeleton perfection. Our server was Terrence and he was very attentive, courteous, effective and efficient. It was a great experience, and I was very happy with the service and food provided. It was well above and beyond what I expect from a chain restaurant.

Food was subpar, but I don’t expect anything extravagant at a franchise restaurant. The service was EXCELLENT thanks to Julio!! We shared laughs and smiles and will be hope to have Julio as our server again if we return.

Everything was great!! The food, potions, flavor, food temperature just everything was great. This is my third trip to this restaurant. The service we received from Terrence our server for our second and third trip is very much appreciated. He knows how to be a successful server with his great customer service. I plan to return again soon. I'm so happy Red Lobster was able to turn things around to stay in business.

My daughter raved about her Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and even my son was blown away by his Bacon Cheeseburger – I certainly didn't expect such a delicious burger from a seafood restaurant!

Tonight we had a family dinner for our son’s birthday. Our server Trisha was phenomenal. She was very attentive and patient when taking our orders. The greeter was prompt and friendly. We were seating and waited on quickly. Our waitress always made sure we had biscuits and drink refills. It was our son's bday and they wrote him out a card from Red Lobster and staff, they sang him happy birthday, and brought him a hugh martini glass filled with vanilla ice cream with chocolate drizzle. Everyone was so professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

My family and I came for dinner on a Friday night. It has been a good while since we’ve been here. Upon arrival there was no wait. In all honesty I’m only writing this review because our waitress Trishana was 100/10, 10 stars, amazing!! She was awesome! We haven’t had this kind of great service from a waitress/waiter in a while. She was on the ball. She was quick but efficient. Very friendly and helpful. She was all around perfect. To who manager: Trishana deserves a raise for her fast service, kindness, friendliness, attentiveness etc. Next time we come back we’re definitely gonna sit in her section.

When we come San Antonio we always stop at a Red Lobster, but this one was top notch! The service was the best we’ve had anywhere in a long time! Shanon was our waitress and went ANOVE and BEYOND! The staff went out of the way to make this a very personable visit for us. We came here for a cheer competition and when they found out about it and that our daughter’s team won second place, they went out of their way to make her feel so special:) they brought her a big ice cream on a plate and let her hold a lobster too! I haven’t been to Red Lobster in at least 5-6 years, so this was my first experience back in a long time. This location is very clean. The food was hot and fresh and still as good as I remembered. Ronnee was our server, and she was great. Very sweet and attentive without being overbearing. My only critique is that no one was at the door to greet or seat us. However, we were meeting someone who was already seated, so that was no big deal. Overall, the experience was great!

Our daughter blessed us with a Red Lobster gift card. My wife & I stopped by for lunch. Kyra was our server. She served us with excellent. She was sweet, kind & attentive. Our server Juan S. Was excellent. I had the Shrimp My Way plate with the coconut shrimp and the 🍤 scampi. Very enjoyable lunch. My partner had the fish and chips plate which looked good as well.

I haven’t been to red lobster after a few years back due to a bad experience, but this time I gave it one more try and did not disappoint. The menu has improved ever since and had a lot more of a variety. Truly impressed and amazing taste. I appreciate our server being attentive and welcoming. Definitely made our experience worth it and would come back again to try the seafood broil.

My mom & I stopped in during happy hour. We had not been to a red lobster in a while. Wade was our server and he was very friendly and attentive. When we first sat he explained the new menu and where we could find all of the food selections, which I thought was very helpful. We both ordered Blue Moon beer with Tajin. I mean it’s Bluemoon beer and for five dollars, can’t beat that! We shared the trio shrimp - coconut, dragon and scampi butter. They were all full of flavor, can’t go wrong with any of the selections. The dragon shrimp had a little Asian kick. While butter scampi is a classic and the coconut shrimp perfectly fried with the pineapple dip. 😚 We also had the famous biscuits & two Caesar salad salads. That was more than enough food for two people. Everything was delicious!!

Haven't been to Red Lobster in about 5 years as service and food quality had gone way down. Wife got an email about a BOGO deal they were having, and since we've been hearing good things about the new CEO, we decided to give it a try. Overall the food was very good. We both got the Shrimp Linguine Alfredo and it was very good. Very creamy and the plates had alot of shrimp. Seems like alot of places are skimping on the sauce and proteins in plates now, but there plates had plenty of sauce and plenty of shrimp. Service was very good. The waitress was very attentive and upbeat. My wife had some pasta left over to take to go and she asked if we would like some biscuits to go and we accepted. Thought that was very nice of her. Overall the visit was really good and we will be back to try other plates.

My family and I haven't been to Red Lobster in YEARS....after many sub-par experiences. However, they have really stepped up their game in many aspects. The service was fantastic and the food was hot and fresh. The complementary cheddar bay biscuits were abundant and not dry. The coconut shrimp had a perfect fry, and the crab claw was fairly generous with meat. I will say, the menu is not laid out great. There is too much going on and not a lot at the same time. Overall, I would recommend giving an old classic another try.

Have stepped up. Food was good and service was exceptional! Have a lot of new items on the menu. We have not been in a while but glad we ate there. I always enjoy the laid back environment.

Came here to eat after attending the rodeo. Food was great. Service was great. Restaurant was clean. The manager walked around and checked on everyone. For my wife and myself, plus tip, we paid approximately $68. We will come back here again when we're on this side of town.

We were celebrating our mother's heavenly birthday. Juran made a special presentation worthy of our Queen. She would have loved it! Thank you again.

Overall I had a good experience. Juran was very sweet and very attentive. She made our experience very personable. Though my shrimp scampi was a little bland her service definitely makes up for it and is my reason for coming back to possibly try a different item.

Every one was very kind and professional, Shannon was our waiter and she was phenomenal! The food was great; I did have an issue with finding hair in my broccoli (side dish); which is very unfortunate. The culinary manager came and apologized and made sure they replaced my dish. My server Shannon was also very kind about the mishap. The food was really delicious (besides the hair), the crab legs were really tasty!

Been eating at Red Lobster for over 40 years. A year or so ago we had a lousy experience in this restaurant and said we would not be back. With all the new advertising we decided to try again on MLK Birthday. They were rather short handed so service was minimal at best. We both ordered the shrimp scampi & lobster lunch. Both arrived undercooked. We ate the meal but it was of course, sub par. Talked to the manager about the issues then refused a comp, paid for our meals and left. We are done with Red Lobster.

​I recently visited this Red Lobster location with a group of four. While parts of our experience were great, the meal overall was a major letdown. ​The Highlight: Our server, Ronnie, was the absolute best part of our evening. From the moment we sat down until we paid our bill, she was incredibly attentive, courteous, and had a fantastic sense of humor. She truly provided 5-star hospitality. ​The Food: ​The Good: We ordered a Bacon Burger and fries which was actually very good and cooked well. ​The Bad: The rest of the meal was a disappointment. It took an incredibly long time to arrive. The chicken in our two Cajun Pastas was rubbery, and the sauce lacked any authentic Cajun flavor. Strangely, the Coconut Shrimp was significantly spicier than the actual Cajun pasta. ​The Verdict: For a total of $97.77, we expected much more consistency. While we are so grateful to Ronnie for her hard work and hospitality, the poor quality of the pasta and the long wait times mean we won't be returning to this location.

I really wanted to enjoy my experience because the staff was absolutely amazing — friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. Customer service definitely gets 5 stars. Unfortunately, I did run into several issues with the food. My stuffed mushrooms were served cold and had to be reheated. My key lime pie was not good at all — the taste was off to the point where I had to throw it away. On top of that, I found a piece of hair in my salad, which was very disappointing. I’m not sure if there may have been a new shift or something going on in the kitchen, but the food quality did not match the great service. I truly hope this was just an off day because the staff really made a strong impression. I would consider giving it another try, but I hope the food consistency improves.

Our waitress was wonderful and did the best she could with what she was given. The food was terrible. The lobster was rubbery and over cooked. The 'Old Bay' seasoning was inedible. Too much pepper and was not Old Bay. We never received our appetiser and the cheddar biscuits were not quite cooked through. There was no preparation for Valentines Day and I was very disappointed. Red Lobster has been my favorite for ever but I will nod be returning.
