Came here for lunch and as always sonic disappoints. All I ordered was a large cherry limeade. Not only did it take 15min. It tasted flat, had no cherries, and no lime. When asked if their cherry limeade came with those ingredients the server had a look of idk if they are or they aren't. My coworker waited 30 mins for his food , to which they forgot the bacon and his drink. They said they were busy but I've worked for busier fast food places and didn't have this many mistakes. I would not recommend this sonic to anyone

I guess I’ll add to the bad reviews. I’ve never really had a problem with Sonic C.C. but today, November 13, 2025 I was given a raw crispy chicken sandwich. Then I return hoping to be taken care of because it was a raw piece of chicken in the sandwich despite all that I still waited and was forgotten then I whipped around, walked inside and asked Jeffery who attended me both times what the holdup was he claimed to be very busy, but don’t you try to take care of a problem like this quick instead of letting it stew. Do better sonic I left your sandwich at the front door.

I gave up trying to order. I sat at the speaker in the drive thru for 20 min and saw everyone in front of me get their orders and no one even tried to take mine.

This Sonic is ridiculous my whole order was messed up my burgers were all sloppy made even after I asked for them to be dry . 7 employees and they were dead no costumers and still managed to mess up on my order I had to turn back to get my order straight I called the number on receipt it was for Virginia smh so they hand me my order. Savanna the manager I think that’s her name after I told her I worked for sonic for 13 yrs as an assistant she had the nerve to redip my fries. This sonic is ridiculous clocking out orders without them. Being ready 44$ down the drain they need to be trained correctly saw another customer walking in with their messed up order !!

Nothing short of bad service, poor food, and general lack of effort. Took 10 minutes just to order, another 7 minutes before the food was delivered. Burnt onion rings and one of the worst, cold, burgers I've had in a very long time. Underwhelming at best

I did on online order for a super sonic breakfast burrito add bacon no tomatoes and a smash burger meal. The burger meal was great. But I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito add back no tomatoes and ended up with a sausage and egg burrito. Really and when I called to get a refund or something that's fine but damn people order on the app because there on there way somewhere and get there food and leave. I'll be checking my orders more carefully from here on out. I have never had this problem before with this sonic usually there spot on.

Placed a mobile order took 34 minutes to get the food out. I had to push the red button to ask about my order then all the sudden the guy comes out with my order. The food is not hot and they were missing a drink! This places needs to do better!

Avoid this location, go to the one down the street! Tried to place two separate orders. Car hop by the name of John told me to place the first order, pay, then call back to order the 2nd order. However, he never answered my second order call. He brought my first order and told me to have a good night. I asked about my second order and let him know no one answered, as I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was a technical problem. He cut me off to say "Yeah, I'm the only one here." And just stared at me. Then gruffly said Sorry and walked away. Several other cars orders were taken. He never took my second order. I assume maybe he was avoiding my second order because I didn't pay pre-paid tip on the first one, which I planned on doing for the second one. I was shocked that he slowly walked past me several times, and never took my call. He never appeared to have a sense of urgency, especially for being the only one there. I waited 20 minutes before giving up and leaving. I had to locate another establishment to order food for myself since John did not want to help me. I will avoid this location moving forward, and suggest others do the same. By the time my son and I got home to eat, his food was ice cold, not good for mozzarella sticks which rely on timeliness to enjoy.

Damn... No meat etc Bring it back... Brings me a single patty in fry bag and flops it on the table. I mention the cheese she asks for a receipt. I say: the cheese really isn't that important as I chuckle. Brings cheese in fry bag. Meat is undercooked and cold. It's hotter out here. But such is the day after 12 hours of driving and 4 car issues on no food. The other customer says... Good thing you have a good temper. It's the little things, more humor in this life than tears. Oh.... And no refills. Oops. Not even finishing the mayo half of the bread and I almost never waste food. Next stop, Louisiana.... I'll save my appetite for the morning. And yes... I cleaned up after myself.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a coke slush The car hop hands me my slush, then goes inside to get change. While she is inside I look at the slush she handed me. And that is all it is just slush, no color whatsoever. I take a sip thinking maybe colorless coke is new thing? NOPE, just ice. The girl comes back and I tell her there's no coke in it. She looks at me like I have three heads. I hand it to her and say "go ahead, take the lid off and see". She does, then says she'll go add more of something I didn't quite catch as she takes the slush with her. She returns, hands it back to me and the driver of the car I was in drove off. What I was given back looks more like watered down weak as you know what tea. Granted it's mostly melted now, I couldn't drink it. It was a slush, of some kind, but it sure as heck wasn't coke!

this is insanely bad , had to go back and get my food remade which i get it’s just sonic but let’s be for real. it was so cold i knew it’d be sitting somewhere bc it wasn’t under a warmer the food was COLD. then i thought they couldn’t mess up icecream right ? i got a clump of snickers & vanilla icecream….. i ordered a blast , a chunk or two would have been nice.

I made an order ahead which took 15 minutes to come out. The blast was not even mixed, was only half full, the cup was busted and was double cupped. I work at a sonic and this is /not/ acceptable. Not to mention the two rt44 drinks I received were very messy.
