Went through the drive through this morning, it was me and one other person in line and no one dining in. Me and the other person in the drive thru both had to pull around and wait for our food. When i finally got my food, they didnt put my ketchup in the bag so i had to go through the drive through again.

I would give this place a zero if I could! I made a mobile order at 5:29 and made it to the store to check in 5 minutes later. At 5:55 just when I was going in to complain, the lady came out with our food! There was another car that pulled up besides us that waited less than 5 minutes! Food was disgusting and cold! If the place was busy I could have understood but, it wasn't! Tried calling the store, that was a joke! Your customer satisfaction sucks.

This was a terrible experience for us. The place was just dirty. Trash on the floor the drink area had soda spilled and the floor was sticky. No napkins in the dispenser. The floor and tables in the dining area were all dirty. There was only 2 other people in there so it would seem like they would have had time to clean the area. We could hear plenty of joking and laughing in the back area. Only one young man seemed to be doing anything. He was taking orders, running out the mobile and drive through orders and then he was wiping off tables finally in the dining area. the ladies restroom was like a bio hazard. It had been signed off 20 mins prior but obviously they just signed it and didn’t clean it. The food was mediocre at best basically the burgers were just thrown together. We will not be returning to this location again and in reading the other reviews this place is just a mess all the way around.

Just saw the Manager Assault an employee but grabbing there hair and pulling back as the young lady walked by. 12:45pm ish front counter December 11 2025 very over weight management and drive threw worker with 2 hair buns

I was at this McDonalds on Saturday around noonish. The Manager was screaming at a male employee named Bodine in the kitchen so loud that I was able to hear from the lobby and make out his name.

Had a mobile order set up to be picked up in the drive thru 20 minutes before I arrived so I wouldn’t be late to work. It’s was just a Big Mac meal. Just to arrive and had to pull around in front to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring my food out and guess what… it was the wrong order. Lol I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with this location and I’ve stayed quiet about it but now it’s getting worse.

Food is good if they get it right 1/2 the time they don’t get it right so you have to take it back up to the counter and they take so long to make your food that if the don’t get it right you’ll be there for an hour just getting your food and they don’t call out your number for your shakes or smoothies but in general the service just sucks

This review is about lack of managerial guidance on cleaning. Twice I have told the cleaning person that the top of the ladder is not intended as a step. Told there exists no guidance on ladder safety. Today a person was cleaning windows while I ate my meals. Dirty water was dripping and being flung downward by squeegee. I asked what management guidance said about cleaning near customers dining in. Reply was no managerial guidance. Wood roaches in the dining area. Ant parade by the soda machine. Colin Bishop, Chief Health Inspector and Mandy Risinger, City Manager have their signatures on the Health inspection certificate. Update 9/5/2025 Ate breakfast. Had a tea left over. Went to restroom before departing. Return from restroom to find contractor over my table. He had the ceiling open and black stuff falling on my table and tea. The manager is sitting facing my table and the worker. 🤷‍♂️ Reducing stars.

This place has been our stop on our trips to the coast and home for years but this is the second time in a row that we were served terrible food. The chicken in the wraps were very small and chewy like they had been cooked half a day ago, The fries were soggy and old, and the Cokes were all carbonated water. We will be finding a new stop from now on.

Walked in and the store stunk like sour trash. Got our food and the fries were old the burger was dry and been sitting for a while. Nuggets were old and kind of rubbery, the women's restroom was disgusting. If I could give less than a one star I would. I'll never eat at this place again.

Was visiting neaby, stopped in for a bite. The people are by far unprofessional and inappropriate. I understand they are between 16-22 years of age, but you would think the managers would have some type of control and professionalism. This is not the case, I observed a manager name was Eve or Eva, interacting in inappropriate conversations with workers laughing about conversation. There is a place and a time for this. McDonald's known to be a family friendly environment is not the place, in my opinion for this behavior. I was not going to make this post, but this needs to be addressed, and needs to be known by other families that may be in the area. I will never return to this location. Sadly there are not alot of places to eat here, but I would rather go elsewhere. The company should obtain a professional leader that knows what it means to be an adult leading in a professional manner, a leader that is committed to the McDonald's principles and reputation.

UPDATE-March 2024: Repeat of below. This time waited 10 minutes for our food. Standard menu items again. I have attached a photo of what they consider medium fries. Went through the drive thru for 6 standard menu breakfast items. Was asked to park after waiting for the car in front of me to get their order. There was no one behind me. I sat there with a car in front of me. I was there for 6 minutes. After I left I looked into my bag and there was no receipt. McDonald's website was useless trying to contact them.
