Tijuana Flats is our go-to for Mexican fast food! With bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and tons of great options, it never disappoints. Quick, tasty, and satisfying—it hits the spot every single time. Perfect for a casual and flavorful meal!

This is a newer location with limited indoor seating but lots of outdoor seating. We had to wait a bit to get service but Rick was our server and he was very friendly and nice. We had a large party with 5 children and everyone’s orders were correct and came out promptly. The portions have become smaller than the past but food quality is still great.

Really nice addition to the Hamlin area. One more restaurant near home that we don’t have to leave town for! They did a very nice job with the location. Slightly small interior but huge outdoor seating area that will be shaded in the evenings. Food is tasty as usual! Prices have crept up but they have crept up globally at every retail business! The staff are super engaged and friendly. They come around and check on your drink refills and trash. Very nice start guys, keep up the good work! We will be back a million times.

My brother and I come to Tijuana Flats on almost every Tuesday and Thursday. We have had a lot of positive experiences here but I wanted to shout out John! Very kind and definitely upholds the great customer service I expect from this restaurant as I have worked at one of these stores in the past.

I stopped in tonight for the taco Tuesday deal. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Restaurant was very well taken care of. My food came out exactly how I ordered it and pretty fast too. Definitely will be back.

My coworker and I stopped by for lunch yesterday and placed a to-go order. We arrived around 1:10 PM, and didn’t walk out until about 1:50 PM, meaning our food took roughly 40 minutes—which is a long wait for a casual restaurant, especially while on a lunch break. We ordered two street taco entrées, a Tijuana Trio, and a quesadilla entrée. When our food was finally ready, the Tijuana Trio was missing, but Nick immediately went to the kitchen and grabbed it for us without hesitation. We also ordered beverages that weren’t filled completely at first, and Jose was kind enough to refill them right away. They were friendly, attentive, and truly the highlights of the visit. The restaurant itself seemed extremely backed up. There were several people waiting for dine-in and takeout orders, and the kitchen looked very short-staffed. The workers in the back showed little urgency, which made me question whether they were just having a rough day or if this is a consistent issue at this location. This isn’t my first slow experience here, and the long wait time is honestly unacceptable for the type of restaurant Tijuana Flats is. I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes, but considering the area and customer base, things definitely need improvement. I’m giving five stars solely because of Nick and Jose, who were friendly, prompt, and made sure we were taken care of. Wishing the team the best and hoping for better experiences in the future.

Great little spot for quick tacos and burritos that is a step above taco bell. The inside design is really nice and they have a large covered patio outside to sit as well. Great deals on Tuesdays (tacos, chips, and a drink) and Thursdays (burrito, chips, and a drink). We love the burrito bowls.

This is our first time here, food was good, I had the (lemon shrimp bowl?) and it was good! I wouldn't have never mixed shrimp with black beans, but it was really good! The place wasn't great, some dirty tables when we arrived and service took longer than usual to bring our plates to the table, even with the tables mostly empty. It is one of those fast food places that wants to be more, but need to focus on service. We'll go back some day and try it again.

This is my first time trying this place and it was close by where I needed to be, so I thought I would give it a whirl... The interior of the place was super clean and the service was fantastic... The place has a giant orange grove mural on the wall to pay tribute to the area that used to be an orange grove... I'd like to give a shout out to the lady by the name of Sheila who was working the register... She was absolutely awesome...I seen her take care of customers and wipe the tables down asking people if they needed refills on their beverage, etc...She was everywhere... As for the food it was not bad at all... I was quite surprised on how well it tastes to me... I had a shredded chicken taco which was quite tasty and a steak salad that had all the right ingredients... The proportions were good and the value was there...The meat for either of them was nicely seasoned... When you order an item from the menu they give you some tortilla chips on the side as well...It's a nice little touch... This is the best Tijuana Flats I've been to... I went to another location the day after which left me feeling disappointed... So I'm glad that I get to review this location because this is the spot to check out... The visiting bird was an added bonus...

I had Tijuana Flats before. But this one at Hamlin are has the best service ever. The food is good , tasty and the price is also good too. I gave 4 stars ⭐️ and I will keep coming back there . But the two women and the man who were working there the day that I went are 10 ⭐️. Congratulations for the great service.

I had Tijuana Flats before. But this one at Hamlin are has the best service ever. The food is good , tasty and the price is also good too. I gave 4 stars ⭐️ and I will keep coming back there . The chain isn't bad, the food left much to be desired. It was low-key bland. Service took a little longer than normal, and the vibe of the place just left me sort of uneasy, I'll be it; it was packed up in there. They should move the drink machines to the public so there isn't a line of people waiting to get refills

Giving two stars because the food was ok. Worst service I ever received! Stay away from this place and to think they ask if you want to leave a tip on a to go order. I just left here ordered a salad in person. After 15 minutes of waiting in front of the pick up area the man who took my order had just finished cleaning the bathrooms, goes into the food prep area, put an order in a bag and hands it to me. I said to him wait that’s my order that’s been sitting in the prep area for over 10 mins. He said yup with a chuckle and no regard to the terrible service. Not to mention there was only one other person waiting who ordered online! I will never spend a dime in this location!

Have been to this location a few times. Always pretty inconsistent on how long food takes. Have placed online orders and food has been ready (but cold) or I have to wait 20+ minutes and the food is cold. I don’t believe this is the staffs fault as they are always nice and helpful. I think the company needs to work out some processes. May give them a try in the future but not anytime soon.

Had to wait 25 minutes for one quesadilla. This seems like an average waiting time there for simple items.

If i felt everyone was working with urgency it would not have been as bad but the staff was laughing and standing around while one person cooked the food. I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your store. I placed my order over an hour before arriving, yet when I got there, my food was not ready. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked about my order and was told by Manager Kaleb that it would be “another 5 minutes.” After another 20 minutes, I was informed that they were confused and had just started making my order. When my food was finally brought out, several items were missing (queso, refried beans, and black beans). In addition, both entrées were incorrect — toppings were missing, and three of the four tacos were supposed to be double-stacked, but none were made that way. When I brought this to Kaleb’s attention, instead of apologizing or offering a resolution, he simply asked me to repeat my order so they could remake it. By this point, I had been in the store over 40 minutes with no food. I asked for a refund, which he processed without remorse, apology, or alternative resolution. The store appeared very disorganized, and I even noticed employees playing inside the kitchen, which only reinforced the lack of professionalism. When I asked Kaleb for the manager above him, he initially told me it was “on the door,” but no name was posted. Only after pressing further did I learn that you are the manager, and the phone number he provided for you was disconnected. I have always enjoyed Tijuana Flats in the past, but this experience left me extremely disappointed. The service, food preparation, and lack of care shown by the staff are not what I would expect from your brand. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues with staff training, organization, and accountability.

Terrible customer service wife came in to get her food replaced after the GM “Paul” said come in no problem then when she came and immediately profiled because of her color while interrogating her about what we got on a burritos I would not recommend coming here if you’re a person of color it’s people like this that ruin businesses

We have given this location a pass for being “new” for too long now. T Flat’s is one of my kid’s favorite restaurant, and we frequently eat here as well as other locations. This is the only location where our order is consistently missing something or incorrect. Every time. For both pickup and dine-in. Tonight we’ve decided we’re done. We’ll go out of our way to the Windermere location or eat elsewhere over visiting here. Tonight we ordered a Take Home Taco Kit, a large queso, and a Chips and Guac starter. Because we know this location always misses stuff, I tried to look through the bags in the parking lot. All that I noticed missing on the first pass was the (2) 4 oz “Don’t be a Chicken” sauces that I ordered. I sent my husband inside to ask for them, and the same worker that brought us the curbside order assured him that she had personally made the sauce containers and put them in our bag. He reiterated that we looked and didn’t see them, thinking she’d just hand him more, but instead she insisted that we’d missed the sauces and they were at the bottom of the bag. Fine. My husband didn’t want to cause problems, especially in case we were somehow wrong (spoiler alert, we weren’t, and it’s free sauce…why wouldn’t she have just offered more instead of being defensive?) We were in a bit of a rush so he told me that maybe we were wrong about the sauce and we just came home. Upon unpacking the whole meal, we discovered that we were definitely missing the 2 sauce containers, we were also missing the sour cream that should have been part of the taco fixings, and we were missing a bag of chips…one should have come with the taco kit, and there should have been a second one with the “chips and guac.” I certainly regret tipping on this order and at this point I regret ordering from this location at all. Tonight’s saga is just one example in a long line of subpar experiences here. The food is good - standard TFlats fare, but the service is terrible. They consistently make mistakes and miss items, are never gracious about their mistakes, and never walk around offering refills for dine-in service like other locations. It was totally empty tonight too, so it’s not as if they can’t keep up. We’re done with the frustration.

Good customer service, but the food was not good quality. The chips were stale, food was cold, and the rice was crunchy due to being undercooked. The meat had limited seasoning. Disappointed with this location compared to others I’ve been toil.

Tijuana Flats has become a pale imitation of what it used to be. I moved to Arizona for 8 years and then moved back to FL, looking forward to having a giant chimichanga I used to get after hours at the climbing gym. The chimichanga now cost more, are 1/4 the size, and tasteless. Spend your money elsewhere they have become a corporate cash machine and the food reflects it.

Quite literally the worst place I’ve ever eaten. Staff was rude food was cold. Wasn’t very clean either and over priced.

Food quality hit and miss. Pretty slow kitchen consistently. Takeout orders consistently late at least 10 minutes for any takeout. The megajuana is total ripoff, They take your money and give you nothing extra. We've tested it repeatedly over months now- it's not a fluke I think we're done giving them second chances

I just picked up some food from this place , 3 tacos meal with refried beans ( no refried beans in the container ) and this is what I had when I got home…

By far the worst experience at Tijuana Flats. The service was unbelievably slow, took more than 30 mins to get our order that other Tijuana Flats locations get in 10mins. No chips served with the chimichanga which was flat and only served with cheese and meat.

The employee sounded and looks so sick and yet working and carrying food. Felt bad for her but stay home when sick.

My husband and I ordered from this location like we have many times. We both ordered the chicken flautas. We have been increasingly becoming disappointed in the amount of chicken they put in. The flautas are only filled halfway and the rest is just air. They also have changed their combo meals to only one side and a drink. They used to serve two sides and a drink previously. My husband wanted refried beans and rice, so I ordered him a small side of rice as an add on with a drink. I also ordered refried beans with mine and an extra side of small queso. They didn’t give my husband his rice, it was a garlic sauce of some sort and they no longer put any lettuce, tomato, onion, or jalapeño in the to go boxes with the meal. They even forgot to hand the drinks to my husband. It was his fault he did not ask for the drinks but they should have looked at the order carefully before sending it without being completed. The total was 40 dollars for just us two. 40 dollars! That is wild. We will not be returning to eat here unfortunately. The quality of what we have received not just this time, but a few times before has declined and not worth the money.

So my food came with extra struff in it that my child would not eat. I paid extra to make my meal a combo with queso and a drink. I did not recieve any chips with that side.... am I supposed to just drink it or pay extra for chips to enjoy my side? For the price I paid, i could have probably just gone to a real mexican restaurant and had better food come out quicker than this fast casual restaurant.

We have been going to this location since it opened. Lately the last 5-6 times we’ve placed online orders there has been something from our order forgotten. It’s frustrating when you’re charged for something and on the receipt it clearly states you paid for it and they just fail to forget it. This location used to be amazing but forgetting things each time is just very frustrating. It makes us not want to come back which is a shame because we love the food. But that is just very poor service.

Ordered take out food. The burritos did not have queso on them. Salad dressing forgotten and no guacamole in the salad. Unfortunately, this is not the first time TF has made a mistakes on my order. TF continues to disappoint.

Extremely rude even though I greeted her and was courteous. Additionally, when I got home after opening my takeout order half of thr items ordered were missing. Absolutely terrible service here. If I were the franchise owner I would be Extremely disappointed in the way the staff conduct this business. Do not recommend.
