Excellent place. I ordered a latte and a carrot cake, and my girlfriend ordered a mint frappuccino... everything was delicious. Plus, the service was top-notch; always very friendly, and they were always attentive to us from the moment we arrived. They have board games you can play, and it's a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended 👌🏻

In this area, the experience is clearly above average and justifies, from a product perspective, its high price, which is consistent with the quality offered. Regarding the food, the performance is solid, though not extraordinary, placing it in the high range (approximately 4.5 out of 5). It meets expectations and maintains consistency, but doesn't reach the same level of excellence as its coffee and bakery offerings. However, the restaurant's main weakness lies in its operational organization and service management. Despite having seemingly automated processes—such as ticketing systems and technological support—there is a notable deficiency in customer service, particularly in the service sequence, queue management, and the clarity of the user experience. This disconnect between technology and human operation creates unnecessary friction and negatively impacts the overall perception of the establishment. It's important to note that, individually, the staff are friendly and helpful, suggesting that the problem isn't attitudinal but rather structural and related to operational leadership. The lack of coordination and a clear flow of service ultimately dilutes a culinary offering that, in terms of product, has outstanding potential. Conclusion: PAXX is a restaurant with a very high-quality product that is limited by poor operational execution. If it can align its internal organization and service experience with the level of its food and beverages, it could easily position itself among the best in its category.

One of the few places in Yaute that's worth visiting. It's a lovely spot to spend some quality time with friends or family. The food is good and the portions are generous. The only thing that's expensive is the coffee (40 pesos for a small cup, no refills); it's better to opt for cold drinks. Board games are available for diners. There's no parking.

Terrible coffee, the worst I've ever tasted. When I placed my order, they couldn't explain why their coffee beans tasted like fermented food. It doesn't taste good. The proper fermentation process enhances the coffee's flavors, not spoiling them. Instead of trying to replace the product, they justified themselves. It's better to go to Don Cafe downtown.
