Stopped by while I was walking around downtown San Jose. the Cantina is very well-maintained and the employees offer really good customer service I definitely recommend this establishment and will be back in the future.

This Taco Bell gets a 5 star from me just because it sells beer and wine and it’s in a nice area and their food menu is different then a regular Taco Bell but very good .

This is a great place to take my alcoholic friends because they serve beer there on tap while not spending a lot of money they don't know the difference they're blind drunk fortunately for me I do not drink so I enjoy their drunking escapades while also acting as their caretaker it's like taking the children out with getting them drunk and by no way am I saying you should take any children out and give them alcohol that's a No-No

I seem to always be group of customers that are last to be seated before closing. The ladies are always courteous to me. Any condiments you ask for will never be answered with an annoying look on their face. Alcohol can also be purchased here with ease. Typical quality Taco Bell experience. Staff struggled a bit with the drink equipment, but made up for it by offering us alternatives, and worked behind the scenes to get the drink we ordered once we were seated to dine.

It's always been a great experience here for me and I even noticed that the last time I was there it was one lady working by herself and although she was steady in the amount of guest she was assisting she did a wonderful job and got everything I ordered right and timely she rocked! I also think it's cool they have slushies with alcohol for adults it's amazing!!!

In surprised there was a taco bell cantina in downtown San Jose. The food was delicious and it was fast. We used the kiosk so it made it easier and quick for the workers. Stays open late which is good since it is in the middle of the downtown party areas of San Jose.

It’s Taco Bell, what else can I say? I will never give a Taco Bell less than 5 stars. Idc how dirty or grimy the place is, or if the people working there are rude, it doesn’t matter. Although this Taco Bell is actually pretty clean and the staff are cool.

Lunch was great. Who knew you could have a margaritas or a glass of wine with your tacos. 5 stars cover had no effect since I was the only customer. Also had a couple tables outside to enjoy your meal und the sun as I did.......

The staff in this outlet are courteous and punctual and ambience of the shop was also amazing. I loved the gordita crunch which tasted amazing with the green sauce on the sides along with onion stuffing. The outlet located in downtown SJ is clearly visible from Santa Clara St, and also close a VTA bus stop.

Whenever I go there using the automated system takes less than 6 mins to get food. The staff does there best to make you happy with your order. I go for the cheapest thing on the menu. The quality went down but it is was you get for the price you pay.

The cantina drinks are overpriced. It sounds like a good idea until you get there. I wouldn't go back to Taco Bell for alcohol.

Foods as expected for Taco Bell. I think the lines around the ordering station should be re-worked. It almost feels like an afterthought. They need a microphone with speaker or something to call out orders because it can get quite loud in there and nobody can hear the orders when they're called. The price was about the same as visiting any other Taco Bell. I didn't order beer, so I didn't check that and can't out in a review about that.

Very clean. They day i went i fell they were understaffed. They only had two people working so I had to wait 5 minutes just to for them to take my order. I will go back and try again since they were out the Mexican Pizza.

I really like this place as it is really modern looking with the ordering tablets. Although it is in downtown it is somewhat hard to see where it is. The place looks really small from the outside but the inside has a lot of room to sit in.

Pretty nice, though small on the inside. Surprised to see the options of adding alcohol to certain drinks, but I already knew about before going there. I had no alcohol & chose a mango-peach tea! I loved it!! So much better than their unsweetened tea, that's for sure.

The girl behind the counter was informative and cheerful, and the food was delivered quickly and efficiently. I like that I could see the whole set-up behind the protective plastic shield. They do serve drinks here that aren’t at the standard Taco Bell. Non-alcoholic slushie things as well as some alcoholic things that I didn’t bother looking at since I was in a hurry and planning to get behind the wheel. The margarita was nice (and virgin). My big complaint is not with Taco Bell, but rather with Google Maps. There was no easy way of knowing before I got here that there was no drive through... I parked two blocks away and walked. Now I know - actually look at the place on the map and choose again if drive-through is necessary.

Tacobell food… other than that they love to close early like 30-40 minutes so keep that in mind

I like this taco bell. I always order through UberEATS and enjoy the food but the 9 out of 10 times I order, I dont get what I specifically ordered. I brush it off sometimes because I know we can make mistakes but it happened the last few times I ordered and again just tonight. The ticket on the bag even said everything correctly. Other items in my order were correct but I paid and ordered 3 soft taco supremes and 1 hard taco supreme. I received 3 regular tacos and the hard taco wasn't any where to be found. ****UberEATS helped me out with the situation but you guys should really look more closely at the tickets and orders you receive to make sure people get what they paid for. Please.****

This place is a dump for being a Cantina. The only thing I liked was they served beer. The food is not good. It was dirty inside and a couple of the workers didn't understand English. Go to La Victoria for better food.

Mostly empty when I've been there, so that's a plus. Place typically is kind of messy, looks very outdated aside from the self-serve kiosk. They serve alcohol here, but I would stick to beer - their cocktails are SUPER weak/watered down and not worth the price. Go to a bar and taco truck instead.

My order was made wrong. The person behind the counter said that "it took a long time so take it or leave it" then rushed off to fill another order. I think the people who work here are taxed too much and told to just fill orders blindly and if something goes wrong they either don't know or aren't incentivized to care. I wish that taco Bell cared to let their people talk to customers without worrying that orders were backing up.

They are the most skimpy taco bell I have ever been to. They open late, even though they are suppose to be open at 9am. Lowering the stars even more as due to Sep 1 me, my wife, and my son went to have breakfast, and over an hour after scheduled open the doors were chained shut, the one opener assigned was not ready for the day at all. This taco bell always feels poorly managed.

Based on the ten or so times I have been here and the number of times they screw up my order, I would say they have at least a 50% chance of screwing up your order. They have now replaced the self service kiosks and replaced it with a normal cash register, but have fun waiting for a worker to take your order. When i did get to order the worker got it wrong the worker ignored me a still put in the wrong items. I dont know if the workers are drunk or just extremely incompetent. I wont be coming back and I work a block away.

Sunday the 1st of September, we went to the taco bell down town San Jose to get breakfast. We went at 9, expecting the store had been open since at least 8, but when we arrived, we were just meet with a giant chain on the door, and a single woman inside the store, which after we waited for a few minutes, opened the door with an attitude. She seemed to be the only one in the store and nothing was prepped, not even the order screens were turned on and we waited for awhile before leaving. Highly disappointed, especially as im a non American, and had been looking forward to try the breakfast menu. Instead my husband, I and our son had to waste our time and walk away very disappointed.

I’ve never heard someone speak so disrespectfully to a customer. At the drive through window, the manager was using profanity and described my girlfriend as a B word. We didn’t know the drive thru closed at 11:30, however we showed up at 11:27. I’m not sure who the MOD was, but they should relieve themselves of their duty and find something they’re happy with. The way the manager showed her multiple employees how to treat customers is completely distasteful; especially since we were only polite. Get rid of this employee.

Come here if you want your food to be wrong and be hounded by the homeless for food. Came in for a my mobile order and there was a few things missing, but what made me get up and leave was how susceptible this location is to indoor begging (more like demanding). Guy slams himself down across from me and barks "GET ME SOMETHING TO EAT". So I left. No please get me something, no nothing. Normally I would have shared something from my box but the attitude rubbed me the wrong way. Alerted the staff and they didn't seem to care which is weird cause the mobile pick up is enclosed/behind the counter so they're aware homeless come in and take people's orders. You might say it's not fair to include that interaction cause it's not condoned by the restaurant, but when nothing is done about it, it becomes part of the experience, and that's fair game in my book. Will not be back, avoid this location.
