El servicio al cliente no es el mejor por no decir otra cosa,no atienden rápido apesar de parecer que están desocupados, no me encanta que las palomas anden caminando o medio volando cerca de las mesas La comida la vdd es rica no tengo malos comentarios, compré un chile relleno y me salieron dos taquitos 😃. Mejoren el tema atención. Saludos

The food is good, but the service quality and wait times leave much to be desired. I've eaten there several times, but they still need to improve this aspect of the wait times. As for the taste of the food, it's good, but you're more left with the experience of waiting than enjoying the food.

The menu is outdated, and customer service has many areas for improvement. As for seasoning, it's an 8 out of 10. They serve customers in a different order than they expected, they take too long to clean tables and don't do it properly, etc. Of the 8 or 9 employees, 7 spend most of their time gossiping in the kitchen, which causes delays. NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE TODAY: On their menu (as shown in the attached photo), they claim to have orange juice, but they don't. They've been ignoring this offer on their menu for over a month, so I brought my own juice today. Then, they decided to charge me a corkage fee for bringing a juice they offer on their menu without having it. Obviously, I refused to pay the corkage, considering this a double insult, so I politely asked for takeout, which they gave me, and I asked for the bill, paid, and left. Note: Regarding the treatment and the way they address customers: no complaints, the usual, everything is fine: — Good morning, — May I take your order? — Thank you, you're welcome, etc.

The customer service is terrible! The waiters are poorly managed and don't want to serve me. I got up to ask for tortillas, and the lady got angry because she said to tell the waitress that she had an order, and she didn't give me anything even though I told her that the waiters spend all their time in the kitchen chatting!

I went to eat, sat down, and the staff were in the kitchen just watching me sit at the table. They didn't even bother to take my order. After almost 20 minutes, I had to go and talk to them. They finally took my order, brought me a Coke, and then another 40 minutes without bringing anything else. There were hardly any other customers, just three other tables besides mine. I got up, annoyed, paid for the Coke, and left. I'm never coming back...

The food is good, but the service is terrible. The ladies in charge of service are extremely rude, and if you speak to them, they don't even look at you. The only one who gave us good, friendly service was a young lady; the rest had a horrible attitude.

The food is edible but nothing spectacular, although for the price it's not surprising. The place has a leak, so I didn't complain because I just walked to one side and it was a godsend. I ordered a drink, and besides them forgetting when I had to ask for it again, they told me they were out. But what really ruined everything was that the menu is on fuchsia canvas with black letters stuck to the wall, which isn't legible for everyone. When we asked for a printed menu, the only solution they gave was "get up and take a picture of the canvas." Honestly, I'm not dying to go back. Maybe if I'm hungry one day and have no other option, I'll end up eating there again.

The truth is, it's super disappointing. The empanadas were dripping with oil, the chicken broth was a baby food portion, but the worst of all was the JAMAICA WATER, which tasted horrible, past its prime.
