El pozole y las tostadas son mis favoritos, no cuenta con estacionamiento y los pagos son solo en efectivo.

Los pozoles son excelente, los mejores de la zona, tanto que no se dan abasto, ya que a cierta hora (antes de que cierren) ya se acabaron. SI vas a Xalapa, tienes que visitarlos

We were there yesterday. I just wanted a coffee and agua del día and my friend wanted a beer. The top tier of these restaurants with the swings only serve alcohol or passion fruit juice. Service was on point. Friendly and attentive. The food that other people were eating looked fantastic. I am definitely going to be returning for the food which you can eat from about 4 different establishments to choose from on site. The view is beautiful, looking into the lakes

This is a traditional Xalapa place, located very close to the lakes. Their pozole is delicious and very reasonably priced. I've enjoyed it with my girlfriend, and we always come back because we love it. We also ordered some super delicious tostadas with a green salsa that you'll really like.

The pozolito is awesome. It costs $90 pesos a liter to take out or eat in. A half-liter is enough to fill up ($45 pesos). They serve tostadas and all the fixings. They also sell them by the glass and they also sell very good esquites. Recommended to take the edge off if you add a good amount of spice. I didn't see if they sell drinks, but there are plenty of shops nearby, and you can bring your own coquita by the glass. Better than going to the pizza place.

The pozole is good, but the service is terrible. They charge you a peso for the tostadas, and they serve the pozole in a Styrofoam container even if you don't order takeout. It seems they're too lazy to wash it and prefer to double the contamination. Nothing beats a traditional clay bowl. To place your order, you have to go to the counter, and they barely bring you what you order or even basic table service. In fact, the customers have to be begging each other for the chile... Boo!

Parece que no te quieren vender , no tienen meseros ni siquiera te ofrecen algo más , el pozole rico aunque medio pobresona la porción pero en general si está rico

My experience isn't the best. I only bought it once, and the pozole was greasy and overseasoned, and it really upset our stomachs, so I didn't understand why so many people were buying it. The second time, I went with someone to buy something, and even though I told them about my experience, it was still their pozole. Okay, I thought. When I arrived and was waiting for my order, I happened to see some chopepes (those little cockroaches) in the establishment. I pointed them out to the people serving, and they didn't even care. Plus, they serve you grudgingly and with a sour face. I wouldn't go back, just keep that in mind.

I was a regular customer. The pozoles, while not delicious, are decent and still reasonably priced. However, I was always bothered by the terrible service and attention from the ladies who run them. I've truly never understood how someone could handle their own business so poorly. I suppose they're doing well and don't need to put in the effort. But all of that doesn't compare to the last time I went and there was a cockroach in my father's Pepsi. He mentioned this to the waitress, and with a look of disgust and annoyance, she took it off the table, as if we had asked for the tablecloth to be changed because we didn't like the design. Regardless, the fact that the creature was in the Pepsi and not the food gives you an idea of ​​how they handle cleaning. I've found cockroaches on the floor, but NEVER IN THE FOOD. I will never return and I recommend not going.

The pozole is ordinary. In fact, it makes me doubt they make it hygienic based on some of the things I saw. And the service couldn't be worse. I don't know if it's the owners or the employees, but the people serving make an effort to make sure you don't want to tip or come back. There are many more places that sell better pozole without having to deal with such big shots! Not even the lemons they serve are as bitter and sour as the waitress! P.S. Maybe they even spit in the pozole 😂😂

Whenever I passed by, I craved pozole, so last weekend we decided to eat there. The portion size was good for the price; however, the pozole tasted like bouillon cubes—it didn't taste natural at all, and therefore I didn't like it. I wouldn't eat there again.
