My experience at this McDonald's was completely positive. The food was ready quickly and served hot, with no sign that its preparation was rushed or sloppy. Aside from the person taking our order being a bit distracted, service was perfect in every way.

If manager Adrian is working, this is the best location in the world. The service is amazing and food is always coming out in a timely manner and fresh. He is the sole reason for the team here at this location functioning like a well oiled machine. However, if Adrian is not working… this location struggles pretty severe. Management if you’re seeing this Adrian is a huge asset to your team and sets the prime example of how a manager should run a crew. He def deserves a tremendous raise.

Customer service was the best I wanted to have a customized ice cream which they didn't have but the drive thru lady guided me to DQ ..... Going out of the way to serve was best.

Stopped for the bathroom. It has a HUGE seating area. Great if you are traveling with a big group.

It’s one of the best McDonald’s I’ve visited. The friendly workers delivered very good service. Even their drive-thru moved fast. The person who took our order got everything right and served with a smile. There was a person in-charge of keeping the dining room clean - and it showed; he did a great job. The dining area is huge with different sections/areas to choose from. The restrooms were clean. There was ample parking all around the restaurant. It was easy to get in and out of their parking lot. Easy access back onto I-10.

I don't have too many problems with this McDonald's. Depending on what time of day you go. If you can try to stay away from the slower hours. Because the fries aren't is fresh as they should be. Or order them with no salt, then ask for salt when you get your food. That's if you have time to wait. LOL Staff is great!

Decent food, but they tend to forget items in your order, especially with curbside service. I've also had a few iced coffees where they forgot to add what I paid extra for. Staffing is hit & miss so I keep that in mind everytime.

It was late and food was good but the dude at the first window had some white naked lady silhouettes on his jacket and it upset my father in law. Then the 15+ minute wait without any interaction or words from an employee upset him more. Then I had to spend the next hour and a half driving home with him listening to him talk about proper customer service attire and etiquette. The food was good though.

The food was very, very fresh. The nuggets were not dried out, the fries were properly salted and not cold. The burger patties were juicy and well seasoned. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. The only reason for 4 stars is because they messed up order on one burger, but promptly fixed it the way we ordered. Would give 4.5 stars if I could.

We pulled off the highway to grab a quick bite. I use the McDonalds app for savings and rewards. Pulling up to the drive thru speaker there were three vehicles ahead of us. When we arrived at the window we still had to pull up and wait. Seems like it should have been ready after the lengthy wait in line. A few more minutes and the food was brought to us. Food was as expected. Employee at the window appeared to not speak English.

Foods good, use the app to place your order, you get points and those points can be redeemed. This store is one of the better ones. Avoid the Beaumont stores. Last I checked the ladies running this store are awesome. But I do here its night and day. Bad reviews in the evening. Its like the All stars at the morning shift.

Stopped through here with my husband on our long drive home. The place was clean for during a rush, and the people were decent. We got our food pretty quickly but realized they messed up our order, which is fine, stuff happens, I’m not upset over that. The thing I was not happy about was to finally get my correct burger and see that my burger’s condiments were on the outside of my burger and spilling out of the wrapper, and they did not even give us napkins. I understand we were there during lunch rush hours, but I’ve also worked at a McD for 3 years and was a manager for half of that time. It is possible to make the burgers still look neat during a rush, I’m speaking from experience. I will say, I’m very grateful to the one worker guy who searched the store to give my husband the last ranch packet for my fries, I did not get to tell him thank you but it was the one thing that saved me from having a worse experience.

Found this location working hard and efficient to service the customers. I did count 15 flies on the safety glass where you receive the food. That was not a pleasant experience. Changed my decision from dine in to takeout quickly.

We ordered a mchicken and the bun was two bottom pieces of a big Mac bun. Not very good. We also ordered a quarter pounder and it had lettuce on it which quarter p's don't have lettuce. The fries were also very greasy like they weren't cooked long enough. I gave 2 stars cause there seemed to be only one guy working which I know isn't easy for the worker.

IF you can avoid eating here do that and go elsewhere!! Otherwise, be prepared to be charged for things not actually in the menu but still actively being advertised like seasonal shake flavors. I ordered a shamrick. I was charged fir it along with another couple items. I paid. When the rest of my order was ready and I didn't see the shake, I asked and was told, "We don't sell that anymore."

This was our first time stopping here and to say the service was bad is an understatement. They got our order wrong 3 times in a row and took the food that we had opened and brought back in because it wasn’t what we ordered back in the warmers so that is cross contamination. And the workers were super rude and the manager had no clue what he was doing. So our 10 minute stop turned into a 45 minute stop

Worst fast food experience ever. Got order wrong. When filled order I had to go back 3 times. They finally brought out my chicken sandwich about 20 min later. No apologies nothing. My brother bought his family 2 hot and spicy Mc chickens and 6 Regular Mc chicken and 2 Carmel frappes and mocha frappe and a large Dr pepper we got home and found hair in our sandwichs and they was hard and not fresh at all so we called up there and they said they couldnt do anything about it and that they was fresh but they was stored in the heater container for hours. They was rude about it all not professional and yall need to get better night staff and they need to do there jobs better even the manager that was up there tonight needs to do the same and quit siting around and playing all the time. A truly bizarre experience…. The automated kiosks worked but could not take my payment so I was told to take my receipt to the front. She rang up the order according to the receipt but it was not correct in anyway. Instead of laughing it off and starting from scratch she insisted that I pay for this. It took a min or two to work though that situation…. I got my food in the end but then stood waiting for my two bottles of water. The other lady who gave me the food informed me that it was not her job “she just gives out the food”. After asking several times I got the waters. Best part is that during the whole experience the ice machine NEVER stopped. Apparently that was also someone else’s job….

Two out of the last three times (in approximately a month ) we've gone to this restaurant they've messed up our order and it's a small order it gets frustrating when it's over and over again. We've had other mistakes at this place so our opinion of this place is really getting sullied. When we went through the drive-thru To get two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins and two coffees with four creamer and two sweetener in each coffee. This time the mistake was only the coffee last time it was the sandwiches and the time before the sandwiches. It's frustrating this time because as we were telling her the order she was sighing loudly when we were correcting the coffee order cuz it was wrong on the screen and she was just sighing at us like like she was frustrated we let that go but she never fixed it and she said" I got it" and then when we get to pick up the coffee it's just black coffee also she didn't give us a receipt so we ended up having to wait (asked to pull around and park )to get the receipt ask for creamer and sweetener make the coffee ourselves since it wasn't included in the bag or in the coffee. It took a lot more time to complete this order then what we would have gone through if we gone almost anywhere else. I know that McDonald's is a super busy place and we don't actually expect a whole lot from them and you can see I've never put in a review before I don't like giving negative reviews for small mistakes but this is just an ongoing thing with this particular restaurant we've gone other places and never had this kind of problem. Maybe it's understaffed.

This was by far the slowest location I’ve been to. Waited well over 20+ minutes for my order and when received it, it was wrong and not good at all. We only came here as a pit stop and I should’ve walked out when I realized it was so many people waiting for their orders and the majority of them were incorrect. Drive through speaker responded very rudely "I'm a dude.. not a girl🙄" my husband stayed respectful and said "sorry" we get to the window and get our food fine. I get not having a good day but HE definitely needs to learn what customer service is. Our friends went through right before us and he asked for the code. Our friend said "one second" and he very rudely responded "I can't hear you😐" there's many ways to respond to things and he picked the wrong response both times. Learn better.

My daughters went for breakfast and ordered on the kiosk. Went to receive their food and was told they didn’t have anymore breakfast. Refused to refund them money. And only offered to give them 10 of the 14.69 from their paid receipt . Then paid for 2 iced coffees and then were told it was broken. And then we’re also told they couldn’t refund them their money. I called to complain and the little girl was completely rude and could hardly understand her.

Tonight was the time I will eat there. For the first time ever I was given a partially raw burger, I called to let them know, the phone may have disconnected but it seemed like I was hungup on. Hopefully no one gets sick because someone is not properly cooking the burgers.

This location can either be awesome or it can be your worst nightmare depending on what manager and crew are working. I frequent here most mornings. If it’s the male manager working with his crew it is awesome,fast and great service. However, if it’s the Hispanic lady and her crew they don’t care the slightest bit about service or pace. They mosey around with no sense of urgency and give everyone a hard time about their order should they inquire about the time remaining. She is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. She should be fired honestly. Terrible with time management and leadership. I honestly don’t know how she is a manager nor working there still to this day. Poor poor customer service to say the least. If I could give 0 stars I would, however that wouldn’t be fair to the male manager who is the exact opposite of her. Management or corporate if your reading this I highly recommend you look into this and fire her and give the guy a raise. He deserve it plus more.
